was not able to do their jobs

This place is a mess. They cost me money because they said to hold my tags while they do paperwork for a transfer, after 2 months and an insurance violation due to that now they say they can't transfer between classes and now can't give me tags at all. Because of the violation they caused.

I would not recommend this dealer.

New water pump on my Buick Enclave

Worst place ever and they lie at ever turn. Now have car with lots of rust. Layla is just as bad. Never buy here, they will tell you they will replace parts then I might as well bought a uses car

My only question is why ,do I have to pay personal property on a vehicle I lease and do not own?If I rented a house I wouldn't pay personal property. I like the truck I lease and have asked about a noise I hear but have been told they can't find it. I also mentioned about the way the transmission shifts abruptly and was told they have other complaints as well but nothing can be done about it.When accelerating the motor acts sluggish then engages at times, this also I was told was the nature of the beast. My first oil change was at 3000 but than it was changed to 6000.Sales reps. very friendly and courteous.

Horrible place, don't believe anything they tell you!

Used bait and switch tactic, after doing paperwork claimed they sold me "wrong car" and made me pay $1,000 more than price quoted, misrepresented condition of car claiming it was purchased new from them and serviced regularly for 4 years with NO problems, hid service records never reporting anything to CARFAX, car broke down 8 days after purchase and then flooded 2 weeks later, refused to take car back, GSM claimed no previous water problems, then owner says less than a year ago car had the same water leak and they repaired it, GSM said he would put me in another car but then wouldn't, they had car in their shop for a week and sent me email saying it was ready to pick up, carpet clean, dry and new headliner installed, lied about repairs done, carpet was dirty, soaking wet and no new headliner! Refused to give me proof or receipt when GSM claimed they spent $1,500 on repairs, ordered me off property! Photographs and videos prove they did nothing and I had to file claim with my insurance company to get repairs done. Purchased car 8/28/16 and so far it has been in the shop 25 days out of 50 and still there getting repairs done that Ultimate Buick GMC Subaru said they did. In the week Ultimate had the car in their service department the only thing they did to dry the carpet was put the heat on high and burn up all my gas! They didn't even remove the floor mats or vacuum the water out! Why do the sunroof drain tubes come apart twice in less than a year on a vehicle with 41,000 miles? Ultimate Buick GMC Subaru claims they fixed it the first time and it happens again; says a lot about their service department and how they do business! This place is awful and a CARFAX report is only worth the paper it is printed on! Any dealership is better than trusting these people at Ultimate!

Poor service

Took car in to be appraised was told they would give a certain amount. I went back to sell vehicle 3 days later an they refused to buy vehicle. As soon as i waked in they were rude. Barely acknowledged my trade in breakdown page that was signed. They later refused to buy my vehicle. i would NEVER recommended this dealer or its employees. I am a disabled vet an on a set Income. I financed another car for a certain amount because this dealer told me they would buy my car for an amount an because they did not stick by there word it caused my family severe set backs.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Perfect

I had this car in mind and walked out happy. A day later there was no spare and and an issue with the front rotors wobbling. Being used the dealer had no obligation however the spare tire and rotors were handled with the same professional and top notch regard as is if it was new. I will come back again and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had a issue with a GMC Savana that the two service consultants looked at, figured out what it probably was and even though I didn't have a appointment they figured out how to squeeze me in and get my work van back on the road in just a few hours. Brian Frye and Ian Doughty went out of their way to make sure I got taken care of. 10/10 service, thanks guys!

False Advertisement

I saw a 2013 Tundra yesterday listed on the website at 13,956 I called to see if that truck was still there and told the sales man that I would be on my way if I could get the truck if you would honor the price you were advertising. However your sales person who was very professional told me that it could not be sold at the advertised price. Shouldn’t they honor the price that listed for truck at even if it is a mistake on your part or offer some type of deal? I was ready to get in my car and make the drive to pick up the truck yesterday. I see that you have since listed the price at 34,956 however couldn’t that be considered false advertisement. I could understand if it was a typo where the 2 was inserted vice the 3. I have fat fingers and hit the wrong key often however its normally one key over that is pressed. we are talking a 1 vice 3. I’m just not happy and not sure if I would ever shop at this location. However I did own an Enclave and I did have similar issues with that Buick dealership so now I am wondering if this is a GM thing and I need to get rid of my current GM product.

The Ultimate Dream Team at Ultimate Buick GMC

Well informed, polite and friendly, DeAnte stood ready to assist…not force a sale. He even offered to call me when a Terrain Denali arrived on the lot. When I arrived for a test drive the following weekend, Dee was there to assist….and thank goodness he was! He was able to advise as to which model and package would best meet the requirements I articulated…not the vehicle/package he wanted to sell. My final decision was the 2015 Acadia. To help out, he introduced us to the Finance Wiz, Eric, so we'd have numbers to work with. Not only did Eric provide quick service, but when I called to finalize the deal with my own financing plan, the Dream Team only wanted a chance to beat my rate….and they did!!! When we showed up to close, he told us he only needed ~10 min to complete the paperwork……it was a little over 10 mins but only by about 3-4 mins!!! Very satisfied customer, and I will refer all of my Fredericksburg shopping friends to Ultimate Buick GMC!! Thanks guys!!

Very friendly folks

My husband did the initial shopping and negotiating (visits 1 and 3). I went along for the test drive and final pickup/financing (visits 2 and 4). The test drive was super. Salesman DeAnte was super patient with me and put up with all my old-lady banter. Superviser Eric and finance officer Harry were also great to work with. And, I can't remember ever buying a car and having the salesman sit with me after the purchase to thoroughly explain all the bells and whistles. DeAnte gets double gold stars!

Most definitely the best place in town to buy a new car. Friendly, no pressure, work with you sales. Enjoyable car buying experience! After having an awful experience at another local dealership, I was thankful for the assistance that both DeAnte (salesman) and Kevin (Finance) offered. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, no talking down about other dealerships, and they did everything to find me a great vehicle and deal. DeAnte is very confident and proud of the product that he sells and rather than hunt me down like a hawk, he was very laid back and friendly and allowed me to enjoy my walk around the lot. Great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. We went originally to Safford motors but were treated so poorly we decided to look at the GMC lot. The sales manager and salesman were no pressure and no haggle people. Great to deal with and no games.

I purchased a used Subaru Outback from Ultimate this week. My wife and I live out of state, but found the vehicle we were looking for in their inventory. We handle some of the logistics from a distance before driving down to finalize the deal - the staff at Ultimate were very responsive. Jon, Eric and Cecil made our experience as good as I could have imagined. The price was right, the care was excellent and the financing process was a breeze with Eric. Thanks to Ultimate, we're navigating our fresh 3" of snow in our "new to us" Subaru Outback!

I visited Ultimate GMC to browse for a used truck. My family and I are avid buyers of vehicles. We collectively have purchased over 100 vehicles. At least 70 from one local dealer. I arrived at Ultimate at approximately 8:30am to avoid being hounded by salesman. (We all know what it's like to be bombarded). I didn't see any used trucks that I was intersted in, so I started looking at new GMC Sierra trucks. General Manager Jon Roland approached me advising that there were no salesman there yet but he'd be happy to help me. I advised him that I had a vehicle to trade in, and was looking for a particular payment range. He invited me into his office where he and his Finance Director Eric Poston began to "crunch numbers" trying to get me where I needed to be on payment. Jon then had Sales Consultant Delfin Murphy take me for a test drive. When we came back Jon advised me we were "good to go" on payment. I was still unsure if they were giving me the best deal. They were so confident of their price, they told me to drive the vehicle to the dealer my family has bought so many cars form to see if they could beat the price. Not only did the Sierra truck have more options for the price, my loyal family dealership could not beat the price. After purchasing so many vehicles, and having that wore out feeling when you leave. I thought for sure this would be the case once again. This was not the case. I felt like I got the best deal and was not pressured at all. They did not try to put me in a "stripped down" vehicle like most dealers would. I can not say enough about how friendly and professional this dealership was. A sincere thanks to Jon Roland, Eric Poston, and Delfin Murphy Jr. Both myself and my family will purchase from Ultimate GMC again.

Larry was great, his knowledge of the GMC brand was awesome. Larry was very helpful in helping my family make the ritht choice for our family. Even after changing my mind, he listened to my concerns about the smaller vechical and helped us look at a larger car. I would recommend Larry Smith to friend and family. Thank you Larry for changing my view of car salesmen. Eric Poston was great, even though we came with our own finance, he was not pushing, he made his recommendation, we said no thank you and he processed our paper work FAST. This was the fastest finance process I have every experience. Cecil Wheat was a pleasure to talk to. He helped me with On Star, but he aslo kept me company when I was waiting. Cecil is full of information. I learned the difference between a SUV and a Crossover, which is huge to me, I thought it was something complete different. The team at Ultimate Fredericksburg Dealership was a pleasure to work with, I would return again based on the relationships that I have built, and I feel I received a great price... Took my vehicle in for service on a Saturday morning. Was greeted promptly with a smile and was told I would be helped shortly, & It was extremly busy,I waited patiently in line of 10+ people. after a few minutes the service advisor greeted me again with a smile and hand shake,listen to my needs and was told that it would take 2-3 hours before my car would be looked at(love the honesty) And asked if I would like a ride home or anywhere else until my vehicle was done and they would pick me back up(now thats a great service), So they drop me off at home & 1 1/2 hours later received a call from Mike and was told that my vehicle was finish and they were washing the vehicle now & ask if it would be ok to send the driver to pick me up. Not only did they have my vehicle finished in less time than promised, but they WASH it for me. This was my 1st visit to Ultimate and by far the best experience I have ever had. The service Advisor treated me Great. I will return for any and all services in the future and I do RECOMMEND Ultimate to my family and friends. Keep up the Great service!! Thanks again
