This is my first time buying a car from a lot like this I usually buy my car from a used car lot they help me it was a great experience I highly recommend them. I got a 2014 Kia Sportage with only 16,000 miles and it runs great.

This was our 3rd time to buy a car and since we loved our other Kia's@kia Motorsports we went to University Kia#universitykia#notmykia We were met my Cedric when we walked in. Nice guy. We told him we wanted a Kia 2017 Sportage turbo @kiamotorsports. He said no problem. We wanted to test drive one. Well they didn't have a turbo but they had a regular Sportage. He said did matter they all drive the same.(first lie). We said let's take a test drive. We get in the car and the fuel gauge is flashing. I said I guess it will be a short test drive. Cedric says well you can pull in the gas station and we can get gas. Not on my dime. So we go back to University Kia#UniversityKia#notmykia start working on a deal. I know the car I want but they don't have it. We come to a deal and I give them a deposit. I am promised the car will be there ready to go in the morning(lie number 2 )It wasn't there. Cedric said well it will be here by the next morning ( lie 3) still not there. I email him several times asking where's my car I get no response. I finally call him. Now keep in mind they know all along where my car is. I finally get a hold of him and say where's my car. Well it could be in Florence, Decatur maybe Dothan. They knew it was in Dothan that's why it wasn't there. So he says give me an hour or so. I do and no phone call. I call Cedric back and ask where is my car. He says well it's in Dothan so we won't have it until tomorrow. We're sending two guys down to get it. He says now when you get it it will have 300 to 500 miles on it. I tell him that's unacceptable. I am buying a new car. He says it's still a new car. He said well normally when they have that many miles we make it a demo car but it will still be new to you. I said no I want it transported. He talked to his manager and said if I pay the 700 to 800 they'll transport it. I told him I'm not paying that. I tell him my husband is not going to be happy. He talks to my husband around noon and tells him my manager and I are working on a transport deal. I'll call you back. Needless to say he didn't call back. So I told my husband call him back. I knew the whole thing was a lie. Sure thing he tells my husband well we already send the guys to get it so there's nothing we can do. Oh yes there is be honest. So my husband told him I'll be in there in a half hour have my refund ready. We picked up the refund. Then next morning Cedric calls to ask it I bought a new car. I said yes and by the way did you keep the title for my trade in? He said yes. I ask if I could come get it. He said yes I said ok I'll see you in a little while. When I got there I didn't see him so I had him paged. After a half hour I went to ask the girl to page him again. She said he's on his way. Now while I was standing there for over a half hour the owner and general manager walked by me several times never said a word to me. Cedric finally came gave me my title and I was on my way. I would have waited for the car if they just would have been truthful and honest and transported it. Bye bye Kia.@kiamotorsports#notmykia#universitykia

Shocked and amazed!

Awesome to work with and got us a lot of great savings. Our credit is horrible and he still got us into a brand new 2017 Kia Soul. We are so geeked over our new car I still have to look out my window to believe that we just got our first brand new car ever. Definitely stop in and check out the greats savings at the credit clinic in Huntsville, AL. You think you can't have a new car but you're wrong, you can!

Disappointing and lied too.

I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorrento from this dealer on 2/11/17 and at the time of purchase the salesman and the sales manager told me they would furnish me a Cargo Mat for the vehicle. I was told to come in on 2/13/17 to pick it up I talked to the sales manager and he went back to parts and then came and told me it was not there and they would call me and let me know when it came in. Then I was told to come back on 2/17/17 because it had not come in. Then on 2/24/17. I contacted the salesman on 2/24/17 and he said he would go back and build a fire under the parts people and get it right away. On 3/3/17 I called the parts department and they said no one had ordered a cargo mat for my car. I called the salesman twice and could not get him to return my calls. These people lied to me not once but several times. Now I will have to drive 20 miles to another dealer to get it serviced because I will not deal with liars an cheaters. After contacting the Kia Corporate office my Cargo Mat was received within a couple days.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I stopped by Kia on university drive to look at some vehicles. I was approached by an extremely friendly salesperson by the name of Alvin Sawyer. He was so helpful and informative that I ended up buying a brand new Kia Forte from him. This young man was truly professional and kept a smile on his face during the whole time. Thank you Kia for my new car and the great experience I had with Mr. Sawyer today. It was well worth the visit. I highly recommend Kia to everyone who is looking to buy a car!

I never intended on buying a Kia, but after viewing what they had on the lot and the careful attention I received from Herman I made a purchase and returned the next weekend and surprised my son with a terrific graduation gift. The monthly notes were brought down to what I could afford so much so we plan on visiting soon to look for my husband. Ask for Herman P. he wasnt so sales person like especially if you're a woman he just really paid attention to what I was looking for and didn't rush me into purchase.

I recently purchased a 2014 Kai Sorento SX Limited and needed to go into the dealership for my first oil change. The wait in the service lane, explanation of service to be provided and costs were expalined so there would be no surprise when I checked out. The wait was minimal, servie was excellent and I was on my way in no time. i will be back and highly recommend University Kia service.

After signing paperwork for our new car, and driving home...

After signing paperwork for our new car, and driving home (over 70 miles)we were informed a week later that the "finance manager" had a new deal worked out for us. Drove back to the dealership to be informed that they would not be able to sale us the car we had driven for over a week! Also, employee was not concerned of the fact that our trade-in, that had been at their lot for over a week, had a flat tire or why we would be asking to get our down payment money back from the dealership. First excuse was that the owner wasn't there to sign the check and when that didn't work, they didn't see where it had cleared their bank yet...WTC!?! Obviously, the sales department had taken us for dummies! We finally received our down payment money back after waiting almost 4 hours. Warning to others: We've read other reviews a lot like our own, DO NOT leave the dealership until they give you your money back! They will try to tell you that it is for the "wear and tear" on the new vehicle you had driven, but that is their problem, not yours!!! Hopefully, you will be aware of their scam and keep this from happening to you because it is something we're sure they will continue to do!
