Worst buying experience ever!

After test driving the FJ cruiser on a Wednesday evening of the final week of August , I decided to put a $3,000 downpayment and was told that they will have the car ready by the friday of the long labor day weekend as it needs several dents removed and painted and that they need to get this sales booked for August, which works out well for both parties. Planned for an out of town getaway with the car. I was then informed a day or 2 later that it will not be done till Monday. When I speak out about what we had discussed prior, the backup sales man that was asisting me was visibly upset and implied that I am impatient. I dealt with 2 sales men on this transaction because the first sales man that I dealt with was on vacation the day I went into the dealership. The main salesman then told me that there will not be body shop workers working on Monday so they will get it painted the following Tuesday and ready for pickup on Wednesday (7 days after putting DP on the car). It is now Thursday and still no news, I called and left a text message but no response. When I was still shopping for a vehicle and was an 'online lead' for them, the level of service provided was completely different compared to after I had put down the DP on the car. After putting down the DP, I was treated like an 'inconvenience', 1 of the salesman even implied that it was my fault that I came in just before the long weekend. At this point, I dont really care if they still want to deliver the car or not. If you dont want to follow thru on your sales contract, the least you can do is return the deposit to me!!! Unbelievable sales/business practices, like the mentality of a shady used car dealership...

Great experience

My husband and I just purchased our first 430i xdrice 2018 and our experience was amazing, starting with the sales rep, Andrew Atchison, he was patience and professional. He even allowed my husband to drive the car for me to see it si ce I was working. Then today we had the get to know your car and Greg was just great and showed us everything we needed to know. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for a BMW.

Great buying experience at United BMW. Evan Day (sales) and Kim (finance) made my buying experience a breeze. Both were very professional and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would definetly recommend United BMW to anyone. When it’s time to get my next BMW I’ll be back for sure. Great showroom lots of inventory, their the top BMW in the US for a reason. Best car buying experience I've ever had

I left 2 other dealerships having felt that sales teams weren't entirely interested in helping me identify and purchase a car that I would love and feel good about buying. Thank God I did. United BMW took excellent care of me - a woman buying a car on her own - and were very patient with all of my many questions and concerns. Josh Sinsley was my sales rep, and he followed up on all of my multitude of questions over several days time, as well as during and after purchasing my new car. I believe I made a new trustworthy friend, and I will definitely come back and see Josh next time. There was a team of people beyond Josh who took great care of me, too - from a Genius associate who picked me up, to Josh's manager who checked in on me, to the finance guy who very courteously put up with me peppering him with paperwork questions. I bought my car six weeks ago from United BMW, and every time I get in my car to go somewhere, I think about how good it felt leaving their parking lot. A great purchase from good people. An experience like this is hard to find in the car buying world.

Less painful than expected

I recently purchased a 2016 535i, very pleased with sales assistance, Genius associate, and financial assistance. This is our second BMW, we owned our original 525 series for 13yrs. Finely crafted automobile.

Horrible Service

Have a great service advisor (Tim McGinley) but the service techs don’t have a clue what they’re doing. I’ve had numerous repairs because they never fix the issue or create more issues. Went in for an oil change and all my fluids were drained but not filled back including my oil! I dread taking my car there for small maintenance because it has always turned in to something major due to negligence or ignorance in the 2 years that I’ve owned my vehicle. I had to have my drive train replaced due to recall and during the installation, they broke my transfer case. I finally had that replaced and I still have a warning about my chassis stabilization needing repair. I called Brian White, the service manager, and he wouldn’t return my calls.

good experience

I recently purchased a 2015 BMW 528i . my salesman was Mark Thompson. I wanted specific features which now of there pre owned 3 series had, We looked at over 100 listing and then he recommended an older 5 series that had what I needed and more. Although it is older than I initially was looking for it is certified so I am comfortable with that. He never gave up and was very patient and helpful. Thanks Mark

Horrible bait and switch sales tactics!

Denny Monroy gave me a 3.49% interest rate initially and then the next day told me that it will be 5.04%! When I confronted him,he simply said that they made a mistake!Finance guy Dan said that the salesman thought that the car was a CPO.CPO interest rate is 0.9%!A bunch of crooks!

Second Purchase

I bought my first BMW X6 from Mark Thompson and he was incredibly patient, well researched and knew his cars. He wanted to make sure he found me the right car and the best deal. After a year, I realized I needed to go back to the X5 given I have two small boys and needed more room. I called Mark right away and as soon as I told him what I wanted, he made my second purchase so much better. He is a great dealer and I will always come to see him again and I make sure to send any referrals his way!

Out of state lease deal

I can't say enough great things about Gianni and his manager, Vic! They were able to come through to get me a beautifully loaded 4 series gran coupe within my budget. I live in NJ and chose to do this deal all the way from Georgia because Gianni made it such a seamless process. I highly recommend this dealership, and my husband will definitely be getting his next car through Gianni, as well, once his M3 lease is up next year - thanks guys!!

I recently worked with Charles at United BMW of Alpharetta on trading a 2015 BMW X3 for a new M4. Charles was excellent to work with. He is very friendly, courteous, and professional. I was in and out within just a few hours with the car I wanted. Charles really made this a great buying experience. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. From agony to ecstasy

My wife and I visited United BMW after a negative and misleading encounter with another BMW dealership in the area. We entered the United showroom disappointed and deflated. The sales staff quickly recognized our frustration and introduced us to Dimitri Gossieaux, the New Car Sales Manager, who immediately stopped what he was doing to attend to our situation. He was gracious and apologetic (even though the fault was the initial dealerships) and reassured us that he would remedy the problem and find the "perfect" vehicle for us, which he did. Throughout the process, Dimitri was a consummate professional. If you're looking for a new BMW, look no further than Dimitri and the staff at United BMW. It was well worth the 115 mile trip.

All in a year...

Last February, I reluctantly decided to downsize my beloved, 8-year-old, hybrid SUV —one of the first of its make/model. After unenthusiastically browsing a few cars online, I decided to visit the local BMW dealership, United BMW. I’d had a pleasant experience there with a previous purchase of an i3 for commuting, although I had no idea how much things had changed. The entire store had a makeover showcasing Europe’s most modern designs —inside and out. Upon walking into this flagship store, I was graciously greeted by the dealership manager and then introduced to a top sales associate who patiently worked with me for weeks to try almost every car. I ended my search by purchasing the very first car I tried, an X6. My sales associate, Gianni Fermin, made the car-buying experience intelligent, informative, and so easy. With zero pressure, upon each evening visit, Gianni greeted me with a smile and was eager to provide specific information that better informed my choice. From beginning to end, he made the experience positive. The X6 is perfect —the overall size is roomy and comfortable, the styling, quiet ride, superior driving experience, and consistent BMW features (that work!) make it a luxurious and smart value. And then...7 months later, the X6 was determined “a total loss” due to a serious front-end collision. Thankfully, no one was injured, not even a scratch or bruise on anyone. All of the X6’s driver and front passenger airbags deployed, keeping my children safe. I AM A BELIEVER —BMW makes a superior car, period. Although unfortunate, the accident reminded me that cars can be replaced, but those you love cannot. I could not have become a stronger supporter of BMW products. I still wish the circumstances in which I learned this, had been different. Round 2: Obviously, I phoned Gianni at United BMW (how nice to be able to keep in contact with a gifted associate) and began searching for a replacement. This time, I decided to try United’s certified pre-owned program and allow the previous buyer to take the depreciation. Once again, Gianni was beyond helpful. After speaking on the phone, when I arrived at the dealership and snow had begun to fall (ugh...snow in Atlanta closes businesses and sends everyone home early), Gianni had 4 cars, warmed up, parked side-by-side in front, and ready to be looked over. For that alone, HE deserves 5 stars! I’ve never had such excellent service. After all the test drives of various cars, Gianni and the dealership manager, Chris, invited me to select a favorite and try an extended test drive. Done! Having the ability to drive the car alone, park it in my garage, and allow my children to speak into the selection solidified my choice. The second purchase was even easier (if that could be possible). Between Gianni’s excellence, the finance manager, Michael’s, astute organization and efficiency, the second purchase was effortlessly completed. From beginning to end, the purchase required just over an hour. As a health-care provider, I cannot afford to cancel an entire day of patients who have waited months, therefore, the selection process and purchase had to be in the evening —even amid a snow event in Atlanta. Gianni and his team at United BMW patiently listened, executed with intelligence and excellence in every detail, once again earning my lifelong advocacy of their store, team, and the overall brand.

Bad dealership

Worst service ever since the day I purchased my bmw 528 there. I have been telling my wife not to take the car back there and finally she heard me. Took the car there last time in Sep 2017 to change oil and was told that there was no need for it. Four months later, I decided to take to another dealership which told me the car (with only 30 K miles and 7 years of use) had an oil leak which can cause fire. Repair will be more than 1 K. Also front brakes on the car are gone only after 30 K!! Compared to my lexus, the reliability of a bmw is junk! Will never buy a bmw again!

Exceptional buying experience

I have not had a lot of car buying experiences nor do I ever write reviews. I had a less than "10" experience at a competitor dealership this past year and initially was concerned and had my guard up. It turned out, it was unnecessary, as my Client Advisor, Andy Correa, provided exemplary customer service from the initial meeting to delivery of the vehicle. In addition to his knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude, he made the whole process seamless, painless/ no pressure, and stress-free—something I deeply appreciate. Michael Carvajal was the Financial Manager responsible for handling the finance portion of the sale. He was extremely detail-oriented and patient, responding to every single question I had and provided expert advice. The day after purchasing the vehicle, there was a technological hiccup, resulting in the car being in the service department for several days. Andy stayed in touch and was extremely apologetic over the ordeal. He went above and beyond for a customer. If afforded the opportunity to work with him again, I would not hesitate and definitely would recommend his services to others. I had an exceptional experience with United BMW, the top-notch team provided excellent services, with customer satisfaction as their top priority.

Super Fast Buying Experience
