lying and arrogant sales manager

This was my first time dealing with Twin City. Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. Not overly pushy as some can be. However, when time came to negotiate the price and trade, I saw how their sales manager really treats people! Was lured in with a newspaper ad that they then would not honor. Then they misrepresented the price of the vehicle by saying...they would sale me the vehicle for X price and pay off my trade. However, with just a quick glance it was obvious that the trade pay off was then added onto the backside of the loan. When I questioned the salesman he told me I was wrong. After I got up to leave he got the sales manager who proceeded to not only tell me I was wrong, but speak to me like I was an idiot. Incapable of understanding such technical math. I was very disappointed and obviously will not do business with them in the future. Many other Nissan dealers in the Knoxville area.

In and out the door with a new car!

I preselected a 2017 Nissan Versa SV on the Nissan website and found Twin City Nissan to have a better selection of vehicles. I was able to go straight to the car that I wanted, hand Matthew my driver's license and test drive the car. Within a couple of hours, I was walking out with keys in hand. But not before Matthew had a chance to introduce me to Cory, one of the service techs that will help me keep up with the maintenance of my new vehicle. Matthew even hooked up my Bluetooth! I had a wonderful car buying experience. It was easy and convenient!

Said car has no problems, has multiple problems.

Purchased a 2009 Civic with 50k miles, cash. Was told by two SALES REPS that there were no problems. Driving it home I noticed the CV joint was bad $400+ to fix. Weather stripping was dry rotted and came detached while driving home, banging against the paint and window on the interstate leaving scratches. If my window was down it would have put out my eye. Had to pull over. I've had the car for less than 2 weeks and I already regret it. Never again.

Attentive and A spirit of Excellence

I have wanted a JUKE for over 3 years. I visited this dealership three times before I finally purchased a car. My salesperson Phillip Bizak was very patient with me. He respected my car choice, price point and time. I NEVER FELT PRESSURED! He walked me through the process and made me feel like I was his only client. The finance portion was tedious, but Gabriel worked hard to find me an even better rate than my own credit union offered me. I am so thankful to Phillip and Gabriel for making this a great experience for me. I purchased a great car at a great price from a great company! Bless you Twin City Nissan. I went into Twin City Nissan with a specific car in mind. I was helped right away by Matthew Garber. Matthew took his time showing me all my different options, and when they didn't have the perfect car I was looking for he helped me create it! After leaving and doing my research I realized they had the most competitive prices and went back to purchase the car. Even though already gone for the day Matthew went out of his way to come back and help me close the deal. If you shop here with twin city I highly recommend him, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and seemed to genuinely cared about what I was looking for instead of just trying to push a sale on me. I also have had serval problems with my Nissan rouge recently, and have had several places tell me nothing was wrong with it though clearly it was shaking and the air conditioner was making noise. Cory in the service department was able to figure out and fix the problem in no time. My car is driving get and the air conditioner is running awesome just in time for this heat wave. It's so nice to deal with people who know what they are doing. Thanks twin city for making my process so easy!

Needle In A Hay Stack

I was looking for a small car with low miles, no money down, no co-signer and a payment under $300 per month. Since I am in the middle of a divorce/mess and had with my credit score, financially...I DID NOT THINK THERE WAS ANY WAY I WOULD EVEN GET APPROVED FOR ANYTHING...MUCH LESS THIS GOOD OF A DEAL?!?!??!! HOWEVER...Mike Jones and Bill Keeton did better than this?!?!?!!? Met all my criteria and even got me in a car that had less than 11,000 miles on it WITH NO CO-SIGNER AND...even though the car was 7 years old, it drove, looked and even SMELLED new?!?!?! :-) LOVE MY LITTLE CAR!!!!! Thank you all SOOO much!!!! As Bill said, "girl, you found a needle in a hay stack"?!?!?! :-) LOL!!! BILL...YOU ARE SO RIGHT?!?!?!?! THANKS AGAIN, GUYS!!!! We received great service from a very knowledgeable salesman for our new car. We asked for all the options and he presented them with no pressure whatsoever. Matthew Garber was our salesman and I feel he went above and beyond his duties to meet our needs. We took a trip in the car and we are loving the new Rogue. We will return to this dealership and I'll look for Matthew when we need another car.

Following a very bad experience at another dealership, I decided to give Twin City Nissan a try. I had been there late last year and dealt with Matthew Garber. Did not buy at the time, but remembered how nice I was treated. No pressure, which being a woman shopping by herself was very much appreciated. I received the same treatment when I returned this week. I truly believe that I received the best possible price, and treated with much respect. So much that when I told my sister about the deal, she went to the same sales person and bought a car. If I ever decide to purchase another car I will definitely return to Matthew Garber at Twin City Nissan.

Worst dealership I've been to

Where do I begin. So, last week I was in the market for a new car and Twin City Nissan was recommended to me. I called and spoke to a very nice Saleswoman (Nicky) who I felt legitimately wanted to help me buy a car. I made an appointment to see the sales manager that evening to have my vehicle appraised for trade-in . When I arrived on the lot to have my vehicle appraised, I felt like from the get go that the sales manager didnt want to make a deal with me. My suspicions were confirmed when he spent only 45 seconds looking at my vehicle, then told me that there's pre-much no vehicle he could put me in because my payments would be about 475 to 500 and something dollars a month. He said just keep driving want I have because no dealership could get my payments to where I wanted which was 375 to 400 monthly. Two days later I purchased a brand new Nissan Altima from Ted Russell Nissan. Not only did they do the trade, they were very patient and professional. Also, with the excellent deal they got me on my trade-in, the Altima was was purchased under MSRP and my payments came in under 400 a month, right where I wanted them. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to Ted Russell you'll be very pleased you did.

Worst experience

This place is horrible, they didn't honor the agreed upon price nor did they discuss the interest rate or the taxes. We bought a used car when we could have gotten a brand new vehicle for the same price. Our salesman took advantage that we were first time car buyers and really made me feel like an idiot.

Have always loved my Pathfinders but when I went to purchase my 2017 model at a new dealership was blown away by the professional and courteous service I received at Twin City Nissan. Sold us a problem!

We took all the money we had to Twin City Nissan as a down payment on a used minivan. They showed us several Honda Odyssey's and let my wife drive a blue one. They called us shortly after and said we only qualified for a red vehicle. We purchased the van and 5 months later it needed a 4,000 transmission. Twin City Nissan said take it to Airport Honda, we can't help you. Airport Honda said we didn't sell it to you, we can't help you.( These dealerships are all affiliated). After several months of not having a vehicle, Honda Corporate kicked in 1,000(an admission of guilt if you ask me). We borrowed another 3,000 and got the transmission replaced at Airport Honda. Their reward in the end for selling us a bad vehicle was getting paid to replace a transmission. No one at either dealership would do anything to help us. I believe they knew the transmission was questionable and pushed us to this vehicle. We are in better shap now, have purchased several vehicles since, but will never go to the Twin City Delearships and warn everyone else to avoid them. One of our biggest mistakes was not reviewing the Honda Odyssey on line. They had notorious transmission problems and as a struggling car buyer we think they should have helped us with our decision. We have had positive dealership experience in Knoxville. My number is 865-556-0314 for positive recommendations. Often times folks think negative reviews are competition in disguise. I'm a sales person for an alarm company and have nothing to do with car sales. Danny

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Beware of Twin City Nissan. These are the most corrupt people I have ever dealt with. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra on 12-31-2015. On 1-2-2015 I took it on a business trip to Chattanooga. This is the first time I have driven this vehicle. On my way back to Maryville the vehicle just quit. I would hit the gas but it showed no rpm's and it stopped running. I called the dealership and they told me I had to call their towing service, and I asked them to call it and they refused. I had to call. The people I dealt with were so rude and indignant like I was a problem to them. I called the salesman, Sal, and he told me " What do you want me to do about it? He couldn't care less. And Jim, the sales manager, was so rude that I couldn't even talk to him. He was getting upset with me for me asking questions about the car and the way they do business. I went out and hired a lawyer and I walked in to the dealership and threw the keys on a desk. These guys are the worst guys I have ever dealt with. Beware everybody. These people a snakeskin salesmen. The bad part about is that I bought a 2008 Nissan Sentra from Oak Ridge Nissan and paid it off so I was a returning customer and they treated me like a second class citizen. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Deceitful Dealership

I recently bought a Nissan and was given a price out the door.my salesman wrote the price on a card and we shook hands on it. I was offered a warranty for $3.00 a month for 72 months. However when I reviewed my paperwork, the salesman added 2500. To the price of the car and the warrenty turned out to be 2500.00 or 30.00 fot 72 months. I was misled in both areas. The manager there was of no help and was very rude. I've tried working with Nissan consumer division and they are no help. My last car was a Kia and they were wonderful to deal with and never had a problem with them

Watch out for unscrupulous salesman!!!!!!

We purchased a Nissan Altima and agreed on a final price. After several long hours we were rushed through the finance office and did not discover until later that they had jacked the price up by several thousand dollars. We have tried every avenue of recourse to no avail.we have tried to talk to the owner. He refuses to meet with us or talk to us. At several other dealerships the ownera have actually talked to us or shook our hands. The manager at twin city is also very rude and condescending. We would never go there again. Beware!!!
