Kevin was my service attendant and he handles this event professionally and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Tustin Service Department. The issues was taken care of quickly and I was back on the street with my 2001 4 Runner. Like I said, it want what I wanted to hear but it was handled professionally and with a sense of urgency. I was satisfied with the entire transaction.

I worked 20 plus years in the highly competitive arena - Air Travel - International Airlines, Customer care, I was taught to always listen , then listen and finally just summarize what the customer said in terms the customer can associate with. Then and only then one can get full buy in and when that happens people decide to buy - no one wants to be sold - people enjoy buying. I was at the other surrounding dealerships in the square and did not feel I could buy from any of them because I would not feel right with myself to purchase a car from someone that I felt was only trying to sell me. I could buy anything I want, I have 833 credit score , when Juan approached my wife and myself ; he was smiling and respectful of my wife, very important ; he asked what are we considering and if we had other alternatives then he made a recommendation and we bumped ourselves to the XLE level. Inside , he was even more helpful, he explained what was going to happen , it did and we started. The transaction was to the point , in Finance we met Nikki, she is helpful and understanding allowing me to discuss each offer. Most people in the street say the Finance department is where the dealership rips your head off and do not buy anything especially a Lexus or a Toyota because they are bullet proof; however; I disagree, I let Nikki do a presentation , knowing things happen because I have a collision repair facility in Garden Grove , I have new cars brought in only to be deemed a total loss and I know it best to get the GAP. Toyota is still man made and anything can happen to a unit, the 125,000 mile service is a no brainer, with technology as it stands today ; it is smart to get protection- all electro domestic items , computers, Televisions, Kitchen items even the washer dryer need these protection because lets face it non is going to last too long, technology is evolving too fast and there is always improvement over improvement. So I recommend the offer. All in all from the time I walked on lot to the time I drove off in my new car was two hours and 10 minutes. I say good job and great training to their supervisors.

Convenient and courteous

I really appreciate that Tustin Toyota service center is open on Saturday and appointments can be made online. My car was serviced with no issues and was ready at the estimated time. Jorge was very polite and nice to work with. Communication via text was also convenient.

Contacted dealer online. Dealer contacted me and we communicated over texting. I started communicating with the dealer in the afternoon and got the quote. I stopped by the dealer after work For a spin and processed the paperwork as quoted. The entire process was about 2 hours. Great experience!!! Definitely recommended!!!

Amazing Service Advisor

My service advisor for my recent visit was Josh. He was prompt, friendly, and has good listening skills. Although I brought my RAV4 Hybrid in for the 10,000 mile service there is an on-going issue I have been dealing with regarding fueling my vehicle since I bought it back in April. Since I have not had any luck with previous service advisors and even Toyota corporate headquarters, I mentioned it and he seemed genuinely concerned and offered to state surveying other 2019 RAV4 Hybrid owners if they were experiencing the same problem. At least it was something other than being told I wasn't fueling correctly or that I wasn't allowing for the extra fuel in the tank that is not accessible. When your tank fills at least 4 gallons short of the full mark on the fuel gauge something is definitely wrong. May have to take a service tech with me the the gas station to prove my point.

Service & maintence 2015 Rav 4

I’m a frequent customer of Tustin Toyota. Since I bought my car here in 2015. I’m out of warranty but they always send me great discounts & coupons for service. It is one of my favorite service departments. Cesar was my service person today. He did an amazing job, gave me the information on what I needed for my car to keep it running in the best condition. I had told him what a bad experience I had at Toyota of Orange. The only reason I went there was because they gave me a $20 gift card. Was not worth the service, since two days later my battery died and my brake fluid was extremely low. Both of which I wasn’t informed about. Back to Tustin...so I waited for my car, my appt. was at 4:30 and I left dealer at 5:45. I had my two French bulldogs with me in there stroller. We enjoyed the ac, complimentary water or coffee, and of course subway! The inside was clean and refreshing. The music was playing just right and so were the TVs. When my service was done, Cesar told me the last dealership had stripped my filter and left it cracked. Lucky for me they help cover the cost! Also if I get coupons from the other dealership Tustin will match it. Overall a great experience & I recommend coming here. No upsales or harassment for services.

I get my Corolla serviced here all of the time, so I decided to buy a new RAV4 Hybrid, and I am so happy with it and Tustin Toyota! It took some work on the part of my salesman, Andrew Freeman, but he was successful, and in less than 2 weeks, I was driving my new RAV4 Hybrid!
