I leased 2 Buick Envision from this dealer within a month pe

I recently leased 2 of the 2017 Buick Envision from this dealer. One was on 10/26 and one on 11/16. One is the Preferred model and the other is the Essence model. Tommy Barnes, the manager went out of his way to offer me a price that i can't refuse. Blake, the salesperson, is also helpful in every aspect and help me with the Costco rebate. Katrina, from FInance, is also helpful by quickly get you in and out for the paperwork without any gimmick sale pressure. It should be noted that I did shop 4 others dealers before decided to buy both cars here. At the end of the day, the final price is the key factor and the way you were treated at the dealer matters. Prior to a final price, I constantly text back and forth with Tommy and he never failed to provide a reply. That's what i call customer service. Other may had bad experience but i had wonderful experience with this dealer.

Crooked Dealership

Have you seen the Ads about a cooked dealer telling lies to get you through the door and finally saying that you don't qualify... this dealership is one of them. On the phone, I enquired if I qualify for a particular rebate, and the person (Mariam) said "Absolutely, You do qualify" and when I reached there, they ran my credit report and make me wait for about three hours, then they are saying I do not qualify for the rebate I enquired about (by the way the rebate has nothing to do with my credit report). I have leased cars before from Toyota and chevy, but these guys are in a different world, a crooked one

I tried to buy a car

Expressed interest in a truck a week ago and asked if they could work me up pricing and email it to me because I was leaving town to celebrate my dads 88th birthday. But I would call when I received it to discuss and would be back to finalize a deal on Monday. They said great and they would email me within the next couple hours. I never received an email. I called on Sunday and they still had the truck & he would get the payment & pricing info to me. I did not receive it. I called again on Monday and they apologized and said he would send it out asap. I finally received a full price paper without the extended warranty I asked for & without payment options at 7pm. I called to salesman & asked if they could do better & please add what i requested. He said he would talk to another manager who could probably work a better deal. No response on Tuesday or Wednesday finally called again today (Thursday) and the salesman was off. Asked for the sales manager, he said he would call me back in 10 min. Finally called me back 2 hrs later & i missed the call. Called back 2 hours after he left the message and he said that they just sold the truck for full price. He made it sound like it was my fault cause I didn't want to pay the sticker price. I never once said I wouldn't pay full price, but who in their right mind doesn't try to negotiate? I have never in all the years of buying cars have I meet a dealership not interested in selling a vehicle. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership!

i bought my enclave new from tustin buick and have had numerous warranty issues since then (water pump, seal beat, front main seal, real main seal, ac line). the ac went out again so i took it in for service. they said it would be out of warranty and cost 2k to fix. i left two messages for the service manager about the situation and he never returned my calls and I left three messages for the general manager and she never returned my calls. not only did they not return my calls but i felt they did nothing to help A) fight GM to help them pick up some of the tab B) reduce some of the costs since I bought the car from them and go to them for service all these years. I can't believe places like this are still in business.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I bought a used 2012 Dodge Mega Cab 3500 and spent over $50,000 with the understanding that when I picked it up the next day the interior would be detailed to remove all the pet hair and dander as I am severely allergic. A few hours before I picked it up, I called them again to remind them to make sure they cleaned the interior, they (Thovan) said they would be sure to hit it "again". When I arrived after a 2.5 hour drive, I looked at the interior and it was EASY TO SEE THEY NEVER EVEN HIT IT ONCE. It was as though they got me to sign the papers and got what they wanted and the truck was no longer their priority. I have since put in about 6 hours of my own time trying to vacuum and shampoo the carpets and seat backs. I have been severely sick and fighting allergies since I bought the truck. TUSTIN BUICK GMC HASN'T EVEN OFFERED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I am no longer their problem, they got my money. If I could do it all over again, I would take my business elsewhere and make sure I got what I wanted before I signed ANYTHING! Good luck to you!

This was the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Tustin Buick GMC. I highly recommend them as they are honest, easy to work with, and feel like family. Thank you to the general manager and all of the staff for the VIP treatment. I love the Kia.

My Pontiac Torrent was having a serious issue. There were random occasions where the cars steering would shut off for 2 second intervals. This happened 15-20 times everyday while driving, making for an unsafe driving experience. First I brought the car to a large reputable, repair shop. They could not solve the problem. I then brought my Pontiac to Tustin Buick GMC located in Tustin auto center. My service writer was Robert Krause. Robert negotiated with GM to replace a module in the computer. Without me asking Robert arranged for me to have a rental car at no charge. Robert called me everyday to keep me informed. My car was out of warranty both in miles and years. Yet, through Robert, I only paid a $25 co pay which provided me with a warranty on the part being replaced. And when my car was ready it was even washed for me! Needless to say after this experience. I am a fan of Tustin Buick GMC. Thanks to everyone who helped me at the dealership. You guys rock. I am now a fan of your dealership and will come back if I need anything. Thanks for making a stressful experience not stressful. Vincent Jackson

Gary Gilbert is a great service advisor at Tustin GMC. He is very knowledgeable and service is excellent. It is nice to deal with one person on a consistent basis.

I purchased a GMC truck from this dealership. I had the tow mirrors replaced with stock mirrors. After replacement, we found that the mirrors did not work properly and they said there was nothing they could do to fix them. I asked for a refund for the cost of the replacement, and they refused. I offered to just take 50% of the install price in an effort to work with them. They refused. I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Tustin Buick did not respond and ended up with an unsatisfactory rating. I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair, but Tustin refused to work with them as well. I was told to take them to small claims court, which I did. I won the case, and Tustin Buick refused to pay. I had to get the local Sheriff's Dept to forcefully remove the funds from their bank account after a court order. The arrogance of this dealership speaks for itself with this experience.
