Check engine light came on

Only 1100 miles on my new car and the check engine light came on. I took it to Walser and they checked it in. About 40 minutes later, they came out and told me the problem was a loose gas cap. No charge and got a car wash also.

I would recommend this dealer.

Oil change and recalls addressed

Very timely and good communication concerning other recommended services, of which I did have the engine air cleaner changed. Tire change was also suggested, for which I appreciate, because tires were purchased elsewhere, from which I get lifetime rotation.

Great customer service. Technicians are kind, knowledgable and very helpful. My questions were answered with efficiency. The waiting area is spacious, clean along with resources (i.e. computers, tv, tables, snacks, beverages etc.) Great company!

Took my car in for an oil change. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The service advisor told me the car would be ready in one hour (including a car wash). One hour later my car was ready and washed. Great service.

An easy experience

I didn't think I was going to be able to trade my vehicle as it was too new but James was very helpful to get me into a car that works much better for me. He is funny and made me feel at ease and not nervous during the transaction. He followed up with me and took good care of me the whole way. I can't say enough about this dealership. 2014 Sonata recall.

I stopped in to set up an appointment for my wife's 2014 Sonata,which had two recalls to be taken care of. Mike, in your service department, quickly got me the appointment for the following week. Walser sent me an E-mail confirming the appt., And followed up with a reminder, 2-3 days prior to the appt. My wife and I dropped off the car at 7am on Tuesday, and the car was ready to go by 10am! Thank you for the very professional service , and the follow-up phone by your Service department!

On Monday morning my car wouldn’t start. Set up a tow and my 2011 Elantra was picked up at 3:30. Called Hyundai in advance and let them know it was coming. Yhry had 4:30 appointment. It was fixed and ready to be picked up at 5:17. Can’t ask for any better service. I got new spark plugs, tire rotation and it was almost due for an oil change so I had that done too. I have always brought my car to the dealer and have always done any work they suggested. I have 99,000 miles on my car and hope to keep it longer
