Fantastic experience, no games, Claire was super!

It is rare that I take the time to write a review about a car or dealership but my wife and I had recent experience at Vail GMC Buick in Bedford that far exceeded our expectations. This dealership was our last stop on our car lease hunt and we immediately were paired with Claire Miller who followed through on everything she promised us. There were no surprises when we finally reached the finance process. Debbie in finance was also exceptional. Claire even promised to personally return my previously leased vehicle to a rival brand without question, taking that burden off of us. When my new GMC Terrain came in, Claire took us through every facet of the car and stayed with me for well over an hour setting everything up. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend Claire at Vail. You won't be disappointed.

STEVE THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO I THOUGHT WAS OK IS TERRIBLE AFTER SEEING THE MIDDLE REAR TAIL LIGHT CLIP PLASTIC CRACKED. NEVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE DEALER SLOPPY PIGS THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR

Personal Family Experience

I have experience buying vehicles from dealerships but I have to say, I am beyond ecstatic to have found Vail Buick and GMC through Charlie. I have dealt with Charlie in the past and he is so genuine and truly cares for your family's safety and satisfaction. My family and I follow Charlie wherever he goes! He's the BEST! He recently recommended Vail Buick and GMC for a 2014 Acadia. I could not be happier with the care, service, attentiveness to detail and customer service that I have received!!! Once the paperwork was complete, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Barry, the technician. He was amazing! Very helpful and took time to answer and review all the questions I had. Even after the dealership was closed for the day, I had another question and texted Barry about the bluetooth. He actually called me right away and walked me through it, despite having reviewed it earlier. Very pleasant!! I am beyond satisfied with the service I received!! THANK YOU CHARLIE!!

I was trying to get a bulb replaced on a brand new vehicle by 2 other GM dealers in weschester. The other dealers would not help saying they were too busy. Steve Ford took care of my bulb immediately. Thank you Steve!

Small, but great dealership.

I bought 2 vans back in June 2016. Dave was my salesman and Debbie the finance manager, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Since then we've dealt with service numerous times and had great experiences. I would highly recommend Vail.

If you're looking for a GMC vehicle you need to visit Vail their trucks are already set up with all the accessories you need the prices are great and they don't try to sell you things you don't need and there's no pressure to buy I had a great car buying experience here

In February of 2015, my hub bearing broke. I brought it to Vail. In August, it broke again and they replaced it at no charge but why did it break after 6 months? No explanation. In November, my truck's wheel inexplicably came off the truck and we took it to Vail, hoping they'd fix it. After FOUR weeks I was finally able to pick up my truck. When I left the dealer I drove it for an hour, getting up to speeds over 60. The truck shimmied and shaked. The drive shaft was bent. They didn't test it over 40mph and mentioned during the test something may be wrong with the shaft but they didn't look any deeper into it? They took another 10 days to get me my truck back. It's been a month since this nightmare and the truck seems to be okay but fool me once...

I would not recommend this dealer.

The best guys in the market

I traded my 2014 Buick LaCrosse and got a 2016 Sierra 1500 double cab. The whole team was great and took care of my deal with the best possible outcome. Larry, Frank, and David took the time to understand the requirements and find the best possible deal I could get. The truck is AWSOME!!!!!

Awesome service

I walked into the dealership just to get some ideas of what a new Denali truck would cost, after getting some great help and a very informative tour of the lot I ended up loving one of the trucks for sale. I went back inside and talked to the general manager Mr. Parisi and he was more than helpful. He was able to get me into the truck I wanted and I was able to drive it home in less than an hour. I felt like I was family from the moment I went in to the moment I got home, even all the finalized paper work I received in the mail later in the week had scribble notes on it thanking me and wishing me luck with the new truck. I visited multiple other local dealerships and was treated like i was invisible. I was looking for a pickup at the other dealerships and they try pawning off a bunch of used sedans on me.. Walking into this gmc dealership I couldn't have been more happier, customer service was impeccable and I highly reccomend people to just visit. Thank you Larry and your team for getting me into my new Denali.

I dealt with Jamie and he seems to bend over backwards for customers.he is an amazing salesman and will do everything to get you in the car you want.i have dealt with other people in past and none of them put any effort into selling you a vehicle unless your credit is perfect.Jamie sold me a jeep 6 years ago and was lucky to run into him again to get my new car.

Seemed to have NO interest in leasing me a car

A went to dealership to look into an Acadia as I had seen one at another dealership. They told me one was being delivered the next day. I said to call me so I could come look at it. I never heard from the salesperson so I called myself at noon and left message. I then called again at 5:15 pm and finally got salesperson who said the vehicle was there and that the dealership was open until 6 pm. I raced up to see the car and got there at around 5:45. I looked at car and asked salesperson if I could take for a quick drive. Just up and down street. She said sure and took my license inside. She came out 2 minutes later and said..."no can do". The manager wouldn't let me take for drive because it was too close to 6pm (closing time). I walked inside to manager and he said..."Hey pal....its too late to let you do a test drive. My alarm auto sets and we have to get out of here". I told him I wanted to drive it for less than 5 minutes, Just up and back down street. He again said there was no way because the "alarm would set". I told him he cost his salesperson a sale. I then went to another dealership (different type vehicle) up the street and looked at a car there quickly. When I was done it was 6:15 so I decided to drive back to the Acadia dealership. Amazingly...there were still people inside and the "alarm hadn't set". The salesperson and sales manager were generally helpful but the General Manager clearly didn't care whether I got my car from them or not. If that was the attitude I was going to get as a new client....I figured it would set the tone for anything else I may need from them. I have never run into a general manager of a dealership so disinterested in selling a car to a new client.

Buyer beware

When a factory defect caused our 8 month old GMC Acadia to burst into flames and self-destruct, Vail refused to do anything to help Both GM and Vail could not have behaved in a more unprofessional, uncooperative manner. Based on that, would not even stop there to buy a cup of coffee. Took insurance money and used it to purchase an Acura MDX--- much better car anyhow.

I would not recommend this dealer.

New GMC Lease

I was leasing a car from Toyota and the mileage was getting high so I turned it in early. Vail was very responsive to my requests and was able to take my lease a year early and had the car I wanted available. Good Price, Good service and close to home.

No Respones

My car's lease was coming up. They contacted me 3 times to discuss. I returned all their calls and they never responded. I called them and asked questions concerning my options. They told me they would look into it and get back to me within an hour. It's 5 days later and I have not heard from them. If they want to roll me into a new lease, it's not going to happen. I will deal with a dealer who is responsive to their customers.
