I told Ken up front that I may be "shopping the world" before selecting a car. Nevertheless, he took time with me to show me the $figures and the car. After our through & pleasant discussion there was no need to continue looking. Drove off with the car that afternoon.

Terrific Experierence

I am so pleased with the experience we had at Toyota of Morristown. Liz Brauer and her team were a pleasure to work with. Len Pizza was our agent and he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the car buying process. I was shopping with and for my elderly Mother and Len gave us great detail in the safety features, which were very important to us and helped guide us to the right car. He was so tremendously patient and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend asking for Len!

Buying experience at Toyota of Morristown

Once again Ivan & Alvin came through for me with a fantastic deal on my new 2019 Camry SE.... I was able to upgrade & get all the extras I didn’t think I would be able to afford with my new lease. Bad manager

Dear Debra Thank you for your email and the time you spent with me. I have to tell you i was very disappointed with your manger. To refer to a customer with a little automotive knowledge as a “ car freak “ and a Japanese car as having “slanted head lights” and making me feel un American because I wanted to purchase a Japanese car at a Japanese car dealership. This was despicable. He also misinformed me about 2 Camry components. I am tempted to report him to the Toyota headquarters. I can order a Toyota for cash anywhere in the country but you were my first choice because you were the closest to my house. Under these circumstances I can’t purchase a car from your dealership.

Knowledgeable and fair staff

On 3/7/19 I went into the Toyota of Morristown dealership to take a look at the new 2019 Toyota lineup as I had 4 months left on my current lease and was looking into getting a new Rav 4, CH-R, or Camry. Sales associate, Ken Baker, greeted me an offered to answer any questions with regards to these cars and my upcoming lease options. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and took me on a few test drives so I can fully experience the cars. Ken and the rest of the staff were fair and accommodating to me, assuring my complete satisfaction with my new lease deal. I was very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend Ken and the staff at Toyota of Morristown. My new 2019 Camry was the right decision for me. Thanks Ken.

Service Manager Disgraceful

Service manager called my toddler a lunatic after she fell and her head hit their glass waiting room table and had a egg of a bump on her head. No real sympathy for her or empathy for my concern of having a safe areas for kids to play while families wait hours for their car. I’m still monitoring her for up to two weeks per her doctor to ensure she is ok since it was her head. Toytally turned me off to not only Morristown but Toyota in General. We have two now and I am looking into getting rid of them. They are also a rip off when it comes to price. Double the price of other places.

Unfulfilled promises and discouraging to provide review

Visited the dealer on Dec. 31st, 2018 - No deal. SAD! Received a phone call with voice message from Alvin (sales mgr.) on Jan. 2nd, 2019 Continued negotiation with Alvin on Jan. 3rd, 2019 around 4:19 PM - No deal. Approximately 1 hour later, Alvin left a voice message at my home number with new final cost of the deal which about $200 apart. Returned Alvin's call and spoke with another sales mgr. Promised TWO times to call me for final deal and NEVER called. (1) Jan. 3rd, 2019 - one of the sales mgr. (Anthony) promised to call me at 8:45 PM and I waited for up to 9:10 PM ; (2) Jan. 4th, 2019 - the same sales mgr. promised to call me again either office or home by end of day and never called. Conclusion: UNTRUSTWORTHY! On Jan. 4th, 2019 - Because of the first incident of unfulfilled promise to call me; I informed him that I will submit Google Review for my experiences. Furthermore, somewhere in the lengthy negotiation for closing the business deal, I mentioned to speak with the General Sales Mgr. for making the business deal final; however, I never got the opportunity to speak with him. The sales mgr. offered me to speak directly with the owner of business for her decision to this business deal and if I informed her that I will write in Google Review, the owner will call lawyer. Then, I told him that I will only say/write TRUTHs and real FACTs nothing more and I'm not afraid of her calling lawyer.

Don’t Buy or Lease a Car from Toyota Morristown

I went to this dealership in a good faith so after weeks of negotiations we got agreed on payments The financing manager tried few times to get more money from me and he printed the contract for 12k miles and I told him that it’s 15k so he print a new contract for 15k which I signed and he submitted to Toyota for 12k and forged my signature, after I signed my contract for 15k I went to the restroom and he stole the page with the miles from me My best advice don’t even try to deal with this people

Horrible place to go for things related with your car

The staff at service center is not willing to answer the questions. They market many benefits of coming to this place for service, but none of those benefits is realized. Saw an elderly lady's comments got ignored and laughed at behind the back. Respect for a customer is the minimum thing a service provider can have for their customers.

Dont buy a car with Entunes

After searching for a new car in my immediate area, and being disappointment by the unprofessional ethics of a couple of dealers, I went to Toyota of Morristown and found a car I wanted. I used to take my company car to them for service, but the last couple of years I had a different make. Even though there's a Toyota dealer about 5 miles away from my home, I rather drive the extra distance to get the exceptional service I get at Morristown. My salesmen was Adam Kolodziejski. It was a pleasure dealing with Adam, he is a professional, and gave me a great deal.

I would like to take a moment and rate my experience at Toyota Morristown of New Jersey. We recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Corolla, the personnel is well trained and professional. The salesman Juan Martinez demonstrated his knowledge on the field and patiently helped my son pick up the vehicle that suits his lifestyle needs. Erick Arroyo, the Toyota Finance Director was extremely helpful by guiding us through the process, answering questions and being truthful to his word. Thank you to Alvin Delgado and all the personnel who provided a superior service. I will definitely come back to the Toyota at Morristown and recommend their service at any time.

Terrible service and bad management

I bought a Sienna AWD which came with RFT (Run Flat Tires) that was bad news since the beginning. First to Toyota, you designed a family van with RFT and no spare. How would one go on a vacation which a family in a minivan with no spare ?! Granted I can drive a RFT 50mi at 50mph to where ?! on a Sun eve. returning still 200mi from home with my family in the car. Think..!! And of course the tires wore out at 27,000 miles and cost me more than $1000.00 to replace. Yes, extremely expensive. I took the van in for all 4 tire replacement and was not happy. I was told by Morristown Service dept. that's normal and Yes everyone complains about the poor tires. But we at Toyota do not care, very clear. "Life happens" "its a very heavy vehicle tires wear off quickly" exact words from service guy (total BS). I asked them do do the alignment so possible I don't have same problem again at another 27,000 miles. When I requested warranty on the alignment I was told there is none... Wait you don't warranty your own work ?! I could have gone to Firestone and gotten a 12,000mi warranty for $79. Why did I even come to Toyota. Plus the van is still under warranty alignment should have been included under Toyota care as well as why the tire are only worn on the inside. This just tells me not only not to use them again for service, and never buy a Toyota form them ever again. ** Zero stars to the Service manager his manners and the dealership to do no good after selling a vehicle.

Horrible experience after the sale!!

It appears that Toyota of Morristown make good deals and you are tempted to buy from them but BUYER BEWARE. After you deal wit the sweetest internet manager on the planet you are then subjected to Anthony M. who claims to be in charge and is completely full of himself. He is menacing, dishonest, argumentative and uncaring. I bought two cars in 8 weeks and he just could care less and did not keep his promise of furnishing me with the accessories that were promised although it was clear I paid for them. Not until fighting and aggravating myself to no end did he provide what he promised and had me pay for. Make sure if you buy accessories, that they delineate each one and not just tack the price on to the price of the car and then claim foul!! I am an honest person and was treated like garbage by this dealership, they simply don't care or he wouldn't be there. No apologies....he said he would REPO (AN ALREADY PAID FOR IN CASH CAR) if I canceled my accessories via the credit card company! I never saw such unprofessionalism or nonsense. He fought tooth and nail for 53 dollar cargo mat (which I clearly paid for) knowing I just bought two new cars! He acted as though he wanted nothing to do with this and said "I have a 20,000,000 dollar business to run" as if he was in charge for which I found out today he is NOT! Good customer service goes a long way, Anthony M. makes it so that won't happen here. Jason Ratti, the General manager called me today to and asked me if there was anything he can do. I say NO there isn't at this point the damage is done. I appreciated his candor and feedback but I still feel very sour about this place and just wish it was different. If you don't like aggravation, stay away. I cried on the way home out of frustration. I am an older woman and just don't understand a bully guy doing this to a customer!
