HOW MANY OWERS OUT THERE CAN'T GET THEIR VOLVO SMOGED???????? SO FAR ITS BEEN SIX WEEKS OF TRYING ON MY 2011 XC90............ VOLVO OF ORANGE WON'T DO IT,WHY????? APPARENTLY I DIDN'T PUT ENOUGH MILES ON IT. WASN'T TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT IT I HAD TOO.ASKED WHY CAN'T THIS DEALERSHIP DO IT,😬😬😬 THEY SAY IT IS TO COSTLY FOR THEM TO SMOG A VOLVO, ....... WE HAVE DONE "THE VOLVO TEST"......SO MANY TIMES I HAVE LOSS TRACK. WHEN I PARK IT IN THEIR DRIVEWAY AND WALK OFF...........JUST WONDERING🙀🙀🙀 HAVE TO SAY THO.....I LOVE MY VOLVO,DRIVES LIKE A DREAM.WITHOUT A STICKER ON MY TAG WON'T BE GOING ANYWHERE.............................IT'S JUST NOT RIGHT

Employees at dealership are great at finding the car that you want. Most follow up that I have ever seen from a dealer. They really listen to your wants and don't push you toward a car that doesn't fit your request. Greatly appreciate all the work from their sales manager (Ted) who provide top notch support in finding the car.

My new Volvo

I am always sceptical about buying a new car. These many years later I choose to embrace it after all I want the car I've done he work I know what I want. Zak my salesman was great a really hands off approach answering all questions I still have. Let's face it the end of the year is a limited selection but it is the only time of the year I could afford to buy a Volvo. I always have fun buying a new car it's exciting that's for sure. They made it easy to lease and my wife just leased one from Zak a month back. No I didn't need one but I wanted the XC 60.

Overall a solid dealership

Bought a Volvo S60 Type R in Dec 2013 and it went well - fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Test drove a couple of cars and the salesman easily highlighted all of the features in a quick, easy to understand manner. We took a night to decide and the next morning we were still excited about it, so went in and we were able to take care of the entire purchase process in under an hour. It was easy. We didn't have a trade-in, so that may have helped. We had shopped around at close to a dozen other dealerships - Lexus, Infinity, Volvo and so many of the other salesman demonstrated a huge gap of knowledge and just poor people skills. We did not encounter that here. The entire sales team is very good at their jobs and make it a quick, easy process.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a used 3rd row SUV similar to a Honda Pilot in February 2013. We became aware of the Hyundai Veracruz and it seemed like it would fit our needs well. While searching online late one Sunday, we found one available at OC Volvo for an outstanding price, well under the Blue Book price, with low mileage considering the car's year. We called about the car the next day and set up an appointment for Wednesday late afternoon - we live 60 miles north and had to come after work on a day my parents could watch our children. The man we dealt with was very personable and our sales transaction was smooth and easy. We have had the car six months now and couldn't be happier.

After having been shopping for Volvo with other dealership, this specific location has very good customer service and high level of profession and I had specifically great experience with Shabbir Safri (Sales & Leasing Consultant) who has great attitudes and personality and test drove XC60 and S80. I bought two cars S80 for myself and XC60 for my wife.

I had a very positive experience with Volvo of Orange County where I purchased a used Volvo from Lynne'. Kevin and Ed were also quite helpful and friendly. I appreciate the help getting a set of bike racks on the wagon. There is a Volvo dealership which is ~ 50 miles closer to my home -but I found the trip to Orange County to bea wise choice. I'll be back when it's time for my next car & will recommend them to others without hesitation

Went by to look at a Volvo c30 at about 745 on a Tuesday...

Went by to look at a Volvo c30 at about 745 on a Tuesday night. Sean Zak and Ed stayed late (close at 830) answered all my questions. Zak let me take. Him on a nice test drive and answered all my questions. While Sean and Ed worked on the deal. Got the ball rolling that night and we ball parked everything that needed to be handled. Ed and Sean worked the deal with the bank and the used car guys the next day to get me the most on my trade in and the apr I wanted. (They did both) Zak kept me in loop with texts throughout the day. Once everything was done I came in filled out the paper work and had my new car. Zak made sure to go over everything features wise with me and synced my phone before I left. All 3 of them where pleasant and took good care of me. This is my first volvo and I love it. Great dealership located in central OC.

Kudos to Volvo of Orange for the best customer service in the person of Lynne Collins. This was actually our second experience with her and had it not been for her, this probably would have been our last visit to Volvo of Orange. This is what happened... My son, Mikel, had actually purchased his first used Volvo from this dealership just last July and it was Lynne who took the time to see that everything we asked about Volvos, particularly the V50 that may son was interested in, were answered. She was very patient, very personal and very warm. I couldn't believe that she had all the time to spend with us! My son had just come out unscathed from a bad car accident on the freeway and had it not been for his old 1987 Volvo 240 GL, he probably would still be in the hospital. Because his old volvo had "saved his life", he knew that his replacement car would also be a Volvo. So after a few hours of going through the process with Lynne, my son finally bought the car. It was during a succeeding visit of Mikel to get a spare key that my other son, Stephen, accompanied him, met Lynne, and asked her that if a C30 would be available, if she could call him or me as he was interested in buying his "first" car. And so after a week, Lynne calls me and informs me that a 2010 C30 R-design was available and that they had just received it and hadn't had it detailed yet for display. We arranged to meet her that day at 6:00 PM as Lynne said that she needed to see her dentist and that she would have the car brought out for us to see. We went to the dealership a bit early, saw the C30 and was waiting for her when another customer came to us to tell us that he had already purchased the car!!. When Lynne arrived, we told her what happened and upon checking, she was disgusted to find out that another sales person had already sold the car even if according to her, we were supposed to be the first in line to see the car and that her manager had known about our appointment to see the car. We were very disappointed and i was ready to file a complaint with whoever was in charge. It was at this point that Stephen started to look in the lot for other C30's and found a 2013 C30 basic model. Upon checking with Lynne, she said that if Stephen wanted it, she was going to make sure that Stephen got the best deal after what just happened with the 2010 car. Well, she did just that. After processing our requests for a car loan, Lynne and her Sales manager offered Stephen a deal he could not refuse. Aside from giving it to us at the employees price, they further deducted $ 700 from the amount making the final amount just about $ 600 over the 2010 C30 that Stephen initially wanted. We couldn't believe it- a brand new 2013 car with free 5 years maintenance for just $ 600 above the 2010 car. My wife and I couldn't help but smile at each other and silently said "thank You Lord for this gift and for using Lynne!" Yes, Lynne is the best car sales person we have ever met. We now have two Volvos at home and I wouldn't be surprised if we get a third one care of Lynne Collins of course.

I brought my 2005 Volvo s60 in to get a headlight...

I brought my 2005 Volvo s60 in to get a headlight replaced because I was having problems replacing it myself. I asked if I could watch the repair man install it to see if he had any tips on how to install without hurting my hand. They were courteous to allow me to watch, but I swathe repair,an "rip" the air intake out of my car, he replaced the light and tested the light to find there was an "electrical" problem. I then left and "trusted" the repair man, believing that since I was at a "Volvo" dealership they new my s60. 2 hours later I went back to ask what is the problem and the repair man insisted that the problem was a "computer" problem and it would be $800 to fix. I then asked "did you check the fuse" and he then responded with telling me that there was no fuse and showed me the electrical diagram. As I looked at it, with my background in electrical engineering, I responded with there is a fuse. I said no more repair to be done and still had to wait 45 min to get my car back. As soon as I got the car I took it to pep boys and checked the fuses and the fuse for the light was missing, but when I replaced the fuse I found that they had broke the air intake of my s60.

I would not recommend this dealer.
