Terrible experience

Hugh upset on service from the advisor. $2450 for timing belt replacement. then i receive a call from the service adviser then it increase by $585 because of an oil leak. Internet list the timing belt replacement for a 2012 honda accord as $600- $1000. Adviser insisted that i do the service then list the service as customer request, unethical. I will not be using Vacaville Honda again and would caution anyone from using them

Salespersons are rude, Cynthia raised her voice when i didn’t accept her quote, told me i was declined from buying a car there. Pressured me into either buying a car and she can talk to her boss to remove the declined status or i can leave. Garbage attitudes - I wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemies. Buyers beware- do you homework- get a better deal elsewhere.

5-30-17 called for my 80 year old mother in law

Mom ,had not had any dealings with auto deal since her husband past away, so l called ahead and received a price. They treated mom with such great respect , kindness and care, after dropping off her car they drove her back home and picked her up when they promised to.timing chain water pump and all drive belts done.and for less money than Quoted about 100 .That's not found to much .all should feel good thanks Wayne all @ vacaville Honda

Rude salesman

Not at all accomodating. Spoke rudely. Didn't bother to look up car info before telling us there was no wiggle room for negotiation. Bummed to see such a lack of customer service.

Glenn the finance manager is an arrogant a**hole. He has a very condescending tone and he seems very miserable. Screw you Vacaville Honda. Oh and Mike, you're no better.......

Customer service is very POOR. Sales Managers and Services Manager are the WORST. They don't care about you or your vehicle. Very unprofessional Managers.

WORST OF ALL DEALERS

I haven been buying cars every 2 or 3 years. Number one. I am not a fun writing reviews but because of VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Vacaville Honda I have to. My wife and I bought a BRAND NEW CAR. Customer service is very bad. VERY BAD ATTITUDES from sales man to financial manager. Most DISHONEST people. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this dealership or come back to this HORRIBLE PLACE. I REGRET I went to this place. My suggestion to buyers look at reviews if you see 2 or more BAD REVIEWS 99.009 percent it's ACCURATE. Go somewhere else. Honesly it does NOT DESERVE even a single STAR. I just put a star so I can post this review. But the truth, NEGATIVE RATING.

Vacaville Honda is legit

This is the only dealership we worked with top notch customer service and professionalism. From sales to service. We have been in roseville, fairlied and don't even get me started with sacramento ford ohh, what a headache, honda vacaville are the best. As proof one of our cars is a chryseler and we bring it to them. Chrysler vacaville is useless. Do not go there. Every time we are there, the shop is full and with happy customers.

Very bad customer service

This place has the WORST customer service. I will never go back here again. They are very rude and unprofessional. Because we did not want to commit to his quote and the car. He got up and walked away. He said he didn't want to sell us a car that we were playing games. When we complained to his manager, he said they don't want our business.

Unprofessional, rude, and abussive

We stopped by to obtain quotes for a 2016 Honda Civic and Mike one of the employees got angry and started screaming at us with because we did not want to committ to his quote and the car. He got up and walked away. He said he didnt need to sale us a car that we were playing games. We told him that that was not the way to treat people, and we talked to the manager and he didn't do or say anything about his employee's bad attitude abd unprofessionalism. The manager respondedthat he didnt want to sale a car to us because we were waisting his time just because we said we would think about his quote. I usually come here to get car service for my Honda Accord and was happy with my service but after today's abussive and bad customer service I'll tKe my business somewhere else. I don't need to be screamed at to help make my mind on a car!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, Louie Lucero was very rude! Not and treating customers with respect. He suppose not be working in Honda such a big co. if he doesnt know how to address customer's needs with respect! He is chasing customers away! Not an asset to the com.. I scheduled my appt online and he told me Im not on the system and their online wont allow them to see appointments! So whats the point of having online appt if you dont know how to access or you wont honor the appointment? That is stupid! So I went to jiffy lube at Monte Vista and got my oil changed done in 30 mins! Staff were very helpful, pleasant and respecful! I definetly happy with the service and recommend jiffy lube! Im not going back to Vacaville Honda!! No way, stay away from that place!!!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Everyone was fantastic! I was skeptical of the typical stero type salesman, but Jim Fusaro was very nice and honest with me. As a single mom, I was afraid of being taken advantage of. But everyone at Vacaville was upfront and honest. I've never experienced such a great and stress free car buying experience before. It was truly refreshing. Keep up the good work Vacaville Honda!

Bought a new van from them 2 months ago already been to their service department 6 times to get 3 small warranty items fixed and still not one has been fixed. Very time I go there for a scheduled appointment they find some reason why they can't fix the problems. Stay a way!!

There is a reason my wife and I have purchased 11 vehicles at Vacaville Honda! Not only are they fair, straight forward, and have a great selection, but the staff is the least "car salesman" like that I have ever encountered. I love this Dealership! I just bought my 3rd Honda from this dealer (2010 Honda Civic) and I couldn't be more happy. I went to another dealer in the area just to check it out and I didn't last 5 minutes. Everyone at Vacaville Honda is great and easy to deal with. I'm big on Customer Service and they do a great job. Charlie was my salesperson and Jared was the manager. They both were awesome. I get my other Hondas serviced there and their service department is great. Be sure to ask for either Nate or Patty in service. If you are a normal guy like me just looking for a good deal and to be treated professionally, Vacaville Honda is the place!

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this dealer (2 new Hondas and 1 used car). The process was very upfront and easy. They had a great selection to choose from. We came to an agreement on the price very quickly and without any pressure or drama. The entire staff was very helpful and really know their stuff! I know that purchasing a vehicle can sometimes be a pain but based on my experiences at Vacaville Honda I would reccomend this dealer to anyone because everything was so easy and straightforward. Bought my second Honda Pilot (a 2006 to replace the 2003). Love the car, but hated my local dealer's sales. Asked for some Internet quotes and Vacaville Honda was the first to respond over the Internet (via email) and by phone. The best price got me in the door (working over the phone first - which made it much easier for me since they weren't right around the corner). Their fantastic service will bring me back (50 miles?) for my next purchase. Great job Vacaville Honda!!
