Service visits prevent big repairs.

I've taken my last three vehicles to Toyota of SB for regular servicing. I hate paying for servicing, but I hate emergency repairs and being stranded by the roadside even more. Regular servicing doesn't cost, so much as it pays off in the long run!

Every time I have taken my Toyota in to service and I deal with Todd, he gets me in fast, let’s me know exactly what they are doing and how long it will approximately take. Todd is very professional, polite, and does his job very well! I would definitely itself recommend Todd and Toyota.

I’ve been taking my 2015 Rav4 to Santa Barbara Toyota since I purchased it there and have been very happy w/ their friendly, honest customer service and nice amenities (coffee & donuts in the morning and complementary shuttle). Jim and Justin have been great to work with and always provide a no nonsense answer to all my questions. They go out of their way to offer the best price available & help ensure my car is kept in the best shape possible. I would certainly recommend going to this service center, but do call ahead for appointments as they can get quite busy.

Maintenance service

I had my 2016 Corolla done the maintenance service last week at this location. They kindly gave a ride to my daughter who dropped off my car there back to her home. Text is sent to me real fast for communication. Once service is completed, they texted her. We loved this kind of communication, fast and real time service help to smooth the whole process. Also, they answered me many questions through the texting. That is nice!

My family has a "fleet" of 4 Toyotas, we take them all to Toyota of Santa Barbara for service and ALWAYS work with Tod, who is fantastic. Great guy, straight shooter, looking for ways to save you money instead of spending extra. Can't recommend him highly enough.

This was an easy, comfortable purchase of a great new RAV4.

From the first contact to driving away with our new RAV4 Hybrid weeks later, we never felt pushed. We were always treated kindly and courteously by Angel and Carlos, and enjoyed working with Benny in the finance office. My wife, Sheila, was very impressed by the giant bow on the hood when we went to pick it up, and the "VIP for Mrs. Lunsford" sign in the front window. It seems like a silly little thing, but it really did make us feel special. Thanks to whoever cleaned it up before we picked it up. It was beautiful! It made the purchase all the more exciting. We will recommend SB Toyota to others.

Effective and kind

Damaged Tire on a Brand New Car

This Dealer does not provides customer service at all, they are about money, money, My sons brand New car had defective tire, I toolk it to Santa Barbara Toyota for replacement and they right out after was dropped out at service they called back with out the pocket Quote price with out even trying to figure out why this tire was defective, Thomas in service was help full in trying to call the tire company for replacement but he wasn't to successful in getting the job done!, he gave up and wanted to install the Deal tire at very expensive price. He mentioned that tire was not a Defect but they don't recommended to drive the car with out first replace the tire. he gave up and wanted to install the Deal tire at very expensive price. Management didn't care about it. so I decided to request to Install the spare tire and drive out of Toyota of Santa Barbara dealer, car was not even washed a courtesy when car gets in to service, Poor Service and won't recommend this Dealer to any one of my friends or family members. I took the car to Costco for a better, cheaper tire that includes warranty on it and with a Great Customer service!!. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER YOU HAVEN WARNED!!

Waste of my time and money

They wouldn't even give me floor mats for the car I bought from them. Then within a month my car started malfunctioning. Now I have no working touch screen to control anything inside my car. These people are not honest people. I wish I had just left as soon as the snakey sales people showed up.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I've dealt with many dealer service centers over the years owning a Toyota and have had the best, most trustworthy, experience with Toyota of Santa Barbara. Jim Clanin helped determine what service was really necessary, rather than just go along with what Toyota recommends at maintenance intervals. His expertise gave me peace of mind and saved me from unnecessary expense on an older vehicle. Both he and Rachel in the service dept. have been extremely helpful & pleasant to work with. And the shuttle service is great.
