Lazy and Unprofessional

Brought my 12 maxima in for several suspension and alignment issues. They claimed there’s nothing wrong with the car. Charged me an hour for diagnosis on issues I already told them about. When I had the car on a lift myself it only took me 5 minutes to find my bad/worn out parts. This service department and/or tech that looked at my car is a joke. Better of at a Monroe muffler.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Joe Schwartz did a great job listening to what we wanted to do and making that happen. From the first call he was working for our business and interested in what we wanted to accomplish. He never made us feel forced or uncomfortable and calculated several scenarios and deals to ultimately sell us two new Nissans. Examine vehicle for possible Exhaust system leak

I thought I had an exhaust system leak, I had a 7:45 AM appointment. I was promptly checked in, my vehicle was examined, no issues found everything was fully explained to me. Apparently The under carriage of my vehicle was Caked with snow and ice, and I was re-assured that there were no problems with the vehicle. My service writer provided me with documentation of the visit, assured me There was nothing wrong and sent me on my way. Total time at dealership was approximately one hour.

Very good experience in purchasing my new car.

I had a very good experience in purchasing my new Nissan Rogue Sport. Other dealers offered no incentives and high interest rates. They thought a women walking into a dealer was an easy target. I walked away from three dealers. One a Honda dealer, a Mazda dealer and the other was another Nissan dealer. I initially called to just get some information. Anthony was very helpful and invited me to test drive the vehicle to see if I would like driving it. The other dealers didn’t even offer me a test drive when I told them I wasn’t sure if I would be purchasing a vehicle that day. And I had told Anthony I didn’t know if I would be purchasing anything. I ended up purchasing the car. I was given several incentives and more for my trade than the other dealers.

2011 NISSAN QUEST SERVICE ISSUE : NEED ATTENTION

We dropped 2011 NISSAN QUEST SL car on 01 sep 2017 for regular service which was bought in Nissan williamsville office end of April 2017. While dropping we noted the service person that There was a very mild noise when accelerating heavily which can be noticeable only if you observe sharply (beyond 60 miles/hour). Otherwise the car is dead silent and smooth. While checking the car, they broke something and came back to us and told it would cost 1600$ to replace the unit to avoid noise and they were asking whether to change now or later. We said not to resolve now as we knew that the sound was very very mild and said leave for now and we will look after it later. They handed back the car for a regular change service cost. We paid and started the car and observed huge loud sound coming from the car when starting the car itself which was not the case while dropping. I asked the service person about it, he said that the price to replace the unit and I need to replace to avoid the sound.But my car was not in need of replacement when dropping. Looks like they damaged something and estimated the price on me and claiming that I came for that noise issue. I agree I came for noise issue and told them to check but they broke something and claiming the charge on me. I need management team intervention on this matter to resolve this problem. We left the car at the service center for unsatisfactory service. The sales manager person name is Mr. Joe and service person name is Frank Because of this our entire long weekend gone waste. We are really upset with the way they handled the problem.

Shameless

When I contacted West Herr Infiniti for an online quote, they spent several days pressuring me to come in to talk, or at least talk on the phone, in spite of the fact that I was crystal clear that I wanted to simply get a quote to compare to others I had already received (rather painlessly) from other dealers. When a "real" salesperson, Glenn Lista, finally contacted me, he didn't provide any terms. Instead, he explicitly doubted the quotes I had already received, lied about the MSRP (as though I couldn't just look it up on line?), and told me that the car I actually wanted was unavailable (while gloating that he himself had picked one up and how great it was). When I e-mailed him back (as well as a second time), he just blew me off for three days. Now I understood why they were so eager to get me in in-person - they don't want customers, they want suckers. Apparently, his schtick must work under those circumstances, where he can lie with impunity and engage in high pressure sales techniques. Techniques no doubt honed while working as a scam debt collector or some other such bottom-feeder. Compounding the situation, once I e-mailed the manager to explain how his employee was behaving and told them that I had reached an agreement with another dealer, they had a different salesperson contact me. This new person assured me that it wasn't too late, as long as I hadn't taken delivery yet. Talk about tone-deaf! The fact that they would even ask me to break an agreement with another dealer is mindboggling on its own. Considering I had just explained to them how offended I was by Mr. Lista I have to wonder why they though I would even entertain the idea of REWARDING them for their lack of ethics. As a point of comparison, every other dealer was upfront with their quotes. The one I went with was pleasant to deal with and they were willing to meet my terms with only a little bit of reasonable negotiation. The other dealer didn't even have the vehicle in stock, but rather than try to scam me into buying a car off their lot that I didn't want, they located it nearby and had it shipped in. That's something West Herr could easily have done, but instead they chose to live up to every stereotype of a sleazy car salesmen.

I would not recommend this dealer.
