Good experience purchasing Honda Pilot. Andy is a excellent sales person as well as his manager Dan Clemente. Spent some time with the dearer over a 3 day period Labor Day. Worked on the numbers for pricing. Andy you could tell was a well experienced sales person and provided excel,ent knowledge to my questions regarding the Honda Pilot. Will recommend others when I can to Wesley chapel Honda and Andy.

Since this is the first time financing a brand new vehicle I was a little hesitant on how everything works at the dealer. I also really liked that he took time to show me all the features in the car since a lot had changed from the 2010 version I had. I appreciate how easy he made coming to an agreement on the price. My husband bought a car a few weeks prior from another honda dealer and it was a nightmare and I was not excited to go shopping for myself. Andy made it such an awesome experience and I couldn’t recommend him enough!!

I am thrilled with my experience at Wesley Chapel Honda! Sharrod and Damon worked very hard to find the perfect vehicle and price point to meet my needs. I was hesitant to go to the dealership with my newborn, but they were great at making sure my baby and I were comfortable and we finished everything pretty quickly. I will definitely be returning back for my next vehicle and sending my friends and family there as well.

Quick and to the point!

We saw the car online, Hatim sent us videos and pictures and was communicating with us back and forth on any questions we had. We sent the required documents. Hatim and Fitz got everything ready, we arrived and signed the required paper work and we were on our way with our new Honda Civi Si. Thank you, you guys were awesome!

Worst experience EVER

Drove an hour to see a specific used car at the dealer. Was told it was available so was excited to make the journey to get it. By the time I got there someone else was in the middle of purchasing the vehicle I just drove an hour to see. No phone call to tell me not to waste my time and gas just a rude used car sales manager and a salesperson Kimberly Veloz that couldn’t care less that I was treated that way! Do your research on the dealer. They have a 2 star yelp review for a reason!

Happy with my purchase

Recently bought a 2017 civic si from Dj Wilson. Was on my way home from work and been thinking about getting a newer daily driver due to one of my older hondas having some issues. The civic si is what i wanted and was not settling for anything else. Did not even have to tell Dj that, loved that he didnt even try talking me into something else. He knew thats what i was there for and did everything in his power to work out the best deal for me. After we worked out a deal he took his time and showed me all the features with the car. This was about 10:30pm and they close at 9. Overall great experience, and anyone looking for a new honda go see Dj Wilson.

they cheat unsuspecting customers for 1000's of dollars

They want to charge 1007 dollars for Alternator Replacement for a 2008 Acura MDX when it's less than 600 dollars at one of the Acura dealerships. Lisa Bush, the service advisor is rude on top of that and says it costs more because they have to get the part from Acura. Acura charges 196 for labor and this dealership wants to charge 355 for labor. This dealership is the worst in cheating customers. 400 dollar difference/more for something that should cost around 600. I bet you don't find another dealership like this. Before when I got a different service and oil change done, the maintenance indicator came on for oil change within less than a month. They are good salesmen without quality work and price. Already charged/paid 150 dollars to confirm that it's the alternator. Took to Acura dealership and the issue was not even with the alternator. I would have lost 1000 dollars on top of the 150 I paid for nothing. They really do this on purpose to unsuspecting customers/

Sales person DJ Wilson is very knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time with us - nearly 3 hours- & explained all the minute features, details of the vehicles. We had it narrowed down to two vehicles coming in, he helped us decide on the one. Pricing & negotiation was also hassle-free. finance department couldn't finish their job

I came in to Wesley Chapel Honda to drive a specific 2018 accord I saw online. I had all the details regarding finance including my price point and credit union loan paperwork letter, printed out and ready to go, then quickly made a fair price deal on the car. I WAS SET UP FOR SUCCESS!..... This was May 10, 2019. For the past Month & 7 days I have been checking my Suncoast account to make my first payment, and the bank has received nothing from the dealership. I have called 6 times and sent many e-mails, trying to get some explanation and confirmation. The General Manager Michael Speigl & finance manager John Ancona would not follow up with me with REAL answers as to when they would finish their job and manage the transactions and UNFINISHED TRANSACTIONS, that Fitzroy Gallimore failed to process properly in the first place. Terrible experience with Williams automotive group, Tampa Honda and Wesley chapel Honda.

I would not recommend this dealer.
