Service above the norm!

We took our F250 in to have the Bluetooth repaired, Jan was our service rep and stayed with us the whole way to make sure all repairs were completed. He was Great! The part was ordered and arrived early even though it was the holidays, Town and Country is definitely a dealership that cares about you even after the purchase. Jan was the best.

2017 Ford Flex

The customer support experience we had was excellent. We had a few flops in the ordering of our vehicle but they made everything correct. They went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase after the mix-ups we experienced. This will not deter my husband and I from purchasing another vehicle through the Evansville dealership.

Bought a new Ford Escape

Bought a new Ford Escape. We went to Town and Country and with the salesman JaBari McGee based upon the recommendations of some good friends. It was a good experience. We also found Jabari super helpful. Plus the lifetime power train warranty is pretty amazing. I've don't know any other dealers who offer this sort of warranty.

Worst Experience of My Life!

My family has bought a few cars from here, however I have had multiple horrendous experiences at this dealership so I wanted to post a review to save someone else from the same fate. The first time I went in to look at Fords, I asked for a specific salesman who was obviously busy with another customer. Instead of having some decency and saying "Hey, I'd love to show you some cars could you come back in an hour?" he left me sitting in their lobby for over an hour. Obviously I left, and had managers chasing my car begging me to stay and saying he'd just be "one more minute". I left that day and for some reason I was an absolute idiot and came back again. When I came back again, I actually had a good experience with the salesman (Matt Hatcher) and I ended up buying a used 2014 Ford Focus. That was when the huge issues started. The financing guy Mr. Oldham lied to my face and said I could purchase an extended warranty that would even cover tires. Well, I had a blown tire on the side of the road and no matter how many times I called the VERY rude receptionist let me know that she had left him my message and he would get back with me. My warranty does not and never did include tires, and Mr. Oldham never found the time to return my call. In addition to that, the car has had an issue with the battery and it's connection to the car's computer since almost the day after I bought it. I continued to take my car in every time I had an issue to the shop, where they would tell me every time that they did a diagnostic check and it came back saying my car was completely fine. My car was obviously not completely fine, and I think if they even bothered to take two seconds to look under the hood, they would've been able to see that. I attached two videos to this review so you can see the car that is "completely fine". Now, I moved away from Evansville so my Focus is sitting completely dead at the Ford dealership in the town I live in now. I'm relying on their kindness, and the extended warranty through a third party (NOT through Ford), and hoping that they can finally figure out what's wrong with this car. I will never buy another Ford, and I wouldn't even THINK about buying a car from Town and Country. Save yourself the trouble, and drive a little bit away from Evansville to look at Fords at a dealership where they know how to answer the phone and have just a shred of human decency. Screwing someone over to make your goals and get your commission check is a horrible way to run a business.

Tired of run around

The whole experience was awful: felt like it was all lies and they took advantage of me. Come to find out they sold me a vehicle knowing it was wrecked and did not disclose it to me even tho I asked multiple times. I was told it was just an awesome sturdy vehicle. Lies and more lies

Not happy

I haven't had a problem with my car til I brought it in to have some recalls taken care of. Now my heater kicks on and off and I've been getting alerts from my. navigation, etc. when they worked on my car it took several days and they didn't give me a loaner so I was stuck without a vehicle. I've never had a dealership do that to me before.

I recently bought a new 2015 Escape at Town & Country Ford in Evansville, IN. I had such a great experience buying my first car and was very impressed with the service I received. When I walked into the car dealership, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Mike Smith. The sales person, Nick Byers, really took the time to understand my needs and find the perfect car for me. They allowed me to test drive numerous cars and answered all my questions about being a first time car buyer. Despite it being late at night, they were determined to meet my needs. Every person I spoke with went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The entire process ran very smoothly and was extremely fast. Nick Byers introduced me to a service writer in the service department whom was very friendly and helpful as well. I look forward to getting my car serviced at Town & Country Ford! Debbie Faulk was also extremely helpful in teaching me how to work the SYNC touch screen system and explaining other features about my new car. I would highly recommend using Town & Country Ford for all your vehicle needs. I will most definitely continue to shop at Town & Country Ford in the future!
