great experience

I went in to buy a new toyota camry and Ivan Perez gave me the best deal I could ever ask for. He was very courteous and i really enjoyed working with him. Out of all the sales people I met Ivan is definitely one of my favorites. Talking to him felt like I was talking to a friend. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Ivan will take care of you and get you the car you want for the best price possible.

Great Experience

Ordered new tires on a sunday at closing time, on short notice to have the mounted on Tues am by 1:00pm. John was great, very easy process especially considering the construction going on.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

To put in perspective my family and I have bought five cars from Woburn Toyota since 2008 because Hany, the salesman, was recommended by my boss. Hany was and has always been great. Now to the service department. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Like others on Yelp, kept giving them the benefit of the doubt for mistakes that go back years. First, went in for oil change on a pre-paid plan. Told they didn't have in the system, needed to demand manger who found it. Same time technician knocked something off engine during the inspection. Had to go back to have it fixed. Multiple times on tire rotations they forget to put the stem caps back on. Most recently went back to get 25000 service under Toyota Care plan, told I was over mileage (27K). Counter person was rude and when I asked for mgr. stated "I'm in charge here" Went to main building and found the Used Car Manager who intervened on my behalf. While waiting overheard service rep yell at an older woman when she asked to have her check engine light checked as part of her appointment. He stated it was a Sunday and they were short staffed. Hopefully the check engine wasn't a safety issue. Service completed and told I had a nail in my tire, interesting coincidence. Sent email to Rick Alessi, the Director of "Fixed Operations" no response. Today, my wife took my car to a AAA approved repair shop for the oil change and found that Woburn damaged my car while doing the previous oil change. For your sake believe the multiple 1 star reviews and STAY AWAY FROM WOBURN TOYOTA!!!!!

My husband & I knew we wanted a used Jeep Grand Cherokee but we were on a limited budget. We met with Mark Hickey who let us take the Jeep we wanted out for a test drive & fell in love with it but it was slightly out of our price range. Mark went out of his way to come up with different payment options & down payments to get us a price that worked for us. He was very knowledgable, easy to talk to & listened to our concerns as this was our first big purchase. Mark gave us his cell phone number & told us not to hesitate with any questions or concerns. After I brought the Jeep home Mark called the next day to see how I liked the Jeep. I told him it felt funny on the highway when I braked & he set up an appointment at the service center at my earliest convenience. I would absolutely refer friends & family to Mark.

She is the best Saleswoman or sales person for that matter that I've ever dealt with. She give you all the information you need I was telling my husband how patient and attentive she is we wouldn't have bought if it weren't for her. We had a great experience even during the craziness of the construction. We are recommending her to all our family and friends. Linda

Lacking customer service

1-The service department did not return my calls regarding service issue follow up. 2-The service department called me at the end of the day to confirm my need for a ride and forgot to pick me up. I will not return to Woburn foreign motors.

Awesome service for my moms car.

My mom's car was making loud noise anytime she was breaking or backing up. I brought in the car and Mike Gilgun was really helpful Mike explained all the possible scenarios that could result in the noise and then he brought the car in to one of the techs. Turned out she needed breaks and rotors. They took care of it fixed and the price wasn't ridiculous either. I've always been skeptical of dealerships but I've found the one.

Great service

On July 30, I serviced my car for my breaks, at Woburn toyota. As my long time service provider since 2001, this experience was as any all other services execellent. My car runs well and it's not making any noises as previously due to the brakes and was in excellent clean condition when I picked up. I r commend my long time service advisor, John Russo as one of the best there, if not the best.

Leased a 2017 Corolla

To the rescue....

While changing my spark plugs, I separated the rubber boot inside sleeve without knowing it. I couldn't get the spark plug out then. So I called Woburn Toyota, set up an immediate appointment on a Friday !!! and I was soon ok and back on the road again.

Customer Oriented

I purchased my Toyota Corolla new in 2013 and have had all my maintenance done at Woburn Toyota. I haven't had any issues with the car other than routine maintenance. I plan to keep my car for at least a few more years and trust Woburn Toyota to service my vehicle as always. I also take advantage of the the shuttle ride back and forth from my house so I don't have to wait long in the service area when they know it's going to take extra time. Christine Melrose, MA

Worst service ever

Didn't have the one part for the repair that they knew they needed. It's a recall part. Notified me 90 minutes after I dropped off, 30 minutes before it was due to be fixed, that they didn't have part!!!!

Salt of the earth

Had the pleasure of working with Keith, you won't get a more straight forward or salt of the earth kind of salesman. Told him the exact price I was looking for, and he went and got it. I did try to get him down a bit from there (call me greedy) and he did check to see if it was possible (it of course wasn't) and was fine letting me walk out the door (no pressure). Came back because I wasn't getting a better price anywhere and I appreciated the straight up approach and the non-pressure.

This Is Updated Since the Original Review: I have leased 10 Toyota Vehicles over the past 27 years and my latest lease was a complete debacle from beginning to end. To start, the dealership has absolutely no clue how to manage their phone system. If you try to call sales, DON'T! You will get transferred around and around blindly. None of the sales associates answer their desk phone. I didn't find one that set up their voice mail and if you leave a message, they don't return it. I had to get personal mobile phones from each person I was dealing with to get any type of service or call back. Although my experience with Woburn Toyota was not what I had hoped, Frank Smith the GM and especially Sales Manager Wally stepped up and fixed what had gone wrong. People make mistakes, it's how you handle them that shows what type of an organization you are. Wally went out of his way to get my vehicle back in and back out quickly with the agreed upon delivery options. Not only that, but the GM Frank Smith did take the time to listen to the problems I had and I even gave them a solution so that it does not happen again. Hopefully the problems I incurred don't happen to other car shoppers. At this point, Woburn Toyota has won my business back. My biggest suggestion to them is to be sure their reception desk knows where to transfer calls and if they do, send them to mobile phones. Would have saved hours of time for everyone.

My horrible experience at Woburn Toyota

I scheduled to go in with my mother and requested to view a specific car, Jaileen said that she would get it ready, and will meet us. When we arrived we were transferred to another salesman Abdou, and had to wait 15 min for them to fetch the car. The car came wrong color and had a cigarette burn on the driver side interior of the car. My mother asked for the lowest price they could bring it down, and Abdou refused to give her. We waited 20 more minutes and finally stormed out. Customer service was horrible. A couple days later I got a call from Wallie Sabet, telling me things about the car, and asked me to give him time to do some homework and will call back - for got the call back 3 weeks later. Also got an email from Jaileeen saying "Hi I'm Jaileen, how was the meeting with Jaileen and end sincerely by Jaileen" like if they pay more attention to the customer service it would be great instead of wasting my time. Finally today I got a call from Wallie Sabet saying that I've written a complaint, however he didn't even know or have the time to read on what happen, he seemed to forget what I told him about the experience I faced walking into the dealership. And lastly he said "well I'm glad you have good prices from other places, it makes no sense for you to talk to me about the price, we will not go that low to match. And I said what do you mean???? You are the one who called me. Horrible services, lack knowledge of the vehicle. Every time I asked something about the car on the phone they always say "well the informations are online" even when we were at the dealership. Would not recommend any car buyers to even step in this dealership.

A competent, attention to detail company.

Having had two service appointments with Woburn Toyota for oil changes, I find the staff helpful and courteous. The staff explains the work done on the vehicle that day and what maintenance requirements to look for in the future. I like the idea of making appointments for service and that the staff keeps to the schedule. On my recent visit, Mr. Peterella was particulalrly helpful. I am delighted to work with such a customer service oriented company. And it's a pleasure to enjoy your coffee and pastries while waiting for the car to be ready. Woburn Toyota has thus far made servicing my car a pleasant experience.
