Timeframe

The repair work on my Malibu at the Vaden Beaufort Service Center was satisfactory, I just felt it took too long. Problem since then totally different, however, it also immobilized my car. Not feeling secure about long distance driving.

I always get good service at Vaden. Car was ordered from a different dealership, but it arrive at Vaden quickly and ready. Willi, my salesmen, was a great help throughout the process.

Did not receive title & registration/temp tag expired

I purchased a vehicle from Vaden of Beaufort in late December of 2017 and, after numerous attempts, still do not have my title and registration. They received all of the necessary paperwork from me on 01/10/2018. It took 5 phone calls from me over a 2 week period of time to get documentation of the registration charges. They then sent me a copy of a notarized affidavit with my name and address misspelled for the title paperwork, the wrong amount of tax paid, then cashed my check for the registration payment on 01/31 and I still do not have my paperwork. My tags are now expired and I cannot use my vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Had a good experience all around. Was treated well and Marie worked very hard to get the car I wanted. One small idem was it just took so long to finish, they said it took longer in detail because the car was very dirty, they did do a great job cleaning it up.

PROBLEM STILL PENDING

my initial problem is that my gas tank will not fill up all the way and there isn't a solution for it. Everyone there was very nice. But I hope this issue gets resolved.

Don't make the same mistake

Do you want to waste time and energy with dealerships and shady sales people? If you want to make the same mistake I did, then you should go to Vaden of Beaufort LAST. After serving multiple deployments I found myself absolutely disheartened with how dealerships make money by screwing hard working people over. They sell less vehicles but are willing to steal from people to make money. I had honestly sworn off buying from any dealership. I didn't even want a new car by the time I was done. I was appalled at the lack of morality and almost immature bullying the dealerships were using. Then I went to Vaden of Beaufort. My salesman Tim and I had a couple hours. He was very open and honest about everything, including general industry sales tactics. I told them what I needed, very skeptical, but the whole Vaden team worked with me and it was clear they still believe in American values. Meaning, treat people fair and create a an atmosphere of equality. They gave me equal respect in the sales transaction. Vaden of Beaufort held true to their advertising and they made it work for me. Thank you for reminding me what I am fighting for. The business that were founded on American Values. You keep doing what you are doing, I will keep doing what I am doing, and you have a customer for life. I will only refer my family and friends to Vaden of Beaufort because they will ACTUALLY take care of you. I hope some day my kids can buy from Vaden of Beaufort. The best business is the one that puts serving it's customers over quick profit. If you want to make the same mistake I did, go talk to some other Chevy Dealerships before you go to Vaden of Beaufort. Very Respectfully Jordan N. Brown P.S. I love my new car!!

I brought my New Chevrolet Silverado from Vaden of Beaufort and it was a terrific decision! Tony Gaston and the entire staff was simply the best. The process was fast and easy. Tony done a great job in paying attention to me and my family needs and he also have called me several times since I purchased my truck to just check on me and to find out if I had any questions or concerns and that really really means a lot to me!!
