This place has boarderline illegal sales practices

The short: - Dont go here and waste your time. You'll be ripped off. - Salesman I worked with is Malak Syriani who appeared nice but was there to rip me off. Dont work with him. Read on to learn why. I'm going to try to be as helpful to others here as possible. The short answer is that the prices you see placed on their websites are not the prices you get when you enter into the dealership. So save your time and go somewhere else. Essentially this dealership practices bait and switch. I spoke to a lawyer already and will speak to more. First lawyer said the website has enough fine print to cover themselves in most cases. I'm going to continue those other 'cases' and try to stop what they're doing. I came there, spent two hours trying to understand why cars are prices the way they are. They never gave me a clear answer. For example, a car will be posted for 12,935 and they wont give you it at that price after you come into the dealership. I went to another dealership, Simpson Chevrolet. Got a car 2 grand cheaper than Win. Asked them how they priced the car this low, they gave me a straight answer, no run arounds and no lies. This dealership is shady, they dont give clear answers and dont value their customers. After my experience here, imagine what they'd do in you brought your car in for maintenance. Places like this ruin it for more honest salemen. Story ended here with me walking out of their dealership 1 hour after they closed.

Worst Experience Ever

I buy a new car every year for someone in my family and go through this process a lot. Your dealership was one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. You never once called me back when I was ready to buy. Instead I kept getting your CRM auto responders that never helped. I hate to tell you this but the days of expecting everyone to come in to your dealership and site there for hours is over. A lot of consumers don't like that and I am one of them. So then I thought I would go through the GM Shop Click Buy process thinking you would help that way. Well, I should have known better. Not a single response. So instead you chose to ignore me and never help me. I ended up buying from another dealer and I'm glad I did. Your website asks for people to review your dealership so I'll make sure I do that and explain the terrible experience I had.

will not honor

deceitfulness. I dealt with john for over the time span of 2 months looking at a camaro (originally black) but we will get into that soon. Its a v6 camaro with the RS package and exhaust, they advertise their cars at an unbelievable price but thats because they apply every discount that you'll never be qualified for... because wildfire victims are sure running off to get a new car from chevy. i didn't take the car in the first time due to my lemon not being bought back at the time, fast foward a month. I am now ready to sign my life away for 72 months, i text john ask him if the car is still there and lies to me says "yeah im looking at the silver one and the black one right now" so i make it to the dealership just to find out it was already sold... no problem we can just get a silver one with the same packages and its alot cheaper... nope. they wanted me to pay more for it. after hours of negotiating and having them finally match a price that wasnt even a close match and them lowering my credit score after running it 10 times i xxxx you not.. wasted 4 hours they agreed to a deal ONLY to have john walk up to us and tell us to leave that someone else wants to look at the car not buy it but to LOOK at the car. this is AFTER we agreed on a deal. these people are liars theyll make you feel like their genuine but they arent. TLDR: after hours of negotiating and agreeing at a price lowering my credit score and wasting my time, they decide to let me go because someone else was going to look at the car i had already agreed to buy, this is after they sold a black one that was "set aside" for me. beware look into other dealerships (el camino real) that'll take care of you and bother you letting you know that the car you dream of is still there waiting for a deal to be struck deceitfulness

The worst dinner ever

I never has experience like this before sell person say something and put some number and after is completely different I’m not recommend this dealership 100% bad sorry but that’s exactly the tru But first everything is good with Dany because he’s very good person but the sell manager uff so bad

BUYERS BEWARE! Don’t Trust or Buy from WIN!

BUYERS BEWARE! DON'T BUY FROM WIN! SLEEZY Salesmen and Sales Managers! After numerous negotiations over the phone and via email we made the trip from San Diego to Long Beach to purchase the new truck on the agreed price, with rebates/discounts, and the trade in value of the vehicle we were trading in. We already had financing and a check in hand to make the deal we agreed upon. After the 2+ hour drive in rain and traffic, we arrive to be put through 4 hours of more back and forth negotiations. Only for them to tell us that the price we were given was wrong (they're sorry) and the truck is now $5,000 MORE! An entire day off from work wasted, a 5 hour drive, and $50 in gas. We get a text message this morning that they can work out the deal today. It's December 1st and GM released new incentives. Remember, we received this in writing via a text message from the dealership (we saved them all). We go back and forth and we are assured that the deal will work, they are holding the truck for us. Mind you, it's the original deal that was guaranteed to work out yesterday when we made the trip. So we drive back up to Long Beach. They do it AGAIN! More back and forth negotiations! The price is NOT what they quoted us in WRITING via text! THEY ASKED US TO DRIVE BACK UP TO LONG BEACH FOR AN AGREED DEAL ONLY TO TELL US AGAIN THAT THEY CANNOT DO THE DEAL! Another wasted 5 hour drive, 7 hours of time, $50 in gas. When I called to get the General Managers name they told me they don't have one. I asked for the owners name and email address and they refused to give it to me! General Motors will be hearing from us.

Best Dealership Ever!!!!! Had a great car buying experience due to the knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. I had been looking for a Corvette for my father who is diagnosed with a rare cancer and a new Corvette is his dream car. I shopped dealerships from New Jersey to California, WIN was able to make a deal that fit my budget on the car I wanted to buy for my father. Go to WIN Chevrolet and ask for Andrew Trupsin so he and Ace can make your car buying dreams come true like they did for my dad! Thank you for helping me make my dads dream come true!!

You LOSE with WIN

I have tried and tried to be rational with these Yahoo's, but I cannot keep quiet anymore. I purchased a car on March 17, 2018. They charged me close to $4000 for a warranty which I told them I did NOT want or need since I work for a company who offers them for a FRACTION of that cost (close to one FIFTH of their price is what I paid for it). NEVER purchase a warranty from a dealer---they are MUCH cheaper and with better coverage from an insurance agent. They also charged me for GAP insurance which I told them I did NOT want or need since I can add that to my policy for $10, instead of the $800 they wanted to charge. Not to worry, they said, I could cancel and get a FULL refund if I decided I didn't want them---but I HAD to purchase them in order to get the price for the car. This was 7 months ago and I have yet to see a refund of the extremely overpriced warranty that I paid close to $4000 for, even though I called them the next day after my purchase and sent cancellation requests to them via email way back in March. On June 11, they refunded the GAP coverage (which again, was an $800 charge that I added to my insurance policy for $10)--a full three months after purchase. After 40 some odd calls and 50+ emails, I finally had enough and asked for a manager. I got Oscar, nice enough guy who said he would investigate on September 13 (a month ago). He emails me back and attaches the forms that I signed (BOTH OF THEM) and in the email says they never got the cancellation on the warranty--only on the gap. Mind you, he ATTACHED my original attachment which had BOTH cancellations attached! I STILL have yet to see a refund on the warranty, nor any update from anyone over there--I was the one who had to initiate contact each and every time. If they thought the cancel request was missing, why didn't they call me to tell me that (it wasn't missing, but you would think if they THOUGHT it was missing, they would have mentioned this after my 20th email or phone call. Another huge problem--they promised me 2 keys to my new car, but only gave me one. They refuse to give me another, no matter how many times I have begged for it. They want me to drive all the way back to their dealership to pick one up when I have already wasted hours and hours of my time dealing with this fiasco. They SHOULD offer to send their sales rep who promised it to me or SOMEONE to me who can simply get the key in my hand instead of forcing me to take another 2 hours (or more) out of my time to pick this up when they should have given it to me the day I was there. That would be what a GOOD dealership would do who values their clients. Not WIN, with them, you LOSE.

Winn sold truck without disclosing previous wreck and deployment of airbags. After my accident a certified .mechanic informed me that you cannot reset Blinking airbagindicator.

I always drive by this place since its near my work. I Popped in to see if there was an opening for a last minute oil change and they took me right in. Car was done within a few hours with a complimentary car wash. Team was professional and communication was outstanding.

I was assisted on February 1st, 2018 by Mr. Kaboudi for car sales... and Andy with the car financing part. They were both very professional and did their best to get me out the door in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the staff at this location. Very friendly guys, provided me with lots of information regarding my purchase and were kind with offering beverages or just making sure I was comfortable while being assisted through the process. I also wound up referring a friend of mine to this dealership as well due to the great service I received that day. She also drove off the lot with a new car to drive herself and her son around in. Thank you for helping us WIN! :)

Elton is the GUY I call when I coming in, he is the best, I just wish you would get FOX NEWS on your waiting room lounge, I have asked for it for 2 years and I keep getting told they can't get it, if you have dish tv and have CNN (fake news) and Msnbc you can get FOX.

I am livid right now. Words cannot explain just how bad the customer service I received today was. I have been calling since 8:30 & still have not been able to talk to someone who can help me. I have been transferred numerous times to disabled voicemails. I would not buy another car from here with someone else’s money. I had just wrote a decent review a week ago but after today I’m right back where I was when I wrote the first one in November. I guess I spoke too soon and apparently no good deed goes unpunished. I’m starting to think that they don’t care as much about making you happy as they do about getting your money. Sigh...I would like to speak to the area manager or general manager of this location. The phone tag that I played for 5 hours today was a total waste of my time. Do your self a favor, don’t come here. I don’t know what dealer you should go to but this is not the one. Getting ready to copy and paste this review on my social media sites because word of mouth travels fast.

Not like the old store. Cormier Chevrolet is nothing like WIN. I regret the day my daughter and myself walked into this place. The sold, no correction LEASED me a car I didn't want and at my age a lease would be the last thing I needed. I am upset that I fell for these people.
