For a stress free experience

I got into a car accident so i had to shop fast and went to see Robin Violette and he took all the stress off my shoulders right away!! He found me a used SUV in my price range and made sure i had everything i needed for a price i couldn't resist!! He took the time to make sure i understood everything and all the buttons in my SUV!! He even took back my rental car to enterprise so i didn't have to bother my parents for rides!! He gave me everything my old dealer couldnt give me!! For a stress free experience i recommand Robin all the way!! Plus he's really easy to talk to!! I'm really impressed with Robin and the whole dealership!!

Filled up tires

Tires were low and the fellas at Ford filled em up for free! Great service and professionalism, would visit again. Nice to see a hard working group of guys.

Un service tout à fait exceptionnel

Je voudrais remercier sincèrement Violette Motors pour un service des plus exceptionnels. C'est lorsqu'on se retrouve dans les gros problèmes à 2000 milles de chez soi qu'on sait si on a fait le bon choix de concessionnaire ou non. En effet, un problème de transmission sur ma Ford Focus survenu au Texas aurait pu avoir des conséquences catastrophiques, la pièce défectueuse n'étant pas disponible nulle part aux USA avant 8 à 12 semaines. Après avoir discuté de ma situation avec Jacques, ce dernier m'a mis en contact avec Richard Moreau. Ce dernier s'est empressé de s'informer des possibilités et m'a recontacté dans les plus brefs délais. Une pièce (clutch), sans doute promise à un autre client, a alors été envoyée directement au concessionnaire à Amarillo où je me trouvais pour qu'ils effectuent la réparation. La pièce, partie par UPS le mercredi avant-midi, a été reçue rapidement à Amarillo. Le vendredi, sur la fin de l'après-midi, mon auto était réparée et prête à revenir! Oui, il est vrai que ma situation était exceptionnelle mais le service offert par Violette Motors l'a été tout autant. Lorsque Violette Motors mentionne que la satisfaction du client est l'élément le plus important, ce n'est pas qu'un slogan. Un merci tout particulier à Richard Moreau qui a su m'écouter, s'informer et me sortir du pétrin dans lequel j'étais.
