Best Used Car Purchase I Have Ever Experienced!

Buying our vehicle with Winnipeg West was a top notch experience from start to finish. As soon as you enter the show room there is a calm, peaceful vibe plus the decor is warm, unique and comfortable. I had called ahead and made an appointment with Vince and he met us in the entrance with a great smile and a firm handshake. We test drove the vehicle, came back, sat down at his desk and made a deal quite quickly. It was pleasant. No insulting low ball offers for our trade in. It was refreshing all around and I feel it was a win win situation and that is basically what we are always looking for. Mark (the money guy) also came out and met us and he too was warm and friendly. No obnoxious, pushy, sales people here. We will definitely be returning to Winnipeg West for our next vehicle purchase.

Can only say good things about the service provided. We have tried different cars as we were not sure what we actually want. Experienced sales person helped us with the right choice based on my fluffy description of what I like about cars and what are my driving habits. All our special requests for add-ons were taken seriously and we got exectly what we asked for at good price. Thank you for great service Mark!

All I have to say is WOW! Exceptional dealership and staff! I found my Durango on line through kijiji and took a flight from Edmonton Alberta and bought my vehicle sight unseen going by ongoing questions and extra pics that Brogan emailed me. It was everything he said it was and more! No surprises! Thank u so much Brogan👍 Amazing dealership! As soon as I walked in, I wanted to move in!😀 Very comfortable atmosphere! I didn't want to leave but I had to as I had a long drive back to Edmonton. The whole trip was an amazing experience! I would do it over again in a heartbeat! February 2017 Sales Experience

Very nice atmosphere when you walk in. Love the style! Just my kind of place! I dealt with Mark while the salesperson I saw dealt with another customer, I loved Marks enthusiasm and energy, funny and overall great guy! I had Brogan as my salesperson, I quite liked him, however while I was driving the vehicle I found he talked a little to much. I prefer a quiet salesperson in the vehicle, I want to test the vehicle this "test-drive" and hear and get a feel for the vehicle, not focus on listening and responding to my passenger. If I have a question I'll ask you, otherwise I'd appreciate the silence. You can designate the route as needed and answer questions but preferably not much more than that! Otherwise it was a great experience! Very nice lot, great vehicles, especially truckers!

I received excellent, knowledgeable service from Bob who helped me get rid of my newer KIA for a Jeep Compass. It not only help me reduce my payments but I ended up with a car I enjoy more. The finance section made it easy to register and insure. They answered all my question and made sure I knew all the features and coverage on my new vehicle.Very helpful and friendly staff, they even made sure the car was warmed and gassed up.

i bought a dodge deisel from Brogan, great service. however the turbo went two weeks later. the dealership took care of it even though I had extended warranty as it was so recent. thanks guys your the best.

Not a good experience

Drove in from Kenora to look at a truck.That we planed to purchase.The salesman was very inexperienced. The manager was no help it was a Saturday and we went for a test drive the salesman had to ride with us .When I turned the truck the tires were to large which rubbed on mudflap. We were still planning on purchasing the truck on Monday in which we told him we would be in.Heaven phoned us Sunday while we were still in the hotel in which he wanted to make a deal.Well our banks were closed so we informed him we would be back Monday again. My wife phoned Monday and was informed the truck was sold.The salesman and manager were very unprofessional and rude.Save the trip don't deal here.Also was informed the tires and rims that were on truck werected an extra $3000 worst dealership I ever delt with and I bought many trucks.

Winnipeg West stood behind the vehicle I bought

I purchased a Honda Odyssey in September of 2016. While driving it home there seemed to be some odd noises so we called the dealership and they asked us to bring the vehicle in. They kept it and found several issues and they fixed all of them at no charge to us. I have been happy with the van and have had no problems during the four months I have owned it!

I bought a Jeep from them and that weekend the engine blew. I knew i was screwed becasue i didn't get the warranty. I've bought a lot of vehicles and kinda knew what to expect. i called them and they asked me to have it towed to the shop they use. Sure enough it was bad. They were really really good about it. They let me trade it in for what i paid for it so i lost nothing as long as i traded it in on another vehicle from there. That day i left with a truck and that was a month ago. I just saw this site and wanted to send this out. Not sure how many other places would do this. They didn't have to but it was really cool that they did. THANK YOU!

Finance office destroyed the dealership's credibility

Used the dealer’s financing to benefit from the $1,000 finance rebate, but the awful woman working in the finance office ruined the entire buying experience for me and my wife so much so, that I wouldn’t use or recommend this dealership based on her miserable attitude. She became incredibly rude when we declined the warranty and loan insurance. Warranty was $3,300 for four years and required a timing belt inspection three times a year at approximately $200 per inspection. Twelve inspections over four years would have put the warranty expense at approximately $5,700 (not including any potential deductibles), so we passed knowing that aftermarket warranty companies have a reputation for denying most claims. We went to pick up the truck on a Friday afternoon with plenty of time to spare before the dealership closed, but the dealership’s entire computer network crashed. They got the paperwork done ten minutes before closing and basically told us to get off the property with the truck before they locked the gates. They kept us waiting for over an hour before giving us the necessary paperwork to register the truck and by the time they got their act together, the insurance office closed leaving us stranded in Headingly. They wouldn’t give us a ride to an open agent and they wouldn’t give us a temporary insurance sticker even though it was their fault that we missed the insurance office. We had to pay them $50 for a temporary registration sticker for the privilege of driving our newly purchased $20,000 truck to the insurance agent. Ridiculous! I would not recommend this dealership. There are dozens of others who actually want your business and aren’t just interested in making a quick buck before rushing you out the door.

I WOULD NEVER GO NEAR THEM AGAIN

So I had purchased a 2012 ram 3500 a week ago and rite from the start I had nothing but problems with them they had advertised on kijiji that the chrome package that this truck had included chrome handles bumpers mirrors RIMS etc then when it came time that I had decided I wanted the truck and it was paperwork time they tried charging me an extra 2200 bucks for the rims that were on it and in all the pics I pointed out that he has advertised it was included in the chrome package he said that was a typo and went to his disclaimer on the website saying there may be errors in the add so after him saying he would rather pull the deal instead of including them I went on with stock rims they found in the back after a couple other small complaints about not moving a dime on the price wanting to charge me almost 300 for the plastic bed liner that was also on the truck (on top of a spray on bed liner I found out after) we finished all the paperwork as I had everything done truck was running outside and the salesman trying to hand me the keys I asked the manager how I activated my one year free sirus xm that was advertised he said we don't offer that so I pointed out he has it listed 8m all there adds he turned around and said "well this sounds like this isn't the truck for you" I almost lost it were talking about maybe 200 bucks on a truck I almost spent $50.000 on after everything was done I gave him the option of including it or keeping the truck so he sent me a cheque for 135 not quite a year but was something so I left with the truck I thought at this point I was done with them but nope 1 week and not even 600 kms the transmission blew so I called the manager and he said well you test drove it and it was fine nothing I could do he wouldn't even give me a courtesy car while I had it in the shop. Thank god I got the extra warrenty or I could of been out up to $6000 I will find out exactly how much in the next couple of days I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM
