Roger done an exceptional job in helping me out....

Brought my GT500 into Walnut Creek Ford, first time using this dealership and had to drive about 20 miles out to their location. Worked with Roger and he expedited my service and got it resolved so fast. I didn't purchase my car from this dealership but I will most definitely be using their service department in the future; driving 20 miles is well worth their great customer service, besides doesn't take long in that car:) Thanks for an exceptional job done!!!

New Red Car!

My wife wanted her next car to be red rather than boring white like the old one. When we arrived at Walnut Creek Ford, the sales person, Nick Palacios, asked what kind of vehicle we might be interested in, and we said, "A red one." He said, "Well, I believe we have some of those." In fairly short order, we leased a red Ford C-Max Cynergi plug-in hybrid at a fair negotiated price. Then, when we worked with the finance guy, Pat Nealon, he sweetened the deal with a free coating/detail. We especially appreciated the clear information from Nick and Pat on the trade-offs of leasing, financing, or purchasing. We had never leased a vehicle before, but this situation, with developing technology and excellent incentives, seemed to favor leasing. No pressure, no tricks, just friendly answers. When we took the car to the service department a week or so later to have the coating done, the car was ready when promised and was glowingly clean and shiny. I've bought many new cars before, but this experience rates up at the top.

We bought our new Ford Edge from Walnut Creek Ford because of the professional experience we received from Sherri Wicksten. She answered all our questions without hesitation, she really knows about the cars she is selling. She did NOT start off by saying "what can I do to get you to buy this car today", When I hear that from a dealer, I just walk out. We have never felt more comfortable buying a car, and would definitley go back.

Paul was very pleasant, friendly, patient, explained the differences of the cars, gave us a good drive test, looked hard to find the car that satisfied out needs, explained the functions of the car, set up sync for us, was available for additional questions after the purchase date. I recommend him very highly.

This car dealership is very unprofessional and not willing to do business the right way. All the salesman seem to be on there high horse until you appear to buying a car. Run to Future Ford in concord ca.

Every single person at the dealership is helpful and friendly! They are outstanding. So much so that we just purchased our second Ford from them. We initially returned because of Pete Von Disterlo because he sold us our first Ford and we really liked working with him. This time, not only did Pete help find the EXACT car we wanted we realized that everyone at the dealership was fabulous. Even though Chelsea was in Finance, she told us that she recently moved from the Sales floor and that if we had nay questions about our car we could call. You just get the feeling that everyone actually likes their job and cares about the customer.

I've recently purchased a new Ford Fusion in late 2008. I also purchased an extended warranty, and maintenance care package. I was thrilled with my whole experience at Walnut Creek Ford. Starting with the sales department, from picking out the right car for my needs, taste, and budget, and getting all the right options and trimmings I wanted, to getting a great deal and great customer service. My great experience has continued every time I bring my car for service or maintenance. The service department and team, everyone from the service advisers and managers, to all the staff and mechanics have been so helpful and friendly.
