FANTASTIC!!!!!!

My husband and I have had been loyal Yukon Denali's owners since 2000. It was time to shop for a new 2017 Denali, however we always wanted to have a Cadillac Escalade which we thought the monthly lease payment would be too high for us until we met RAY MCINNIS (Sales Consultant) and GEORGE KERIAKES (the finance manager) at Tustin Cadillacs. Our experience with these two gentlemen was beyond amazing. From the moment we walked in, Ray and George welcomed us with open arms. They are polite, knowledgeable, patient and NOT PUSHY AT ALL! CHRIS MONTEJANO (Certified Technology Expert), who spent close to 90 minutes teaching us all the technology bell and whistles of this gorgeous car, also has been very patient, kind and helpful. OH...Did I mention this car can park itself !!! :) Our monthly lease payments is beyond lower then we expected and estimated, which made us pool the trigger and drove off from the dealership as proud owners of a 2017 Black-on-Black luxury Cadillac Escalade ESV ! Thank you Ray, Chris and George, I can’t wait to come back for my next car. Thank you again

Rude and Condescending

Specifically Arnie, really rude guy. Drove from San Diego to buy a vehicle. Arnie was really rude, spoke down to me the whole time. In fact the salesman Wayne, had to tell Arnie to stop speaking to me that way. My wife walked out and sat in the car it was that bad. I have 70 employees that work for me, ive never treated anyone that way. Right out of the gates this guy was rude, never will I go to Tustin Cadillac or recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Wife took my car in for service,they were fast and accomadating and answered any questions I had also took care of someone that is in the same industry. Greatly appreciate our service advisor Paul!

STUCK WITH A LEMON

STUCK WITH A LEMON 2013 ATS 2.0 Turbo. Very similar experience to Brian L on the same make a model car. Multiple trips to the dealer with the same issue not being solved. Both of the Service managers treated me like a crazy person and telling me that it' not a big deal that my exhaust manifold bolts keep loosing and turbo was replaced at 15k miles. Upon picking my car up a couple of times it was much dirtier then when I picked it up. Including food left over from service person. Only person I am ok with is Ron the service writer who was pleasant and wish he could do more to address my concern but his hands were tied from his boss. Dealer service is terrible and car is junk can't wait to have this xxx gone from my life

This was the easiest and best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. The internet sales team contacted us via email and in 1 afternoon we had the whole deal done. We were really happy with the deal. Our car was out and waiting for us. It had a very cool sold sign on the dash. Our salesman Mike set us up their great tech team who set up and synched the cue system with our phones and took as much time as we needed to learn the cue infotainment system and every other cool device this car has on it. We will buy our next car from this dealership. It was so easy. Oh Yeah, and my ATS 2.0T is pretty awesome too! I love this car!

I am always pleased with the service that I receive from Tustin Cadillac and I love the new customer lounge. I purchased my Escalade from Tustin Cadillac and they have always performed the serviced on my Escalade. Ron is so honest & professional when advising me on what service my Escalade requires. It has 141,000 miles, it runs great & I have never had a major problem thanks to Ron and the crew at Tustin Cadillac.

I requested a quote on line and got one within 5 minutes. It wasl less than a day and I was driving home in my new SRX. Incredible Service! The internet team was very friendly and helpful. The sales process was direct and all of my questions answered without any games and back and forth. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

We went in to look at used Escalades and used SRXs. I explained, via email, before going to the dealership that we were looking to purchase a used car after my wife's lease expired in 10 months. His email response was, we are here, come on in and take a look. I have had the same conversation with a couple of Mercedes dealerships and one Lexus dealership. The internet sales person I dealt with at the Lexus dealership spent about 45 minutes with us. He knew we were not going to buy a car until our lease was up. Yet, he answered all the questions we had and gave us a test drive of a brand new 2010 Lexus RX. At Tustin Cadillac the salesman met us and opened with, "10 months is a long time away." He then unlocked the doors of one SRX, without a third row seat, and left for the showroom. He told us to come find him if we had a question. It was clear he did not want to spend time on us. We then went in to the showroom, which had a used 2009 SRX with a third row seat, which was down. However, there was not enough electric power for the seats to come up when the button was pushed and, it turns out, pushing the button is the only way to get the third row to come up. The salesman said, "It takes a lot of power to raise the seats. And there isn't much room." It didn't even seem to cross his mind that he might want to get the keys, turn the car on, and put the seats up for us. The Lexus dealership had cars with power. The Mercedes sales people would have turned on the car immediately. Not this guy. I estimate there is an 80 percent chance we will buy a used SRX in 8-10 months. There is a 0 percent chance we will buy it from Tustin Cadillac.

I would not recommend this dealer.

It took five messages and finally a complaint to Cadillac...

It took five messages and finally a complaint to Cadillac corporate directly to get a return call to schedule a service visit. (Never had a problem before this visit, and the vehicle was purchased from same dealership less than two years previously.) The service manager called and stated he would take us immediately and meet us as we arrived. He never met us as indicated. We had several items serviced. I had to call and check on the status of teh vehicle. I was told everything was completed. Once we picked up the vehicle, we discovered a day later that several items were not completed as originally indicated. When I called the service advisor back, he was not aware of the items not being completed. The service advisor said they had to order some parts, and that he would contact when they arrived. Four weeks later, we were still waiting for the call. We then filed a complaint and still did not hear anything. This is a dealership to completely avoid!

I would not recommend this dealer.
