Pleasant Experience

I recently purchased a Camry Hybrid XLE 2018 with a trade in. Loren Henson was the sales representative, who conducted the test drive with me and worked out the pricing. All was done in a very professional and pleasant manner. Loren was very knowledgeable about the car and followed up on my e mails and voice messages. The deal was concluded after 3 visits and less than 30 minutes of financial discussion. Harry Sahota, Financial Service Manager went through the paperwork and explained the additional warranties and accessories. He was very articulate and there was no pressure on purchasing any extras. Lastly Roxanna Hunter-Barnett Vehicle Delivery Specialist reviewed once again the paper work with my wife and me, transferred the plates and spent time with me providing further demos of the technology available on the car. She as well was outstanding, extremely competent and in no hurry although it was early evening. I have since driven over 400kms in EVO mode and still had 3/4 of a tank of gas left. Obviously very pleased with the decision of trade in and acquiring my first hybrid vehicle. I look forward to similar great service from the service dept. Keep up this high standard. All the best! Not very satisfied with repair service

I had my Sienna passenger side sliding door serviced to replace the entire cable/sensor/motor assembly. When I picked it up it was later in the day so I didn't spent time to thoroughly test the fix before checking it out. As soon as I got home, I found the fixed door produced more noise at opening. I had to visit the dealership again. The service persons were helpful, they cleaned up the lock on the door and the noise went away. I am thankful to their help but feel that this type of checking/cleaning could have been done prior to release the vehicle after the fix. In around a week, the same door failed to latch completely when it is in open position. I had to visit the shop again. The service manager I first talked to told me that I can drop off the car for a check since it was under the service warranty. But when I came in the next day, surprise to me, I was told this was not related to the door service that cost me $1000+ Plus tax. I had to pay a separate diagnose fee again. I feel over-charged and have doubt about the service/technical quality. Since the overall service was to make the door work properly, if a thorough checking and testing had been done during and after the process, all these issues would be discovered and fixed in one shot. But it didn't in this case.

Consistent quality of service and products

This is my 4th consecutive car from Tony Graham Toyota. I always felt they understood exactly my requirements and always made sure I left happy. Loren demonstrated professionism and immense knowledge about the cars he sells. It felt like I was searching Google and he had all my answers in seconds! from the moment I scheduled my drive test appointment to the moment I received the key in hand, I knew I was in good hands. From past experience, I also know I get excellent after-market maintenance service. I highly recommend this dealership and I'll surely be looking for my 5th car over here when my lease is done on this one.

Our salesman, Loren, was amazing. He was laid back, had a great sense of humour and wasn't pushy or in my face the way some sales people can be. Loren was incredibly knowledgeable of both the Sienna and Highlander. He focused on our family's needs and did not try and push a vehicle that wasn't in our best interest. He gave us all the information about both and let us decide what was in the best interest for our family.

I love my Minion, I mean my bright blue Yaris!

We wanted a small second car just for around town. James suggested a Prius C or a Yaris. We discussed the differences and decided that a 5 door automatic Yaris fit our needs. Despite buying almost the cheapest car on the lot James spent a lot of time making sure that we got the best deal possible. It was actually fun purchasing my bright blue Yaris, which we have nicknamed the Minion. This is our fourth purchase from a Tony Graham dealership; we keep coming back because the the cars are reliable, perform as advertised and the service is always pleasant and efficient.

My experience with leasing a vehicle

Pretty good service. The sales person was difficult to understand. He spoke quickly and dropped off at the end of every word. I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying several times. He was kind and courteous and went through whatever I wanted him to tell me about the car. Also, I had a budget. He wanted to go through the types of cars, but I told him to tell me what I could get within my budget and not bother with all the rest. He did what I asked and I did appreciate that. When I came back to sign off on everything and pick up the car, we had to wait a good 20 minutes for the financial manager to see us to sign off on the contract. That was very annoying as it was evening, I had worked a full day, my husband and I were very tired and wanted to go home. We should not have to wait that long.

I purchased a new Corolla. The sales person, John Metcalfe, was knowledgeable, couteous and friendly. On my 2nd visit, I wanted my son to test drive a Corolla and he did. John gave us time to discuss a few things before I made an offer. The only negative is I wanted to pick up the new car on Monday but Thursday being the end of the month it was made clear it was preferable that I pick it up by Thursday.

Informative and honest car-buying experience

I purchased a used high kilometre Toyota RAV4 from Kanata Toyota in late May. Loren Henson was the salesperson overseeing my car-buying experience. The entire process was professional, educational and free of gimmicks. I appreciated Loren's expertise as he was able to answer many of my technical questions about the car. They did not engage in high-pressure sales tactics, and Loren was more than happy to openly share relevant information about the car's history and maintenance records with me. They were also more than happy to give me time to think about my purchase, and ensure that all of my questions were answered prior to making an offer. I also really appreciated that Loren came in despite not being scheduled to work on the day when I did decide to make an offer. I am happy to have purchased my used Toyota at Kanata Toyota, and would recommend Loren and the entire Kanata Toyota team to anyone in the Ottawa Valley area looking for a positive pressure-free and transparent car-buying experience.

We purchased a new Prius Prime from this dealer, and had a very good overall experience. Everything was well explained on the test drive. Once we purchased the vehicle we noticed a few minor issues on delivery and those were addressed for us very well.
