Just bought my first brand new car and they were amazing. The sales people were not pushy or demanding and let me go at my pace. The spent time with my reviewing all my questions and also taught me everything about my new car. I felt like family when we were all done. As a single woman this is important to me as other dealerships in past tried to take advantage of that.

I had a booked appointment for 9 didn't get my car back till 2 that's where i'll start. it was just a oil change and tire swap (tires off rims) told 1 1/2 hours. did not get an sorry or anything complete lack of customer service from all members of that place. got told things happen they get busy it will get done. YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENTS FOR THAT DAY!!! i watched people come in after me leave before me. makes me feel like they forgot or just don't care. Never have i had such terrible service from a dealer. i travel for work and have been to a few around the area. Cambridge, Kitchener ,Hamilton, Brantford and London are leaps and bounds ahead of these fools and know how to treat people. Save yourself stress GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Service for my Corolla took over 2 weeks

On April 8 I took my car in with brake problems. They did a brake inspection and told me my brake lines had blown and I needed new front brakes as well. They said the brake lines were coming from Kentucky and would take a few days. After many, many delays the parts finally came in and I was able to pick up my car today. I was without a car for 2 weeks and they would not give me a "loaner". I was told I could rent a car at my own expense. During the 2 weeks they only called me three times to update me. The rest of the time I called them. The service manager never did offer me an apology, only the girl at the front desk did. In all my years of having cars serviced at various dealers I have never received such poor customer service. I won't be buying another Toyota.

Woodstock toyota

I have a Toyota camry2015, last week it is not able to start. Waited one wk in the midst of busy life to get an appointment to check the car. When reached to give the car. They said the appointment is booked for tommorow and no warantee for the battery.car is only less than 4 yrs now. It is absolutly bad that such a car even does not have a battery life of atlest 4 years. And even no warranty.??

Visiter from Toronto got best service in Woodstock

I am looking after my brother and sister in laws dog while they are on a trip. I found I could not start my Rav 4 this morning. In a panic I called Woodstock Toyota dealership all my stress faded away as soon as I spoke to the wonderful lady that answered the phone she arranged for a service department employee to come over start my car I was in the dealership and had the diagnosis within 45 minutes . I can't say enough about this dealership they are knowledgable professional and extremely helpful in every way. Coming from a big city Toronto I have to say our dealerships have a lot to learn from Woodstock Toyota . Thank you Verona McCaughey

Have owned or leased Toyota cars for the last 5 cars.Have gone to other dealerships over the years ,I have always had great service ,until I moved to Woodstock On the dealership here has a very low standard of service .This low standard is set by the owner and all of his empolyees emulate him.

Great experience

Very first time picking a car from a dealership. Tanya was very helpful and her excitement fueled mine. The only thing I can complain about was the detailing for when I picked up my brand new car. It was clean but there was still dust inside. Other than that minor thing everyone was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions and helping me understand the process.

Went to just Test Drive, and they had me at “Hello”.

We walked through the door and Tanya greeted us with a smiling “Hello”. She guided us through our Test Drive with in-depth knowledge of our vehicle of choice. There was no high pressure salespersonship throughout the whole experience, right down to the negotiation of our purchase price and warranty decisions with Mike.

Amazing customer service

Saw 2014 Toyota Matrix online, sent message at 9:00 p.m., immediate phone call confirming test drive next morning at 10:00 a.m. Mike Berry had responded to my message and Mike introduced me to Tanya, Salesperson. Tanya provided excellent service, Mike gave me a great offer, and Mike V finalized the sales contract. This was an amazing, incredible experience. I had been searching for a Vibe or Matrix for two weeks and this was the answer. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

HORRIBLE

Went in to get a quote done and get pictures taken for the defected hood ( came factory i may add) and in order to see the defect the new xxxxxxx xxxxxxx service manager wipes his dirty bare hand acrossed my car to remove the dirt on the hood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My question is why would John hire this xxxxxxx as a service manager if he wants his buisiness to be taken seriously!?!? I learned not to touch a cars paint with my bare hand when I was a FIVE YEAR OLD CHILD! After i immediately left and will never go back to Woodstock toyota xxxx YOU John HOGAN and your xxxxxxxx employees ill get london to replace my hood and they WILL BE MOTHER xxxxERS and ill make sure YOU John are billed for it all!

Won't be back

Was in for regular maintenance which I need front and rear brakes, they couldn't fix it that day because they didn't have time in the shop to do it that's fine. Made a return trip to get repairs done noted the gentleman I was working with was very busy while the other 2 employees joked around even the Serv. Manager leaning over the other counter not answering the phone or helping him out at all. I was their for 3 hours and noted the owner John? constantly pacing and stairing at the service employee. Felt sorry for the guy. John was asking me why I didn't buy my car from him, it's none of his business. Expensive repair but brakes seem to work well. It was a weird situation and I won't be back.. In the last 4 years every time I visit ( every 6000km) theirs a new face behind the counter, that tells you what it must be like to work there. I'm giving the dealer a poor score but the guy I dealt with ( I'm 99% sure his name was Phil) clearly explaining the repairs and even made me chuckle come bill time.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Worst Customer Service Ever

Let me start by saying that I've owned 6 Toyota trucks and dealt with multiple Toyota dealerships. Always had good customer service. I just moved and changed provinces. I needed to get a vehicle inspection in order to change the plates. My Tacoma is 8 months old and had 25,000 km on it. I tried to book an appointment and they could not look at it for 7 days...I waited. I took it today and it took them 2 hrs and they charged me $158. It seemed steep but I needed it. It was the service that was the icing on the cake. I came back to my truck..still dirty, inside all the seats were flipped up, accessories left on etc. I went back in and inquired about why my truck was not washed like all the others (and same as any other Toyota dealership I'd been to) and Phil says, 'we don't wash cars here' I asked for a customer service phone number...He told me, 'Go google it...' somewhat stunned, I asked for his card....he said, 'I don't have any. My suggestion is its worth the drive to go to another dealer. Try London, Kitchener, Cambridge wherever but stay away from Woodstock Toyota. I will NOT go back.

Basic repair Brake job

Jusst spent over $1000 on Brake job on 2012 Camery. Honda's went over 150,000 before needed any work. Son has Civiic 175000+ still orginal brakes. Job took 1 hour and was charged $300 labour. Good parts was , they able to take me with no appointment and parts in stock. I was told up front on cost but since rear brakes completely worn and it was a Friday, I accepted. If this is standard for all Toyatoa products, going back to honda.

I would not recommend this dealer.

very very disappointing experience to say the least!!!!

I had "heard" good things about this dealership so I decided to give them a try on giving me a price on a new Prius. This was in the summertime and I went into the dealership on a Saturday. I had done my homework in advance refarding the wholesale value of my trade in,etc. The owner greeted me initially and referred me to one of his sales people. After some initial chit chat, I was asked if I wanted to buy a new Toyota that day and I responded that I did if the price was right. I made it very clear to them from the onset that I wanted their best "no dicker" price. They ten proceeded to test drive my trade in and they took their sweet time getting back to me with the final price. The then insulted me by offering me $2000.00 less for my trade in than it was worth as per the black book value. All of a sudden, they gave me $2000.00 more for my trade in (which was very insulting to me as they were playing games with me and wasting my valuable time. I already had a firm quote from another toyota dealer and these guys were still almost $1000.00 too high. The owner John Hogan told me that he was the "boss/owner" of the dealership. Needless to say, I walked out of there after John and his salesman wasted two hours of my time and I went and purchased my new toyota from a very reputable toyota dealer. Don't waste your time with this dealer!!! They definitely don't deserve to have a Toyota franchise as they don't know how to treat the customer right. I will never deal with them ever again!!!!

Not a great experience!

Very disappointed. Sales managers and the owner are all about maximizing the profit regardless of customer satisfaction. Be careful during the sale process, read your purchase agreement at least twice before signing. Service seems disorganized and lacking good quality mechanics, be ready to take your vehicle in repeatedly for the same problem. My vehicle has not been in at this dealership for more than a year now. Other than the opportunistic sales dept. and dysfunctional service dept. there is also not a lot a room to be had for any complaints you may have about sales or service. Do not argue with them, just put in a complaint with Toyota Canada Inc. and resolve it using this avenue. This dealership is lucky they're dealing with a high quality product, otherwise they would have been underwater a long time ago.

I would not recommend this dealer.

New Toyota purchase

We recently purchased a new Toyota, there were some problems with the paint. My wife went into the dealership and was told to go deal with Toyota Canada. I went in hoping to have an open discussion with John Hogan the manager and owner. The last thing that I was looking for was a confrontation. He admitted that there could be a problem but his staff were to make the buyer aware of it. Funny thing was when I bought the car and spoke with John and his salesman neither said a word to me about it at the time. When I tried politely to explain my point John cut me off yelling that he was talking and that I must listen to him. He then blamed the company for the problem and from there things escalated. I have dealt with other Toyota dealerships and have been happy with their service. A few people who I work with at the factory strongly suggested I shop elsewhere because of their experiences there and sadly I didn't listen. John proceeded to yell at me about how much money he has, along with some mud slinging and finger pointing. Sadly when it comes to integrity and respect I found him to be dirt poor. The conversation became extremely heated and he didn't care who heard, I was shocked. I did tell him what I thought of him as a person and left. I really feel for his staff, to say he is a difficult rude man is an understatement. I know that Toyota makes a reputable vehicle! I would strongly suggest a different dealership. I did call Toyota Canada and explained everything, needless to say that is 20 minutes of my life that I will never get back.

The mechanics like to do shortcuts, the customer service is awful and when there's a the manager fails to admit to it or apologize.
