Did not deliver on their promise!

I went in for a recall repair and I will assume that was taken care of. Multipoint Inspection was done and Jackie Makauska informed me that she was going to emailed me the results of the inspection. Well, the inspection was completed on March 7th and here it is March 12th and I still have nit received the results of the inspection that was completed on my vehicle.

I would recommend this dealer.

Everything moved along quickly, until we got to me signing loan agreement. This is probably the 20th car I have purchased and it took forever. The closing on my house in Goose Creek was quicker.salesmen Torrey

Return Car Buyer Extremely Happy at Hendrick Toyota

Janet Montague is my Sales Consultant and I was confident in her trustworthy, friendly demeanor and patience with my vehicle research / shopping. I've been a customer at Hendrick's Toyota for approximately 9 years and plan to remain one in the long term. My Finance Dept. officer, Tony Sprovero, was professional, courteous and kept my best interest at heart during the administrative portion of my purchase. I've had nothing but excellent service from Hendrick Toyota in the past with my first truck and their Service Department with its upkeep. I did extensive homework with my latest vehicle purchase of my TRD Sport Sequoia and feel fortunate of having made the right choice going with Hendrick Toyota of Charleston SC.

Stellar Salesman

We had shopped at this dealership some years ago and had such an awful experience that we promised never to go back there. We decided to try again dice there was a used truck we liked. Our salesman, Mark Searcy, was friendly, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the truck we were looking at. He was not pushy and did not pressure us at all. Pressure NEVER works with us!!! We got a great deal on our used truck and will definitely recommend Mark Searcy and Hendricks Toyota to everyone we know!!! Another “ball” Out of the Park

While I’ve had excellent experiences with several of the service technicians, Kody continues to be my go to person. Besides being an outstanding communicator who keeps me abreast of any unexpected developments and up coming services due, he continues to go above and beyond. Ditto for Tommy, who is instrumental in squeezing out 322,000 miles on my 93 4Runner. With his guidance, I expect my Avalon to be a high mileage cehicle also. Tommy is always quick to zero in on the problem. To put all of this another way, if we looked at a bell curve where three standard deviations are considered acceptable, Kody and Tommy would be in the 50th percentile of one standard divistion. Furthermore, the dealership deserves a few kudos for its cleanliness, comfort, and overall pleasant atmosphere. The upbeat positive staff is also a plus.

I had to have the rear leaf springs replaced on my 2006 Tacoma due to a recall. I was greeted by my service tech Jessi Muhs at the time of my appointment. She clearly explained what was to be done and gave an estimate of how long it would take. During my wait she explained that they performed a courtesy inspection of my truck and found a couple of defects that I was unaware of. I asked her to have the service person take care of a couple of them while they were replacing the springs. The entire body of work was done well within the time estimated. Jessi was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely courteous and professional. I would recommend the Hendrick Toyota service department to anyone needing work on their Toyota.

Got a good deal on a 2018 Rav 4

Salesman Ralph Dawkins was great. He is very polite and kept me informed about all aspects of the sale. He maintain good communications with me even when he was not working at the dealership when I contacted him by phone. In general all of the people at the dealership were very nice an professional. Also I got a very good deal on a new 2018 Rav 4

A pleasure to work with

I am not one that enjoys the car purchase experience. I was actually on my way to a different dealership to look Ass't a different vehicle when I passed by Hendricks Toyota and decided to swing by through the lot. I saw a vehicle that was nicer than the one I was on my way to look at. I met with Lisandro Diaz, sales rep. He and his management team were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Within three hours, I was driving off the lot in the truck "i wanted" (no switch games, etc). It was a very pleasurable car buying experience and I recommend the Hendricks Toyota of North Charleston team to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Car repair

I went to get my Sequia fixed. I scheduled my appointment online not knowing that a diagnostic problem usually cannot be done on a Saturday. I am a single mom and go to work at 6am during the week, usually having to pick up my kids from aftercare at 5:30pm and have no family help. The older 2007 Sequia is my only means of transportation. Something that I think the service advisor could kind of sense because he asked knew that Saturday was the only day I could manage to make it. He went out of his way to see what he could do in order to see if a technician could diagnose the problem with my car. Knowing that I had already taken it to another mechanic and was told it was going to be major repairs. More than what could be done that day. You see, my previous car had been repossessed because I couldn’t afford the payments. He did not know this. I just went through a divorce and have have three children I am supporting. He did not know this as well. And by the end when he had to schedule me for service and tell me how much it was still going to cost he was still gracious because I think he could see that at any minute I would turn into a ball of tears. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I needed anything and assured me that he would be there when I had to return for service to drop my car off and for when I would have to check out because of the arrangements I had to make for getting the car to him and getting back there in enough time to get my kids. All in one day. I’m so appreciative of him. I don’t know how far these surveys go or who reads them, but his name is Jeff Dunbar and he was at the Hendrick Toyota in N Charleston, SC. And I don’t know the technician that was there, but I am thankful for him as well.

Incredible...Quite Surprised.

Super friendly staff and wasn't attacked like most of the sales vultures I've run into. John Clayton was my salesperson and Jordan Baylon was the Finance officer. I showed John the truecar price and asked him to match it, and he did...first time I asked. No other dealer has given me what I asked for the first time I asked. Normally I get jerked around for weeks before we arrive at the price TrueCar shows. Super easy process and even got a $1000 military rebate and free all weather floormats and window tint. Super happy with my new car. Love it. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. Oh, and get plenty of hot chocolate while you wait. Five Stars for both Jordan and John. Super impressed.
