Review Before You Commit

The service is relatively good. The issue is always the f the service reo advises you of the service code cost prior to execution. Instead of prefacing service as "since you are leasing....you can reduce today's service. don't tell my boss..." I'm sure this happens hourly. Next thing you know, your service bill is $250.00. How was this not disclosed prior to service? As a cisutiner for the lady 2.5 years, I find it challenging to think this IS NOT a shakedown.

Poor service!!!

Not at all pleased with service department, found them disinterested and inept. Service disorganized, drop off car, spoke with "service rep." only to have to repeat all info./issues again to rep. at counter. Picked up car after 2 hours and 2 of the issues with the car were never addressed. Car was, "WASHED" and given to me dripping wet. My nine-year old could have done the same job in the driveway, why bother? Spoke with manager, to no avail, really couldn't have cared less. Will not waste my time or $$ again.

Don't Want a Lease!

I was here looking for a new vehicle for college. I initially went in because I kept seeing ads for the new civic. Just talking with the salesperson I was steared in the direction of a lease. Then he suggested used... Their used vehicles look as though they were poorly maintained and have scratches. I kept saying that I want new and need something reliable. I walked out because I think it was too high pressure sales and now I honestly don't want a Honda.

I would not recommend this dealer.

Al Anderson did a great job. He did not try to "sell" us anything..........just guided us through the process of choosing a vehicle that is perfect for our needs. A most pleasant experience!

It's very hard these days to say that you had an enjoyable experience buying a car. Well, I had a very pleasant enjoyable experience purchasing a Honda CrV from Zeigler Honda thanks to Karen Barton. She was very patient while I was making up my mind. Karen is a very knowledgeable sales person and will make your buying experience a pleasure. This is our 4th Honda. We have always had great service from this dealership.

Excellent Experience

I drove over an hour to see a used car that was on the lot. Once I got to the dealership I was able to take my time and really look at the car with no interruptions (that was a good thing). Once I walked into the showroom i was greeted and helped on the spot. I felt like I was treated with respect and had all my questioned answered. It was also very nice to be able to drive my new car home the same day since I was over a hour away and it would have been very inconvenient to drive all the way back.

this visit was for basic maintenance and state inspection. It was positive in every aspect. People were courteous and knowledgeable, My only disappointment is that the parts necessary to address the air bag recall for my other Honda vehicle are still not available.

From the beginning online quote to the delivery of my new CRV, Steve G. was the man!! The online quote was substantially lower than the competition, which brought me into the dealer. Steve G. went above and beyond to help me with my purchasing decisions, like washing all the CRV EX's in the colors that I was considering(5 different colors)....and offering to let me drive them home so my wife could decide the color!!! Overall, I can't say enough good things about the positive purchasing experience with Steve G. at Zeigler Honda!!! Top notch dealer for sure!!!

Bad overall experience -- AVOID

Poor sales interaction. Sales agent had little to say about the vehicle. Poor test drive. False financing information given to me. I had the OPPOSITE treatment at Lia on exactly the same new Honda.

Poor Purchase Experience

"Caveat Emptor" - buyer beware. My father purchased a used vehicle from them which had an open reacall. This issue lead to the vehicle not starting within 30 days of ownership. Of course there was no permanent solution, so we wanted our money back in full but this was not an option. We were allowed to trade the vehicle in for what we paid but no negotiation was allowed for the purchase price of the vehicle. We settled with a 2013 Malibu, the tires were dry rotted and I brought that to the attention of the along with the fact it lost 5 lbs of air pressure overnight. His response was priceless, "I'm not replacing tires", he also said this was normal and not an issue. Okay, now one is flat and my father can not get to the HOSPITAL. Poor lack of commitment just to make a sale, very short sighted business plan.

Zero quality of the deliverable

At the time of delivery missed rear cargo area covering black sheet is missing for my new 2015 Honda crv and its cost will be around 400usd. After asking to put it back they are asking evidence and for that I told to see videos that may exists in workshop in and around entrances but they didn't deliver this missing one. This is literally cheating and not quality at all for the amount we pay

Poor service. Lack of care. I waited on my salesperson longer than I actually talked to him. He got up mid conversation to ask someone about cookies. Nice guy, just a bit ADHD.
