Terrible used cars terrible service center. Bought an expedition there and thank God we purchased the extended warranty.. total lemon. They don't care what they sell Al along as makes them money. Total xxxx.

Bryson was courteous and knowledgeable with a no pressure approach. He answered all of our questions and gave a detailed explanation about each of the cars we looked at. I love my new car and would definitely recommend this dealership and Bryson Bell.

Worst experience I have ever haf

Numbers up front, told the deal could be made. After telling them before hand my numbers they said, yes come on in looks Great. After I got there we were no place close to my deal. Don't like being lied to just to get me to come in.

Bought a used infinity from this place very very unhappy.Soon after i purchased the vehicle i noticed there were two issues wrong with vehicle. Made dealer aware of these problems. Took car in to have fixed they said it was going to be like 650 for a door switch and and a door sill plate.i said no they gave me the normal used car run around bs. When i left dealer ship i did not realize they did not but my sill plate back on car.They took the door apart an put it back together wrong door glass rattles in door window does not work properly.I called to tell them what they did and they said we dont have your sill plate and your window worked fine when i left dealer. Window was down when i left dealership. If the car i bought was properly inspected before car was put on lot these problems would have been found. This dealership does not back or stand behind the vehicles they sell.

The impossible

Most dealership can be lumped into a similar category, “xxxx”. Lying and manipulating people to get a pay check. This enforces the idea that all dealership are evil, that they do not care about you as a person/ customer or your happiness with the vehicle. Couple months ago I experienced a dealership like this I was lied to many times and when I tried to return the car they refused to take it back. I was in a very hard position where I hated my car but couldn’t get out of it with out raising my payment hundreds of dollars. I was hopeful and I felt so defeated. I ran into a saleman name Uncle Bob who encouraged me to come down and take a look. He said “we won’t pressure you and there is no commitment just come down and let’s see if we can work with you”. I finally mustered up the courage to give it another try. With in minutes of speaking with Uncle Bob one of the owners, Tim, joined the conversation to hear my horrible experience. Tim and Uncle Bob assured me that wouldn’t be the case with them. During the search Uncle Bob said something that really stuck out to me. He said “We will do whatever we can to see you smile again and get you into a car you love”. This speaks volumes to what the dealership and salesmen/ women value. We found the perfect car and Uncle Bob, Tim, and Keith worked tirelessly to accommodate my budget! I don’t know how they did it but my payment went up 11 dollars which included negative Equity. I can honestly say the amount of effort they put in to getting me the car has earned my business for years to come! This dealership 100 percent stands apart from all others because they care deeply about your happiness. I really didn’t have much connection to anyone there but they treated me as if I was related to someone there. I would honestly give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

No return call

We bought our 2017 Explorer brand new last March. We never had any issues with getting our cars serviced at Walt Sweeney and thought we were getting great customer service but I am having issues now. The explorer was just at the shop a few weeks ago for routine service and they found i needed an air filter, aside from the oil change. Thought that was odd considering the age and miles on the car but agreed and had them replace it. I have been stranded, with my children, and relied on roadside assistance to get me back on the road since this. My battery is horribly corroded- yet they didn’t see this during my maintenance service but caught an air filter needing replaced... I spoke with Theresa in service who was going to have the service manager call me and still have not gotten a call back. I still am unable to get in contact with anyone. Now I have a $50,000 car with 20k miles that I cannot start. No way should this be happening and although it is a simple fix, I refuse to eat the price of a battery when Walt Sweeney should clearly back up their new vehicles they sell.

Poor customer service

We bought a 2013 Ford Taurus from Walt Sweeney Ford 3 years ago. We purchased the warranty with the car as well. 3 days after our warranty expired, the car needed a major repair- the water pump needs to be replaced.. We were told by Walt Sweeney Ford that our warranty expired 3 days ago, and they were not willing to do anything to help us. We went back a couple of days later and spoke to the Parts and Service Director who told us to send him an estimate from our mechanic, and he would send our information on to Ford and see if he could get them to cover at least part of the repairs. He called the next afternoon after our mechanic had faxed over an estimate saying that he had submitted the information but Ford wasn't willing to cover any of the repair. My husband then called Ford's customer service number and after being transferred several times was told that there was no record of the Parts and Service Director ever submitting ANY information about our car, despite him having told my husband that he had. They also basically said sorry about your luck. We will never buy another Ford and will tell everyone we know that Walt Sweeney Ford did not do well dealing with us as customers.

I would not recommend this dealer.

I loved the professional service I received from Walt Sweeney Ford. When I purchased my car it wasn't an all day event. Scott Brown was an awesome salesman! My husband came back and bought his dream car a few days later! I love my car and have had no issues!

Our salesman Bob Easterling and the staff at Walt Sweeney Ford are PHENOMENAL! We had been customers of Beechmont Ford for years....when they were too busy to spend time with us, friends of ours recommended that we pay Bob a visit. We arrived 45 minutes prior to the dearlership closing on a Saturday. We were greeted with smiles and a willingness to help us. When the exact vehicle we wanted wasn't on their lot, they found it...in Chicago! Bob and the staff at Walt Sweeney Ford worked their tails off to find us a vehicle that met our needs and fit our budget. We love our 2016 Ford Escape SE! The whole purchasing experience was virtually painless, from sales to financing. We will definitely be back...and we will not be returning to Beechmont Ford!

A completely satisfied customer!

Bought a 2017 Ford Escape Labor Day weekend and had a great buying experience, from our sales rep to the financing office. We had a problem with the vehicle several days later but the service department spoke with Ford tech and found out there was a problem with the main fuse box. Again, they made sure the vehicle was 100% right before they called me to pick it up. Would definitely buy from them again!

Autobody side was super

In the past I have had many issues with the mechanical side of Walt Sweeney Ford with both my 1996 truck and my 2013 car so I just bought an alternator from them and had it put on somewhere else but when I took the core back I thought while I am here I might as well have the auto body repair guys give me a price on replacing the rear side door. What a pleasant surprise? Dustin was as nice as you get and all the office were happy friendly people ready to help. The price was actually lower than the USED car lots out in Miamitown and as it was Ford they hooked up the windows, power locks and speakers so I could not be happier. Alvin did a great job on the courtesy car of taking me home and coming back to get me all in one day. Great service, great price equals return customer. Thanks Dustin, Alvin and beautiful ladies. By the way parts guys were super too. Did not want to forget you Bobby. Thanks!

NO PRESSURE AT ALL!!

I recently had to file bankruptcy due to medical expenses and I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to get into a car in the price range that I could afford. They were able to get me into a 1 year old car for only $10 more than my original monthly payment I asked them to work around.. Everyone was easy to work with, No one judged me for having to file bankruptcy I was treated as well as a family member. Pat McMahon knows how to work with you to put you into the right vehicle and he will not try to over sell you with something that would have taken me out of my range. My only thing-I wish they would have detailed the car a bit more than running it through the car wash. But I know how to do it once it gets warm. But hassle-free- safe zone if your credit isn't perfect!

Mike Wilkins has been such a great help in finding what we were looking for! He went Above and Beyond to get us what we wanted! After months of searching for a specific vehicle he helped us locate and deliver what we were asking for at a price that was affordable! Couldn't have had a better experience!
