I sho appreciate Mr. Larson and his willingness to help. A former team member who was also my sales person at the dealership had promised to wash my car. Since then I needed my car washed and Wes said he would do it. I can't begin to say how much I appreciate Mr. Larson's kindness. I willl continue to do business with Victory Ford and highly recommend the dealer to anyone who needs their services.

Huge Mistake

Huge mistake was made when we took my Ford Escape in for routine oil change. They forgot to take the old oil out and put 5 quarts of new oil on top of it and sent us on our way. Down the road the car began to smoke and sputter so we turned around and got back to dealership where they discovered the mistake-but only after taking the plug out and watching all the oil pour out. The did redo oil change, and change out spark plugs but still charged us for original oil change. They were apologetic however this could have been a major issue and could have also refunded us our money. We have reached out the dealership but no response - in fact they did not even send us the customary survey they send out after every visit. HMMMM wonder why.......

I would not recommend this dealer.

Great quality, great price, great service, great car! Cliff helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He also promptly answered all of our questions in person, over the phone, by text, and by e-mail. I really appreciated working with someone so accessible and communicative. Cliff was really knowledgeable, too. He knew the cars in and out, and kept us updated throughout the whole buying process. We started our car shopping online, and I was impressed by Victory Ford’s reviews and ratings. We found a car we liked, and came in on a Thursday evening to take a look at it. I really appreciated that they were open until 8 pm. The vehicles are of such high quality and are priced so competitively that the car we wanted to look at was sold by the time we got to the lot! I was so impressed that Cliff knew the inventory well enough to immediately suggest two other cars that matched our desired specifications. We really liked both of the cars, and picked our favorite. The car had to be detailed (that’s how fast the inventory moves on the lot), so we came back the next day and bought it! It was an easy and painless experience from start to finish. Funny thing was, as we were leaving, two other couples were there wanting to see the car that we had just bought, lol! Like I said, great quality...great price...these cars move fast! I hope those couples found something that they liked, just like we did! I also have to give a shout-out to the rest of the team at Victory Ford. On our first visit, Cliff introduced us to Stony Floyd, the General Manager, who gave us his card and told us to feel free to contact him if we needed to. I think it says a lot when the GM is ready and willing to be accessible. Scott, who handled the sales and financing, was probably the most efficient I’ve ever seen! I was by no means rushed; he explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions, but at the same time, he never wasted my time or left me twiddling my thumbs. That’s A+++ service, in my opinion. And, it was so convenient to do the financing in-house, and the rates were more competitive than anything we had been finding on my own. It only took about an hour from the time we decided to buy until the keys were in our hands! All-around, the facility is top-notch. It’s clean and well-lit. There were comfortable chairs and coffee and water. You take these things for granted until you go somewhere that’s sketchy, and then you realize what a difference they make — how they reflect the thought that goes into the customer’s experience. It’s obvious that Victory Ford really cares about its customers. We will definitely be coming back when we’re in the market again!

Found the Ford I wanted!

I came into Victory Ford and described the exact Ford Explorer and accessories. They didn’t have it on the lot but tirelessly searched their network and came up with a perfect match! Hats off to my sales rep, GaryMarlin for his attention to detail, professionalism and pleasant manner in which we conducted business together. unable to sync iphone with vehicle.

Had this vehicle for over a year and never could get my iphone sync with the system.everyone said I had to get an update on the vehicles computer in order for my iphone to work. Took the vehicle in to have an update and within five minutes my iphone was working with the vehicle, just needed someone that knew what to do to fix the issue. Vehicle never even went into the service center, Reggie Harrison came out to solve on the spot and did it for free. what more can you ask for. Great people to work with.

Wes is literally the best salesman that my husband and I have worked with at a dealership. He knew what we wanted and got straight to the point. Wes was/is a TOP NOTCH person to work with, no pressure just LOTS AND LOTS of help and helpful suggestions!!! I went in a little unsure of what I wanted and I came out with a little FORD FOCUS which is just PERFECT for me!!!!! We just drove 155 miles one way to buy a new King Ranch Expedition at Victory Ford with the great deal they gave us. Jude made dealing easy by text. Traveling from Colorado back to Indiana our Ford F150 expierienced problems, quickly searching for the nearest Ford dealership we found Victory Ford. A quick call and we were taken care of professionally, and being at a dealership for 6 hours trust me you can get a vibe, good or bad. Special shout out for Matt, he took the time to show us vehicles, answering questions that should lead to our next purchase of a Ford!!

EXCELLENT Customer Service

I drive 40 miles to take my vehicles to Victory Ford for Service for a reason. I've been doing that for a year now. The 20 years prior to that, I took them a half mile from my home for repairs. I'll tell you why I've chosen to drive the extra 39.5 miles. What sets them apart from other service shops is their Outstanding Customer Service! I took my Chevy Impala in for repairs recently. They solved the starting issues it was having. I found that the 2002 Chevy Impala has a huge amount of complaints about the car starting and mechanics not being able to fix it. Google it and you'll see. These guys at Victory Ford did what it took to fix the problem. You can take your vehicle to your local service shop and get repairs done. Victory Ford isn't the only place that knows how to repair a vehicle. But if you want a place where you feel it's as important to them as it is to you to take care of your vehicle troubles, Victory Ford is the place to go. And if you want a place that won't make up things that aren't an issue on your vehicle just to make more money, Victory Ford is the place to go. I will continue to drive 40 miles for my vehicle repairs because I know that I, the customer, matters. Thank you Dustin and thank you to your entire team!

New Car Buying Experience at Victory Ford in Bonner Springs

My older Escape had an accident with a deer and was totaled. I found a new 2016 SE Escape at Victory Ford that had the features I wanted. I was eligible for the Ford X-Plan from work, but Victory's deal still saved me $1000 over the X-Plan. I am very happy with my car and the helpfulness and friendliness of my salesman, the manager, and the sales staff. I would recommend Victory Ford to anyone that wants a casual buying experience with home-town friendly people.

Best Car Buying Experience

Pleasant Experience - Rockstar Salesman - Who likes going through the process of buying a car?... Spending hours sitting in a dealership cubical feeling like you are wasting the day away while a salesman runs back and forth... That didn't happen at Victory Ford. From the start they were prompt and respectful. Unknowing we were contacting a dealership we had text after hours regarding the 2012 vehicle we were interested in. We promptly received a response from Jude Boliere. He was not able to answer our questions at the time however he followed up with us shortly after 8am the next morning, even noting that he hoped he wasn't waking us. Upon arriving at the dealership for a test drive we were greeted by salesman Scott Wells whom was friendly, kind, engaging and most importantly attentive to the smaller details that mattered to us. He didn't have the take it or leave it attitude nor did we feel pressured to buy. We appreciated his kindness and attentiveness to detail. The wait time during negotiation and through the paperwork process was much less than our past dealership experiences. Mark Reno in finance was easy going, laid back and explained in detail our options. Scott offered us a loaner while our vehicle was in the shop having touch ups done. At the time we dropped off our vehicle Scott was not in the office. Another salesman provided us with a loaner that had been smoked in. After returning to the dealership later that day and being kindly greeted by everyone that passed us in the showroom, Scott gladly replaced the loaner with a smokeless vehicle. Our vehicle is currently in the shop having touch up's done... I will update our review after picking up our vehicle. So far the experience has been pleasantly painless. The only con experienced is the loaner... if someone could check the loaner prior to handing off the keys would be our only suggestion. Compared to other dealerships, we recommend Victory Ford and their staff. Buying from Victory Ford has been a refreshing experience so far. ...More to come upon picking up our vehicle from the shop.
