A kind gentleman Audley Pierce

Unfriendly Staff

Insincere, rude, indifferent, snobby service staff who think they know everything. A management has a hidden agenda with ulterior motives. Be prepared to spend a fortune to fix your vehicle and pay a premium for foreign parts made in China or Mexico. They will love you for that. I was told to take my business somewhere else if you don't like their "service". What a pleasure and an honor to deal with such lovely people.

Service advisers has very little knowledge

Service advisers has very little knowledge or non about the cars they service, there was no body to talk to or get sum advise. They give false information and no update about vehicles in service.

Flat tire service

Rate it 3 stars, because Ian not sure I am totally right,so here is story. Bought my golf R, 1.5 years ago from Pfaff, hade insurance for 1 year for rims and tires. After 6 month caught nail, tire was related in Pfaff for free, they told no sense for replacements, nail was not huge. After 1 year patch started to leak an air. Came to Villa with this problem, the only solution they offered me to change a tire for 450 plus tax, was a little wired. They told it is not possible to repeat second time.Why I do not no. Left dealer ship, fix this problem in closest garage for 45 dollars.

I would not recommend this dealer.

HORRIBLE sales person

Bought a Golf from Jie Cheng, this guy is horrible sales person, digs every cent you have and promises a ton, nothing was delivered, initially told me i have a bunch of extra srevices, never contacted me after sale, horrible, con-man, how do you live with your life after lying to customers everyday.

Terrible service

Terrible experience. Changed winter tires and did a full inspection in the morning, was told everything was good, then got a flat tire immediately in the afternoon. Technician could not find the reason why the tire was flat, no nails inside. They kept telling me this was bad luck, like it was my fault.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Liars.

Purchased a "brand new" 2016 GTI which this dealership had on the lot and put down a deposit with the sales manager. I was to take delivery of the car several days later. Two days prior to the agreed upon delivery date the manager called me to tell me that he needed to disclose something about the vehicle I had purchased. The manager advised me that there was an insurance claim against the vehicle in the approximate amount of $5600 as the wheels had been stolen off the vehicle. The manager sent me pictures which showed the front end of the car resting on the ground. Uncomfortable with this and the fact that this car was no longer free of insurance claims I asked him to find me a similar vehicle for the same price. The manager swore that there was not a single comparable vehicle available at the agreed upon price and instead of making good on this deal he tried to upsell me on a more expensive vehicle with options I simply did not need (to the tune of an additional $1895 plus tax). I took the issue up with the president's office at VW Canada who offered no help at all. VW corporate explained that they have no jurisdiction over the individual dealerships and that there was nothing at all they could do. Being a current VW owner (two vehicles) I felt cheated and disrespected. I would stay far away from this dealership and their questionable business practices. Take your money elsewhere!

I had the privilege of negotiating my vehicle purchase with Daniel J at VW Villa. The reason I rated THIS particular engagement a 5 star was the fact Daniel tried his best to work with me on negotiating a fair price for the vehicle. What's more? Daniel was NOT AT ALL PUSHY or RUDE. He understood our concerns and addressed them accordingly to our satisfaction. Prior to dealing with VW Villa, I had visited 3 other VW and non-VW dealerships, and each time, the sales experience was not great. We came back to VW Villa because Daniel gave us a good impression the first time we met.

Great experience with managers

I found myself at the Villa location on Steeles last week and I must say the experience definitely exceeded my expectations. In service I was speaking with Benny regarding the "diesel recall" and some questions he was unable to address. This is when the sales manager (Sean Sahakian) jumped in and clarified the issue for me. It was impressive to see how taking 5 minutes out of his day to reassure me that Volkswagen is "on it" and that I have nothing to worry about. In speaking for just a few minutes he knew what my trade in value potentially would be and what promotions were available to me if I was interested. This was my first visit with this dealership and from now on this is where I will be servicing. Great job Volkswagen Villa!

Completely wasted my time

Was buying a used 2015 gti. As other posters mentioned they changed the price on me at the end and promised things they couldn't deliver. Truly suggest finding another dealer. I walked away as they just wouldn't make things right.

Terrible, waste of time, embarassing

Terrible excuse for a Volkswagen dealership. My last service appointment had multiple issues circled on the report, but were unable to explain what work had to be done or why, and wouldn't let me speak to the service staff. Oh, and the service staff insisted I give them a perfect score on their follow up survey. On top of their terrible service, they love to spam you with unwanted communications. I've repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing lists and phone lists but I still get harassed by them regularly. If you want terrible service and incompetent staff, this is your dealership.

I took my car in for servicing at villa explaining the problems with the car, they had it for three days charged me 1400 and didn't fix it properly. horrible service bad techs they only care about money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO VOLKS VILLA.

NEVER BUY A VW – A MUST READ

If you are considering buying a Volkswagen, I would seriously advise you against it and read this before making your decision. On Friday September 12th, I took my 2012 VW EOS Convertible in for service to VW Villa on Steeles Avenue in Vaughan as my car was stalling intermittently. I will save you the pain of reading all the details as they are truly not that important or relevant. It is NOW October 27th and we just called the dealer and they STILL have no clue why the car is stalling and no date to provide us as to when they will have a solution. With all the technical minds at VW, they cannot find out why my car is stalling. What makes matters worse, is that when I spoke to the Manager Mr. Peter Del Grosso, his response is “Why do you care when your car is going to be ready, you have a loaner car”. So, what I did was contact VW head office and got to speak to a “Customer Relations” specialist by the name of Vanessa (who refused to give her last name) at 1-800-822-8987 X 14270. Vanessa simply repeated the words of Mr. Peter Del Grosso saying they have no idea as to when the car will be ready for pick up with a proper solution remedied. I asked Vanessa “How long do you deem reasonable to have to wait for your car to be fixed?”. Her answer was “I would wait an indeterminate amount of time as long as I had a loaner vehicle.” I am at the point where I have to wait for the dealer to call me to tell me car is ready because when I call lately and ask for Peter, he is just rude and abusive to me. I believe this to be absurd and thought people should know this is how VW treats their customers.
