It started from the moment I walked in the dealership I had a sense of trust. My sales person Ray was so professional and excellent customer service I couldn’t ask for more. Then the Sales manager Nick worked so well with me, he got me exactly what I was looking to pay. Finally in finance Mr Hassan made my experience so easy breezy that I was out of there within a few hours with my brand new car. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I recommend them to everyone, 5 star all the way!!!!!!

This service experience was far better than my last. Showed up at my scheduled appointment time, only waited a few minutes and Whitney had my car checked in and into a rental car in less than 20 minutes. She was super friendly and helpful.

TUTTLE-CLICK, AHMAD SOLEMAN, AND DON PALMER PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLES’ SAFETY. WARNING: I brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in for an oil change and some other minor work. After my truck had been in their shop for six (6) days and several days of me calling and leaving messages to check the progress, and not hearing back from my service representative Izzy, I physically had to go in and wait nearly a half hour before I was able to retrieve my truck. However, this is just the beginning of what is an ongoing nightmare… Upon driving my truck home, about 10 miles from Tuttle-Click, I heard a strange clicking sound coming from the front of my truck. The next time I drove was to get my kids from school. As I drove away with my kids in tow toward the ice-cream shop prepared to celebrate their first day back, my steering wheel and entire truck started to wobble uncontrollably. I immediately pulled over to inspect the vehicle, to find to my shock that only 2 out of 5 lug nuts were holding my right front wheel on! Of the two remaining lug nuts I was able to spin one of them with my fingers. MY TIRE NEARLY CAME COMPLETELY OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING MY TWO SMALL CHILDREN! I called Tuttle-Click’s Service Manager, Don Palmer, to inform him of what had happened and he instructed me to bring it in so that he could take a look. Don Palmer called me back later in the day and to my amazement proceeded to feed me the following two (2) fairytales; A: someone tried to steal my rims and was scared off; or B: my tire suddenly came off due to an aftermarket lift installed 8 years ago. Don Palmer insisted that Tuttle-Click was not responsible and refused to repair the damage. Don stated that, although it is standard practice for Tuttle-Click to rotate tires when changing the oil on vehicles, that this time they had not touched my tires. Please keep in mind, that I had not had any issue whatsoever with wobbliness or loose lug nuts prior to bringing it in for work. My wife and I purchased our vehicles and have had them serviced at Tuttle-Click ever since that time. Every time prior to this incident Tuttle-Click has rotated our tires. I find it convenient and suspect that only after reporting the incident was I informed that this time they did not rotate the tires. Outraged I called Tuttle-Click’s General Manager, Ahmad Soleman. Despite our years of customer loyalty and the obvious and clear correlation between the service and the tire nearly falling off, Ahmad also refused to take any responsibility or even offer to repair the damage. I brought my truck in for a standard oil change and to change a headlight. Now, instead of having my truck back with a fresh oil change, I have to eat the bill for having it towed to Tuttle-Click, pay another tow truck to take the truck to another repair shop, and pay a ridiculous amount for another shop to repair the extensive damaged caused by Tuttle-Click. I do not complain without cause and have never left a poor review of any business online, but I feel that if Tuttle-Click, Ahmad Soleman, and Don Palmer are trying to pull this on me they likely take advantage of others as well. I strongly caution anyone contemplating buying or having service done at Tuttle-Click to reconsider. TUTTLE-CLICK, AHMAD SOLEMAN, AND DON PALMER PUT PROFITS BEFORE PEOPLES’ SAFETY.

Assad is a great salesperson. He let us take “our” time in looking at jeeps without being pushy rather being helpful by answering our many questions. He worked with us through the end of the entire process. Amad made it happen for us in a timely matter and not overwhelming us with paperwork. These two gentlemen are an awesome team!!! I have bought several cars at your dealership but will probably not buy one from you again. When I bought the last car I believed I was overcharged because I'm a woman. Even the bank they did the lone didn't process alone for the 1st month because they thought I was overcharged. The cost I was given by the sales manager with different very different when filed out aperwork, kept changing until i signed. It wasn't processed the 1st month because the guy that did the paperwork went on vacation. The registration wasn't even done correctly. When I complained nothing was taken in consideration I was pooh poohed away and so I will probly not buy a car from again or recommend you. But, your service department has greatly improved Whitney was great. When I went in and this has happened a couple of times the men are on their phone or computer ignoring me and it's Whitney the woman who says come see me and takes care of everything. She is concerned and does a great job so my kudos to Whitney she's great.

I brought my 2013 dodge charger in for service . My service advisor he did a awesome job in helping me. I had a coolant leak near the water pump. Originally had my car towed to Tustin tuttle click their service is horrible they charged me a diagnostic fee of $160 and told me i needed a cap all long i needed a water pump im going back to get my refund for mis diagnosing my car. Will never go back to Tustin tuttle click their service is horrible.

Never buy from here

I bought my vehicle here over 2 months ago and still dealing with issues. I noticed a hole in the leather before buying the vehicle and was told set up an appointment to fix it. When I did, I showed up and they had no record of my appointment. After an hour wait pictures were taken and they said they would call me In one week to have the new seat cover installed. A month later I followed up to learn there was no record of my visit. Meanwhile, My monthly payment for the car I traded in was deducted from my bank account due to the fact it took the dealership just under 2 months to pay off my trade in. I have now received a notice from the DMV stating I have delinquent insurance on my old vehicle due to the fact the dealer did not submit the transfer of title. I have finally got the seat fixed after multiple calls and many hours of waiting, including another appointment for which I showed up to find out there was no record of any appointment made. I have bought many new cars and never experienced anything like this. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and buy from another dealer.
