Excellent Assistance and Personal Customer Service

All I can say is I had the most incredible experience at Toyota of Hollywood and it is due the service provided by Ms. Sandra Molina, Internet and Fleet Manager. Ms. Molina walked me through every step of the process. She found me the vehicle I wanted with all the items I had requested. Every time I called, emailed or text, I received a timely and complete response. Ms Molina is a gem and Toyota of Hollywood is very lucky to have her. She is highly skilled and professional. My husband, who passed away last year, and I have been using Toyota of Hollywood for many years and can only sing praises to the excellent service we received. I currently own a 2012 Camry and it is my third Toyota. Good information, professional help and wonderful results. I would very much like to commend Juan Carlos Reyes who in my opinion is a high quality and hardworking employee as well as a wonderful human being. His treatment of customers is always respectful and makes it his mission to provide all the information needed for whatever service required. I have always, always received the best service from him and also witnessed from afar how well he treats all his customers. He is definitely outstanding!

False advertising

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. FALSE ADVERTISING. 1 start is way too much for this place and the sales guy Tyler and Manager Bobby Mr Big shot. First call in the morning to offer me a price way off from a deal from a different Toyota dealership. once I told him the price, of course he told me he will beat that number for something even better. I told him to send me a picture of that truck he was talking about, which he did right away. I did get the picture of a different model from the one the other place were offering and a good reason for me to go to Hollywood instead of Sunrise. when I got to Toyota Hollywood they took me to test drive the truck. when we got to the truck of course it was a different truck. I asked the sales person why this truck and not the one from the picture the had send me? his answer. well if you want the one from the picture is going to be more money. SERIOUSLY?????? What kind of joke this place is? I was very clear from the beginning to show me the truck available for that price. I find this very unprofessional, illegal, unethical and very disrespectful with the people to do this kind of games. if they try to do this with new customers, that already says what kind of business they are and what kind of things they could do to customers. please be very carefully with this dealership. just to finish my really bad experience at this place. when a told the sales person what they did was wrong, he had the courage of telling me that if he gives me a better price, he will gain my business. I was thinking. they screw up and maybe they will give me a better deal after all. so he it comes Bobby the manager kind of arrogant to give me a attitude that they are the number one dealership for Toyota and the price I am getting is not true and they are lying to me. good luck with this kind of attitude and the false advertising. also looking to see If I can file a claim with the better business bureau of Florida for false advertisi

The worst service in the United States!

I am a new customer with Toyota in Hollywood. After 3 years with "Nissan" I can compare and say Toyota in Hollywood have the worst customer service in the United States.!!! All the representative answering calls have no idea how to give proper service. I got a mail from Toyota about a "recall" on my car a week and a half ago I spoke to a representative regarding to this issue and nobody ever called me back to take care of this matter. • I also tried to purchase a bed liner for my Toyota tundra 2018 from the service department at Toyota in Hollywood, they are so unprofessional there, no one can give a clear answer regarding to the part cost and the installation cost I've been trying to get it for at least 2 weeks. Every time a representative directing my calls the different representative I have to start the conversation all over again and finally he will direct your call to a different representative. And the best part after few representative you still don't have an answer. Is a business owner I recommend to everyone do not do any business with Toyota at Hollywood because they don't deserve you as a customer!!!!!

I myself was an example of a scam when I took my first car and until today I regret from the bottom of my heart to have gone to toyota of hollywood ......

My name is Fabio Rios I bought 7 new cars in 6 years, 4 of them were made in hollywood toyota, the last time I negotiated a car in hollywood toyota I had a problem. 2 months later I received a letter charging me 500 dollars to 2 tires that were worn in the car that I gave in exchange for a new one, I had never had a problem like this and I asked the seller Manoel Macedo if it was possible for him to solve my problem he answered me that it was not his problem and neither hollywood toyota that I would have to pay and if I was not satisfied that I would change my car brand or change dealership. That's what I did. I paid the $ 500 and changed the dealership by buying another new car for my wife at Coconut Creek. I'm sorry this happened on a boardroom like the hollywood toyota. Sorry, my english. Mi nombre y Fabio Rios he comprado 7 coches nuevos en 6 años, 4 de ellos fueron comprobados en el toyota de hollywood, la última vez que negocié un coche en el toyota de hollywood tuve un problema., 2 meses después recibí una carta me cobrando 500 dolares referente a 2 neumáticos que estaban desgastados en el coche que di en el cambio de uno nuevo, nunca había tenido un problema como ese y le pregunté al vendedor Manoel Macedo si había posibilidad de resolver mi problema él me respondió que no era problema de él y ni de la toyota de hollywood que tendría que pagar y si no estaba satisfecho de que cambiar de marca de coche o cambiar de concesionario. Fue lo que hice pague los 500 dolares y cambié de concepción vendiendo otro coche nuevo a mi esposa en el toyota de Coconut Creek. Lamento que esto haya ocurrido en una consecuencia como el toyota de hollywood. Desculpeme por mi español soy brasileño

Bad experience with Toyota dealership

I hope this review can reach to all potential customers at Toyota of Hollywood. I was used to be their customer who bought a certified Used toyota camry 2014. As a new buyer who had no information of a car, the dealervsales person , his name is Eddy, gave me the option for the toyota I bought. Because I trusted their brand name and all social media comments, I never thought 2 years later I suffered a big problem from this car. They sold me a car and said it was certified, which means all everything good. BUT, the heater did not work at that time, and, like I said, I did not notice this problem. The certified toyota car should be good, but in fact, my car has a MISSING HEATER CORE AND 2 HEATER HOSES. And to fix it, I have to pay for them more than $3000. The technician who took the diagnostic test showing the area in my car that did not have the missing heater core. And he said that was unreasonable, and it seemed like the car was sold like that when I first bought it from TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD. That is ridiculous!!! Any services, maintenance, and changing new tires, I always bring my car to Toyota Dealer. And with a big trust to TOYOTA, I feel very upset and so betrayed. I am a customer, and I know my voice need to be raised up so other customers can be aware of their certified cars at this dealership, TOYOTA OF HOLLYWOOD in Florida. I also know what I receive here will an automatic response , like " We are so sorry, please contact with our customers service managers to solve your problem." It is so funny that a big Toyota dealer like them really care for their customers. I do not mind to write these words here, but I want other people to avoid my mistake when buying the car from this dealer. I believe there are people working at Toyota of Hollywood can take care of their customers very well, but believe me, if you know that dealer sales person very well, then go and buy cars from them. Otherwise, find other dealerships from Toyota, NOT toyota of Hollywood.

Robert Perez and Francesca helped me purchase my dream Toyota in just 3 hours. They were kind, helpful, thoughtful, and honest. It’s great employees like them that help make that dealer a great place. Definitely recommend.

Last week I went to Toyota of Hollywood Florida to look for a car. I met Dayton Ruiz my salesman. I told him what I wanted, and he went to show me the cars. After that we went to the garages to see the cars. After a few minutes of talking, he offered me a deal on a corola that I could not refused. Dayron Ruiz helped me with everything he even washed the car for me. Dayron Ruiz is great!!

Lack of conisderation for peoples time

I am writing to express my unprofessional experience at Toyota of Hollywood. Below is a timeline of the events that occurred during my visit to Toyota of Hollywood. As I am sure you will agree, there was a complete lack of respect for other people’s time, unprofessionalism, and poor communication (which included a blatant lie between the two employees who we communicated with). I have dealt with car dealers before and understand some of their sales practices but this is the first time a car dealer has shown such lack of consideration for their customers. Please read below regarding our experience. I know you will find that the sequence of events that occurred are completely unacceptable. Timeline: • My elderly in-laws car have been having problems with their car therefore my wife and I decide to help them look for a new car for them. About a month ago I inquired about an advertisement in the Miami Herald from Toyota of Hollywood. It was for a pre-owned 2018 Toyota Corolla LE for $12,875. I called to inquire about this promotion and spoke with Javar Crockett, Senior BDC Manager. He told me there were plenty of these cars available at this price. Unfortunately due to my schedule I was not able to go see the cars. For several weeks, Mr. Crockett did call me many times after the first conversation to see if I was still interested and if I wanted to see the car. • Two weeks ago, Saturday (Oct 20), my in laws were frustrated with their old car and decided to look for cars on their own. With the help of my father in-laws sister who is also elderly, they went shopping for cars. My wife was out of town and I was at my daughter’s soccer game in the morning. They did see a Toyota Corolla from another dealership and called me to get my opinion. I told them about the Toyota of Hollywood deal and told them to hold off on the car. • Later that day I called Mr. Crockett and asked him if there were any pre-owned 2018 Toyota Corolla LE for $12,875 left. He said there were a few available. I explained to him the situation that the car was for my in laws (76 year old mother in-law and 85 year old father in-law). I asked him to be totally frank with me regarding the pricing and if the deal had any fine print that I need to know about. He said that the only additional costs would be $800 dealer fee and taxes and tag. I explained to him that my in laws and I live in Miami and would be traveling over 1 hour to see the car. I also explained to him that my father in-law can hardly walk so please be honest about the availability of the cars and the price. He seemed sincere so I picked up my in-laws and my father in-law’s sister up around at 5 PM and drove them to the Toyota of Hollywood. • When we got there I called Mr. Crockett and he told me he will be right out to see me. About 10 minutes later Edwin Rosado came out had said that he will be helping us. He said he is Mr. Crocket’s manager and will assist us. At that moment I began getting suspicious but gave Edwin the benefit of the doubt. We all sat down and I explained to him what Crocket told us and wanted to see the 2018 Corollas for the $12.8K price tag. I asked him if we can just see them within the computer first. He gave me a story that those cars are on the computer and we need to go to the preowned lot to see those cars. Remember I am with my 76 old mother in-law, 85 year old father in-law and his 80 year old sister. Once again I gave Edwin the benefit of the doubt. He took us up an elevator to the parking garage and crunched all 5 of us into a new 2019 corolla to go see the promised 2018 inventory. When we get to the lot a few blocks away, he begins to show us 2015-2017 cars. At that moment I let him know that I want to see the preowned 2018 Corollas that Crocket told us about. He began fumbling through his iPhone checking inventory and said he need to go inside to check the preowned inventory system. After leaving us in the car for about 10 minutes he comes out to say he said he had a Corolla 2018 preowned car for us to see. I asked him how much was this car and he told me $14800. I told him I want to see the $12800 cars. He gave me another story that this is the process. At that moment I was fed up and told him to take us back to our car. He said that Crocket should have not told me that this inventory of 2018 preowned was available today and as his manger he was going to discipline him. Frustrated with the situation, we all headed back home. I the way back home Crockett calls me to see if Edwin showed me the 2018 preowned cars. He explained to me that the cars are there but Edwin just did not want to sell me the car at that price. I cannot believe how Toyota of Hollywood would allow this practice of deceiving people especially elderly folks. Two weeks later I still disgusted how they treated me and my in-laws. The lack of respect to for people’s time and intelligence is inexcusable. To top this off, in the newspaper today (Nov 3) the same ad for the preowned Corolla for $12,875 is displayed.

Poor Overall service and professionalism

In all my life I have never come across such unprofessional behavior at a dealership. I assisted my friend with purchasing a Toyota this past Saturday 10/15/18 at around midday. I was assisted by sales person Bruce Niefeld who informed us that the vehicle would be available for pick up that day or the following morning. We called constantly that morning and was transferred constantly to voicemails. When we got in touch with Tyronne Gonzalez (MANAGER), he was very rude and stated there was not much urge to assist because the dealership was not making much money from the sale. We finally got in touch with Bruce who did not even remember his customers and had to be constantly informed of the vehicle purchase. We drove to the dealership on sunday the next to hear that the service building was closed and the vehicle inspection could not be done as well as receiving our vehicle. We were informed by another sales person about having the vehicle dropped off the next day and pursued that option with Bruce. We called the next day and had to remind him again who we were and was informed by him that he would drop it off later but did not know how to because had have no way of getting back to work. So we were left at work with a vehicle that is inoperable and not having any means of getting to the dealership as the insurance and registration was transferred to the newly purchased vehicle. This is incompetence at the highest level and there after all that there is still no initiative taken by anyone (MANAGERS and SALEMEN) to rectify the situation. Just an all round horrible experience.

Last Saturday I took my Corolla for a 15k service and while waiting I stopped by Edgardo's office to say Hi. He had previously assisted me in the purchase of two cars. After a few minutes of chatting, he offered me a good deal on a Camry that I could not refuse. He is always available to help you and presents you with the best option taking into account your budget. I left the dealer with a new Camry and a more consolidated friendship. Thanks Edgardo!!!
