Excellent Experience with Bill!

I had to go in to get my headlight fixed, I had just been there the previous week and another light went out. (not their fault) William Nadeau was so helpful, the deal he gave was amazing!! He was very sweet and quick! I made my day!! For a dealership they are fair and they are honest with what your car needs.

Toyota of Nashua service

Unhappy with the level of service at this dealership. Dashcam caught vulgar offensive language while in for work. Will try another dealership for future service with my vehicle.

Bought my 2016 Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid there last year, a very positive car buying experience. So we went there again yesterday to car shop for my wife. Keith, our salesperson was extremely helpful in getting us a great deal on a 2018 Toyota Avalon Hybrid -- for almost the cost of a Camry Hybrid! I got a discount for being a BAE Systems employee, and another as a loyalty discount for buying a second car from this dealer. I recommend you buy your next Toyota here -- they're very helpful and honest.

Transmission Replacement

I was not pleased that my 2016 Corolla needed a new transmission after 50,000 miles, but the service experience was fantastic. I drove my car into the service bay and within ten seconds a representative(Scott D.) was there to take my information. He walked me to his desk, told me that the repair people would evaluate the vehicle and he would come and get me within 45 minutes. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. He came back in 45 minutes, said they would replace the transmission under warranty and set me up with a loaner and that it would be ready the next afternoon. I was back on the road in another 10 minutes, and the vehicle was ready the next afternoon. Scott made the visit that I was dreading into a painless experience. Great job!

Terrible dealership

This dealership has change so bad for the worst. They boast how they are the best in New England but I found them to be rude and arrogant. Was shopping for a new truck but when they told me that my 2016 chevy with less than 30 thousand miles on it was only worth 5 grand in trade I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Just the right car and price, good people to work with

We were glad to drive up from our home in downtown Boston to order a Rav4 Hybrid AWD from the factory, with the knowledgeable and personable assistance of Matt Blake and Heather Marcheterre of Toyota of Nashua. They were careful to determine our needs and matching features of the car, taking the role more of prospective buyers themselves and making sure we knew the available options. that made sense with our planned use and regular transportation of grandchildren. After a successful test ride, we were able to order the precise vehicle our conversation had identified as the right one. After a three-week wait, just what was promised, our new car arrived. Scrubbed and polished, it fit us like a glove! And the cost was a much better bargain than the terms we were quoted anywhere else within 50 miles of Boston.

Double check their work

I got an oil change at this place only because I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership which was a huge mistake in itself. Anyway after I left saturday afternoon I decided to check my oil when I got home, so I pop my hood and find my oil dipstick sticking out about a foot from it's seat position. I'm not sure how you could screw that up, so I check my oil level and find my oil is overfilled by just over a quart. For some reason my my brake master cap was unstowed but the level was still at least 1 inch below the FULL line. I have been changing oil in my vehicles my whole life, the only reason I brought my truck here is because I got suckered into an overpriced warranty and do not want any discrepancies. Oh yeah, out of the 4 times I showed up for my service appointments that I made over the phone, they had no documentation that I made an appointment. Toyota of Nashua sucks.

Fast and Easy

I purchased a certified pre-owned Avalon from there yesterday and it was such an easy experience. As a women going alone to purchase a vehicle I prepared myself for a fight. Jim Burrows was my sales representative and I let him know exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it all to go down and he didn't tried to bs me on anything. He was straight forward and to the point. He was very fair on my trade and took the time to go over the Avalon with me and even paired my phone before I left. I was in and out in 4 hours with my new car. I would highly recommend Toyota Of Nashua and Jim Burrows to all my clients, friends and family.

Amazing Experience

Last week I had purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I was hesitant to purchase from Toyota of Nashua due to the negative reviews I had saw online when researching area dealerships. However, I decided to give them a try. I had worked with sales associate Matt Almeida who was amazing. Matt had listened to my concerns, was very professional, polite, and attentive to what I was looking for in a car. Matt had gone above and beyond in locating the car I was looking for and working with me. I also appreciate that Matt took the time to check in and see how everything with the car was. I felt the whole car buying process was very clear and straight forward, with no games and the final price was what I had negotiated. I also worked with finance director Jason Stefanski who was also very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. I love my car and am very satisfied with my purchase. I will be returning in the future to purchase another car from Toyota of Nashua and recommend others to go here.

They made things right

After a few weeks and some discussion they made things right. I would not recommend this dealer either way. I will update my review at my 5000 mile service. I still rate Donna at 1 star because she never reached out to me in any way. As they customer relations manager I feel she should have contacted me by now just to make sure I am happy with the resolution. It's because of her complete lack of customer service that I can't rate the dealer higher than 3 stars.

Poor Service

Heater fan noisy after oil change/20000 routine service. Called them. They said to come back the next day no appt necessary. They made me wait an hour and a half to take a leaf that had fell into the fan when they changed the filter.... Not happy!

Best Toyota Dealership in New Hampshire

I have purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Nashua, both through their Internet sales division. My most recent purchase, the 2017 Toyota Sienna LS, was quoted $4500 less than the retail price. After calling Kay, at Internet sales, and asking if they would take a certain price, I ended up purchasing the vehicle for $5000 less than retail plus a free set of all weather floor mats. I had, in effect, purchased this vehicle without even entering the show room. And for those who do not like waiting some time for their vehicle to be serviced, schedule your appointment for early in the morning and enjoy a great home-cooked breakfast in their café for under five dollars.

When It comes to the Excellent Car Buying experience, Painless and Knowledgeble staff , there is One name Ricky Aurora! That's it. His Professionalism and Knowledge of Toyota way beyond my expection. Even Anthony was great in Finance department. Best Team work. He was very detail oriented as, when I picked up my new Highlander. Actually This vehicle purchased by my Mother, I was only helping her. He is very respectful, polite and crystal clear on every occasion. After buying he called two times, to check on us to make sure we are 100% satisfied and happy with buying experience. "We had a deal at Woburn but, the way they cunduct business that horrified my Mother. sales personal was unprofessional and unhygienic. Lots of pressure and games." His Manager D. Brannon with heavy Voice was Very Rude and disrespectful to my family, Told his sales person on my back that "Let them go or Throw them out" We came to Toyota of Nashua. We live in Billerica, MA. Buying Toyota first time

Usually my husband and I dread the whole car buying experience. He needs a truck and wanted a Tacoma. We met with Kyle who was absolutely wonderful! Both he and the sales manager were great! It was the quickest we've ever purchased a vehicle. Plus they have a cafe that served the best breakfast! We recommend going here if you want a no pressure enjoyable experience. And ask for kyle!
