Robert Is The Worst

Where do I begin...It started in December and my transmission in my Jeep went out. Prior to this I never had a bad experience with Yemm but after this they will NEVER earn my business. However when I purchased a vehicle with them Jessie J was the man and provided me with an acceptional experience! This time since I didn't purchase my Jeep with them they told me their buying customers were first priority. Jumping ahead...they had my car from December until February. Robert in service is cocky and tends to be sarcastic but not in a good way. He's made slick comments and overal is the reason I'm writing this review. My vehicle sat out on their lot until the end of January. My co-workers would drive past and joke that my car still hadn't been touched. I had spoke with a Katy when this first started and she's no longer there. I was never contacted until my car was finished. Never an update nothing, always the run around. Once I got my car back, there's been various problems that appeared after this warranty work was done. My oil was low, alignment isn't right, i'm hearing wind (which I don't know why...they shouldn't have taken the modeling apart), it started stalling a bit this week and the radio/bluetooth doesn't work properly. These are issues that shouldn't even occur. After addressing these issues to Robert we went on a ride and explained to him that I feel I had been taken advantage of. He made the commet that they would never do such a thing and that my vehicle sat for months before they could get to it. He had the nerve to say that my vehicle is most likely used to being outside so it sitting out shouldn't have been a problem. Well, little to his knowledge my car sits in a garage every night. That was very demeaning to me and even though he apologized he's made other slick comments like that. Overall he's a jerk. He avoided my calls until I told Shelby I would leave a bad review. After that, I got a phone call in less than 5 mins...isn't that ironic. I've gone in and called on numerous times to find out who the techincian is that worked on my car. Robert kept telling me that the paperwork was "in the other building" and that he would get back to me. He still never got back to me. Why is he with holding information? Was the techician not certified to work on my vehicle and that's why I haven't got an answer? Did ya'll purposely loosen things up so I would have to take my vehicle in? Who knows, but one thing I know is because of Robert he's left an experience where I'll never do business with Yemm. Guess my mom was right and she had a bad experience when she was ignored in 1986 trying to buy a brand new Corvette. Well guess I'll be heading to the Quad Cities to do my business just like her. Thanks Robert!

Excellent Service

Jesse was out salesman and Justin was out sales mgr. Jesse was Awesome and very professional with us. Jesse took the time to find us the right vehicle for us. He did pressure us and so patient with us. Justin and Jesse gave us a Wonderful deal for our new Jeep Cherokee. I would highly recommend Yemm to all our friends and family. We definitely will be back for all our new vehicles from now on. Thanks guys for treating us like family. You guys are Awesome!!!

Far exceeded my expectations!

Let's just say, in an instant I was in A HUGE pickle. I all of a sudden was in need of a good reliable vehicle that wouldn't break the bank. I'll just say Jeff Oath REALLY too very good care of me. Let's just say, I can be QUITE a pain in the but. I have Champaign taste on beer budget (expression). I tend to be a little particular in what I like and want. Some how Jeff was able to pull it ALL together!!! The financing at an affordable price and a car that has every criteria on my list. I said to Jeff I want a vehicle with low miles decent on gas I want a sunroof,I want a smooth ride that sassy and fits my attitude. Jeff Oath is so good he found me a top notch vehicle, even has remote start I didn't even think to ask for! I really love how Jeff didn't waste my time let me wander around searching for a vehicle with a Salesman. He got straight to the nitty-gritty was my budget and what I could afford and then hooked me up with my awesome salesman, Dusty Evans. I've noticed all of your staff at Yemm give great customer service! Thank you for serving your customers a very fair and good deal.

Jesse Perez is a very personable person. He was recommended to me by My Brother. I went there knowing what I was looking for and in what price range and they accommodated me. They came up with a great car for me at a great price. Jesse is very knowledgeable about cars and is an EXCELLENT and a VERY HONEST Car Salesman. Fast, friendly and AMAZING

Kenneth is by far the most AMAZING salesman I have ever met! He listen to what we were looking for, allowed us to drive as many vehicles as we wanted, and worked to get both vehicles within our budget. We came during the hottest part of the summer and he was outside, running his butt off in the heat. Would definitely recommend him to ANYONE!

Being dime to death

I bought an Equinox from Yemm because I heard nothing but good things about them and I have owned GM cars all my life. I have had the car in the shop twice since I bought it 6 months ago. The battery went dead after only 2 months. I found the oil low two weeks after having it changed there. I was just told that I will need new tires on my next oil change. I was promised 3 free oil changes and they wanted to charge me both times I went there. So far the service I got at Yemm has not impressed me. I will never buy another car from them

terrible customer service

The transmission went out in my 2015 Chrysler. they had my car for 5 weeks without ever contacting me or keeping me updated like I asked. When I finally received my car back there were scratches on it that were not there when I took it in. After calling the dealership several times to have them take care of the scratches they werent returning my calls and finally after visiting the dealership, they finally agreed to buff the scratches and after having my car for three hours, the scratches were still there and I was told a simple "sorry" instead of them taking responsibility and doing whatever it took to make things right. This is only a brief explanation of the downright awful customer service I've experienced with Yemm.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Love Your Service!

We have purchased vehicles from Yemm Auto for the past 20 years. We have always been very pleased with the entire experience! Our cars are routinely serviced by their service department and we are always treated courteously and fairly. Recently, I was pleasantly surprised that I am considered a member in their "Preferred Owner Program." I was not aware of this program, but discovered I had accumulated a large amount of money in my account. My services for that day were free after applying the rewards I had earned through this program. Additionally, I still have a sizeable amount of money left in my account that I will be able to apply to future services! Who doesn't love getting something for FREE.99?!! Gotta love Yemm Auto!!!
