Excellent Service

I recently bought a truck from watson chevrolet on autmall drive. I had excellent service from the start to the finish of the process. And actually after the deal was complete. They were very helpful. My sales associate was TJ Sorensen and my finance manager was Brett Arigoni. I would definitely buy from them again.

Bad business

Service department is always at a outstanding level. The financial department is another story. No customer likes it when lied to and for them to attempt to cover up a lie with another lie.

I was interested in an electric vehicle and the sales person was knowledgeable about such vehicles and able to assure me that Chevrolet was experienced in this area. They also had a model in stock so I could see and drive it.

I have purchased many cars over the last 50+ years and my experience this time with Watson personnel was without a doubt the most rewarding. I especially was very impressed with one of your employees, Luis Perez .He was our first contact and followed up constantly to insure my questions were addressed. I was impressed with his knowledge of your products and his sincere desire to see that my wife and I were treated with respect and honesty. After we agreed on everything, he followed through and delivered our Equinox with a thorough review of all systems. So impressed were we that 5 days later we bought a Cruze Hatchback, and Luis handled this as well.

Dishonest dealership

They said that I needed universal cv on my drive shaft. This was after I asked them to check it out after repair from their Collision Center over $700 for the CV joints. I decided not to get it done and have it checked out from someone else. They had reduced the price on other items I had them do windshield wiper blades that I didn't ask for a replacement of a bulb that they didn't do but charge me for other bowls that they replaced. I wouldn't take my truck back there if they were the last dealership in Tucson. After speaking to the sales manager he said he would reduce the cost of the repair in the CV joints by $250 now I know why I didn't need them they just wanted to make money

Cool Summer Service

The service department took care of everything, even washing my car after servicing my A/C. I only had to sit in a waiting area with 72-degree airconditioning and plenty of cool water, coffee (if you're into that) reading the newspaper and looking at all the new Chevrolet models.

Try hard mode engaged

First off, when a guy you meet for 30 seconds remembers your name 3 days later... that's something. Luis Perez, hats off to you. When you find out your awesome neighbor George has worked their for 29 years, loyalty++ Bennie our sales man. Good guy. Talks a lot, is funny. Little too much talking for my taste, but I'm a no nonsense kind of guy and sales naturally attracts folks that like to talk so I don't hold it against him. Bennie clearly excels establishing a relationship and using that relationship to sell. Doesn't work on me, so good thing Bennie also worked his tail off for our business. Its mostly because of his salesmanship skill and effort that Chevrolet is in my top two. I feel like I can trust Bennie and the fact my neighbor has worked there for 29 years is inspiring. The 20% discount promotion on the Chevrolet Cruze and the unlimited wifi /free remote start in all 2016 and newer cars certainly didn't hurt. Two things. First, having to run back and forth from the lot to the show room to get keys was lame. About half or more of the dealerships could access the keys directly in the lot and that saved a lot of time. When its 100 degrees outside, you need to save time. I'll give you 5 stars for now, but dealership needs to address the logistics issue because I did not enjoy standing in the sun for 3-4 minutes with my wife getting sunburned every time we wanted to sit in a car. Its not comfortable and yes Bennie offered to get the cars and drive them up to a shaded area for us, but no. I don't mind being pampered, but that's too much work for our salesman and too much waiting just to sit in a car. Second, I don't like sitting around waiting for pricing. I don't know if they were busy or if they were gaming, but I'm not a patient individual. Don't waste my time. This is 2017, its possible to instantly produce numbers; so do it.

Horrible Experience

My son and I barely got out of his car and there was a sales person ready to pounce. We told him that there was particular car that we saw on the internet that we wanted to take a look at. He took us inside, found the car and then took us out on the lot to walk to where it was. No problem, I don't mind walking. But, he made sure he had his nice cold water bottle and never offered us any. We didn't like the car that we originally wanted to see. I told the salesman what I was looking for. He didn't listen. I specifically said fog lights were a must, no more than 40K on a used car and no dark colors. NOT ONE vehicle he showed me met any of these criteria. It made me feel horrible every time he showed me a car and I had to say, "there are no fog lights, or, it's black, or, it has 90k miles." And, if my son tried to say anything to me in private he was constantly asking, "what are you saying...what was that you said." I couldn't wait to get away fast enough. Plus, I was dripping wet due to the hot day and needed to find a drink somewhere so we left.

I bought a used car here that is not a Chevrolet and I took my car in for service and the staff was so helpful and professional. My car was finished when they said it would be and I was checked in and out very quickly. Everyone I was in contact there really cares about their customers. Bo Watson cares that customers are happy and it shows with all of staff there.
