customer service ahead of sales

Fantastic service. My wife and I have gotten our recent cars here and the level of customer service is vastly different. Sam and Gegam have been beyond awesome since day 1. At the previous dealerships I went to the staff had a wicked fake attitude and personality. The entire crew here is genuine and trustworthy. The pricing is transparent and itemized, they explain down to the last detail and put it in writing. Do yourself a favor, go here and compare your current searches with the staff here. Also, when my previous lender/dealer made a mistake on my trade Sam went to the 9’s to fix it, even though the other company cashed the check and forgot to apply it to my payoff. He didn’t have to do this but he did, and he and Gegam kept me updated on that status with regular calls. This is 11/10 stars for sure! I literally cannot say enough for how amazing the staff here is. This is our families 4th Subaru, and we will never shop elsewhere. Last year when I started looking at replacing my lease I went in to test drive a few vehicles, and fell in love with the Ascent. It was well beyond my price range, nearly double what I was currently paying, and even the Forester was at the time out of my range. Sam and Gegam both reached out to me to check in, and not via some form letter either, and we got to talking about my budget on a new car and condition of my current one. A week later I was in the office and they had the right car, addons, and pricing for me. 11/10 stars for sure, and I recommend Atlantic Subaru to everyone I know that is looking for a new car. Gegam, Sam, and the guy who I signed all my paperwork with were fantastic and made the buying process a breeze.

Easley that's dealership on Cape Cod

I have never been treated more professionally than at this dealership, the whole staff is wonderful from Sales, service the finance department. Etc..I would highly recommend this place do anybody looking for a Subaru or a high-end lightly used vehicle. I have bought 19 cars from these guys and gals and every time I arrive and leave with a smile. Hopefully I can make it to 20 cars soon.

Horrible Experience

I went to Atlantic Subaru this week and after a long dragged out affair. They did not accept my terms ,since that time they are calling and e-mailing at this point they are below my offer ! I would give no stars if the site allowed it .

Used Car Purchase

Amazing experience!

Atlantic Subaru had a car that I really wanted it was a n Outback, I had no idea how bad the dealership I bought my previous Toyota from screwed me over, these guys took such good care of me. So I bought it and kept my car for 1.5 years and then traded it back in and was amazed at how much the Subaru Outback held its value and got me out of a $4,000 upside down debacle. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!

Be careful

Mark Anderson played games on a used car sale. Drove 45 min to dealership after giving verbal authorization for deposit, then basically said car was sold to someone after our discussion the prior day. Preceded to shake his head greeting me, pure guilt. Sold the car after I had authorized a deposit earlier in the day. After quick discussion few choice words in parking lot, we left. Called the GM Rick Tully, no better result. Listened intently, then waited 30 min to call me back. Made up some b.s. Story about rust on the car, some concerns with rust on frame. The car in question has a unibody construction, it had only 50k on it. There was no rust.. Games people, games. The bottom line was for my mother in law . She wanted to replace her 2002 C240 with a similar car & being 76 was not ready for another new car and learning everything. The car presented at the dealer was a very nice 2003 C320. They disappointed for no reason a real cash buyer and played games by weeding out customers or bid jacking the price on the car with fake other inquiries. Do not buy from this group of sales people. 23 years in retail for me, 50+ years in retail for my mother in law and there is always time for a first. I had been waiting to find a place like this for a long time , whereby the live up to the stereo type of a crap dealer sales team. Well, found it here. See the margin in used cars are much higher for sales people, so games can be played, you just have to know when to walk away. Do not buy here. If you do, enjoy getting taking to the cleaners or shafted in some way or another.

Just purchased a certified used Forester for a great price, have had a test drive, and am driving it off the lot as soon as all the paperwork is done. I feel confident that this is the best car I could buy for the price- they worked with me to get it affordable. Mark Andersen isa wonderful salesman!

Not Great Salesmanship. Lied To

Told me a base price on the car and did a bait and switch on the deal. Did not tell me i was getting the price of the car minus my trade value. I thought it was a great deal and fair but this included the price of my trade taken off. The numbers were not made clear to me until after the papers were signed and i was paying 3K more than i was expecting. The sales person was dishonest in my opinion. This was also partly my fault because i let it happen. When i asked the sales person they basically told me they have no idea what goes on with the numbers and disowned this part of the deal. Very poor business in my opinion. For the future person visiting, just be careful of how they work their deals. Its not the kind of people i would prefer to do business with in the future so i will not be going back to this dealership.

Completely unresponsive after the sale....

I've bought more cars than the average person over 30 years and I am from out of state so vehicle was shipped to me. Starting with Jack Hessler in sales who is the throwback "thats not an oil leak, thats just sweat from all that Horsepower" car sales mentality, to the complete non-responsive management (including president). Their motto should really be "we stand so far behind your purchase, you wont even know were back here". The bottom line is if I was a die hard Subaru fan and Atlantic Subaru was a block from my house, I would still buy the 74' Pacer that is 1700 miles away instead.

Poor Customer Service @ Atlantic Subaru on 3 occasions

I've given Atlantic Subaru 3 chances to service my car. Each time I enter the service center and get an "Attitude" from the girls at the desk. The first time I thought maybe they were having a bad day however not the case. They are both very unprofessional and do not demonstrate any compassion or empathy for the customers. I've experienced it personally as well as I have observed their actions with other customers as I sit in the waiting area. I also feel that they try to add services to increase the bill when the service may not be needed. I have another car that is serviced at another Dealer that is exceptional! The two are night and day and they are only a block away from each other. I will not be returning to this location for any services going forward as well as will not recommend them to others.

Great service. Repair was done in time they said it would. Everything went according to plan. Repair was done efficiently and no issues since. 10/10 would recommend. Will only got to Atlantic for service on my car.

Get it in writing! Deceitful sales practices-SURPRISE!

Expect to do some work with this dealership to get what you want. They did NOT hold up to their end of the deal. Promises reneged, ignored and lied about by EVERY person from the sales dept. to the heads of the office, all who I dealt with there. Be careful. If they say they are going to sweeten the deal, get it ALL in writing before signing anything. Bad actors all. Unethical from start to the bitter end. Will NEVER TRUST Atlantic Subaru again.

Just purchased a 2016 Outback through Sam. A friend of mine did a lot of the legwork for me all the way through until I got a price quote from Sam in an email. Price was reasonable - definately worth the drive all the way from Glocester, RI. Unlike many other places that do bait and switch, Sam made the whole process very easy and painless. He was very responsive and patient with us and all of our questions, Definately would recommend him!

My terrible experience with Atlantic Subaru

My dealings with Atlantic Subaru have been nothing short of an absolute nightmare! In my opinion, Atlantic Subaru was not honest as to the condition of the car they sold me and they are now refusing to do the right thing and pay to fix my car to the condition I was promised it was in when I purchased it. On 5/26/15 I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL550 from Atlantic Subaru with very low mileage. I was very specific in the questions I asked my salesman as to the condition of the vehicle. Did the car have any door dings, any wheel damage, scratches on the paint or any previous paint or body work. I purchased the car site unseen based on the strong statements as to the condition from my salesman. In my opinion, when the car arrived in Texas, via covered carrier, the condition of the car was no where near what they represented. The car arrived with a very blatant door ding, wheel damage and a bad crack in the paint. I later found out that the rear bumped had been repainted. Atlantic Subaru refused to take the car back and they are now refusing to pay for the paint and body work to put the into the condition I believe I was promised it was in when I purchased it. Please do not do business with Atlantic Subaru. I do not believe they were honest in their dealings with me and they do not deserve your business. Thank you, Eric

Very Knowledgeable, Great Experience

We went to Atlantic Subaru to look at 2015 CrossTreks after doing a lot of online research, have to say though -- we learned a lot more about the car and its features through talking to Bob and on the test drive out with him. So glad we went to Atlantic, and so excited for our car to come in! He helped us through the sales process, and was very patient in explaining the order a few times and answering all of our questions. We're still getting non-stop calls from other more aggressive dealers in the area, and cannot express enough how grateful we are that Bob helped us. Excellent experience buying our first Subaru!!

This is my first Subaru and I love it...... Sam , my sales person, is the best, he was like a friend talking business. Very knowledgable , not overbearing, excellent is the word.. I recommend everyone to visit Atlantic Subaru, just for the experience... ALL dealers should take lessons at that dealership.....I knew what I was looking for, and they had it for me... I was in and out of there after test driving my car, bought it, in less than 2 hrs.... They were fair in what I wanted to pay, and agreed with my trade... Love Atlantic Subara......

We bought our first Subaru 2 years ago! It was such an incredible experience that we bought FOUR more! Sam and Gegam are HONEST! They kept their word throughout each deal, financing a breeze, and we even got to donate to charity! Subaru quality (as consumer reports states) cannot be beat. Atlantic Subaru and their entire crew rocked my family's vehicle world! We remain thrilled and have sent many!

Excellent experience buying our second car from Atlantic. Russ Fayre was attentive, patient and "went the extra mile" in helping me select and buy the car. He was not pushy and was very helpful pointing out features to consider and the benefit of each. Russ handled the negotiation of price very professionally and calmly without any high pressure tactics. He and the dealership found the car I selected and had to me quickly. He communicated via cell phone when I needed something and followed up with me after I purchased the car. I highly recommend the dealership and Russ Fayre in particular. Dan

I don't believe or trust them

I knew exactly the car that I wanted and was looking for the best/price service combination. I was deeply dis-satisfied. Despite my having clearly specified what I was looking for and set up a specific appointment, when I arrived I was handed off to the first available salesman who was clueless as to what I was looking for. They are fine with wasting my time. It took forever for the ordered car to arrive and I was given complete misinformation as to when it would be available. When it came time to pick up the car, the salesman did little more than whine that I was not coming at a time that was convenient to him. Maybe there are better salespeople there, maybe some folks have better experiences. Mine was completely unsatisfactory.

I would not recommend this dealer.
