I've owned 3 Lexus vehicles since 2010, all purchased at Westside and all serviced from day one by Josh Guerra. Is the service area busy? Well of course it is. Lexus sells a bunch of new vehicles and has a an even greater number to service. I set an appointment online and when I get there, I may have to wait just a few minutes. Hey, that's acceptable. Josh always has a friendly greeting and has my paperwork ready, so I sign in and grab a coffee, while I generally wait for my vehicle. If it's going to be a long wait Josh has a loaner ready for me. I've never had anything to complain about. He is the best service consultant in my opinion.

I can't give enough praise to Steve Davis and Mary Margaret McGowan at Westside Lexus for their phenomenal service, professionalism, and a truly seamless, pleasurable, buying experience. My previous Lexus was traded in for a new little beauty after 19.5 years. Does that speak to the reliability and quality of Lexus? Yes, I'm a walking Lexus advertisement, and proud of it. Do your homework before taking your car to Westside Lexus.

I recently took my 2010 ES350 into Westside Lexus for a passenger airbag recall. The day before the appointment, my passenger door outside handle broke so I asked them to fix it. They replaced it with a new one for $473.00. I thought that was high so I went home and researched online to find out I could have bought a new genuine Lexus door handle for $174 vs the $282 Westside charged and I could have had a local auto shop install it for $80 vs the $169 Westside charged. I could have saved $197, not including tax. You can't trust Westside. They will gouge you.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Westside Lexus has provided me with great service since I acquired my RC 350 in 2015. The quality of my RC and the service that Westside Lexus has provided me has been 5-stars. Westside is an outstanding dealership and they sell the best cars in the car industry.

Botched engine repair job

Lexus failed to repair a cam shaft seal leak. They returned the car to me several times with engine noise and rough idling. This took 2 weeks. 2 months later the cam shaft failed. At first Lexus did not take responsibility and asked for more money for additional service. When it was discovered the cam shaft gear was damaged due to the earlier repair, the susbsequent repair was done at no cost. When I picked up the car, it failed within 2 miles of the dealership. After 2-1/2 weeks, it was finally returned, but the car still does not run smoothly as it did before. I will never use this service center again. For a premium price, I expect premium service done correctly. I did not get what I paid for.

I would give Chris Nemoto 10 STARS! I don't mind taking my car in for service. If I need a car for the day, Chris takes care of that. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and very polite. He carefully explains what I need and why! I would not take my car anywhere but Westside Lexus! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful from the minute I drive in to the checkout counter.

Why bother

130 dollars for an oil change and 2 .5 hours later I find out from the lady at the counter that my car had been ready. In these 2.5 hours I only stepped out to the bathroom once. They did not bother to call the ready batch a second time. And when I asked why are they not repeating the announcement, she lied, saying we did. I was next to the counter the whole time. Go there only if you are retired and have all the time and money in the world.

Fantastic Service Department

I am on my 3rd Lexus, since 2004. I have been using Dave Haas as my Service Advisor. His understanding of my concerns are great; He makes suggestions on items that need attention, that I am not aware of. He is very pleasant and professional to deal with. I recently bought my wife a Lexus RX-350, mainly because of the relationship I have extablished with West Side Lexus. And the person I deal with regularly is Dave Haas.

Service and Body repair

The service is great. Employees in collision center are kind and make you feel comfortable and relief after a stressful of a car accident with hit and run. They work well with insurance company.

I've been asked why I don't trade my 2 10 year old Lexus vehicles and purchase new ones. My answer is simple, I don't have to because of the service at Westside Lexus. Not only do they service my cars extremely well, the customer service is unbeatable! Andrew Tran goes out of his way to take care of me and all my questions. Even when he is off the clock! How many service people do you know that will answer phone calls or text messages from clients on their days off? Not very many, but Andrew does. He gets me an appointment that works with my schedule, has a loaner car waiting for me and always goes out of his way to make sure all my questions are answered. When he says he will call or text back he does. That is so rare these days. Andrew is the best Service Advisor out there!

Service was good. Friendly and helpful. Some repair items are marked up 4X the cost of outside work. I expect to pay a little more at the dealer for OEM parts and a slightly higher labor cost, but it is sometimes ridiculously expensive.
