We just purchased a 2018 Santa Fe "Ultimate". We are very pleased with every aspect of this vehicle.. We found Justin Coulter and the rest of the staff at Vernon Hyundai to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Dishonest

After discussing pricing I was ambushed with an extra 1000 in fees. They say there is no honour among thieves and this is a prime example.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Excellent all around experience !

We purchased a 2017 Sante Fe yesterday from this dealership. We had narrowed down our vehicle search to 3 differing makes....and had actually parked next door at the Ford dealership. We walked onto the Hyundai lot and a sales staff member, Jesse Nicholson came out to meet us. Jesse asked a number of questions to pin down exactly what we were looking for....and led us directly to the vehicle we ultimately purchased. We found Jesse to be extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and at no time did we feel pressured in any way to commit to a decision. We decided the vehicle was perfect to meet our needs, and all that remained was to work out the best possible terms for the deal. Jesse referred us to other sales staff to "numbers crunch" and we felt the sales manager did his very best to come up with a deal we were happy with. Even after our purchase Jesse gave a thorough run down on the vehicles more complicated features. Excellent all around experience. This is my second purchase from this dealership, and I experienced the same fine salesmanship with my first purchase. Highly recommend you make your first stop at Hyundai...and ask for Jesse !

Very easy going guy that goes the extra mile to get you what you want as painless as possible..he acctualy cares for his clients..I've been to alot off dealerships looking for a gti and walked out on the deal from low balling my trade or total bs from people they don't know what they are talking about i will use jesse and Hyundai and recommend you try them out

It's always a pleasure when I step into Vernon Hyundai. Dealing with sales or service, I find that all the staff are incredibly friendly and make every experience a great one! Went in for a simple oil change the other week and when I walked out to my washed vehicle after my appointment, I felt confident that I picked the right place to buy a car initially because they've always continued the same great service I got from day one!

Worst car purchasing experience ever.

I purchased a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elentra from these guys, and the entire experience has been terrible. Firstly we agreed on biweekly payments of $174 which I was perfectly fine with, hours later they told me it would actually be $210. I should have walked out at this point, but I was tired because it took an extremely long time to get to this point. That's my own fault for accepting the deal but it doesn't end there. After only 2 days of driving this brand new car the engine starts overheating. So I have to get this fixed on a brand new car, which is pretty ridiculous. Finally they took too long to get my old car loan changed over, so I was charged for a car payment that I shouldn't have for my old car. Accidents happen, and I can understand that... but when I called to get it fixed they told me that the financial manager would call me back. I waited 5 hours and did not get a return call so I called again and was told the same thing, my call was never returned. I called the following day and finally got to speak to the financial manager, she told me to wait until Friday and see if it was fixed. Today is Friday, it was not fixed, I called back and was told to wait until TUESDAY now to see if it gets fixed. I'd rate 0 stars if I could.
