Low Pressure! Friendly!

We stopped by Nashville Toyota North because we were at CarMax across the street looking to sell our vehicle. I am so glad we stopped. We saw the vehicle we wanted(2017 Toyota Sienna LE). While we just stopped briefly as we had all the kids with us, a young man named Garrett S. let us into the van and explained its features and benefits. We told him we were in a hurry and he gave us his card and let us go. He was not pushy at all. I went back the night to talk numbers and see if they could match the trade-in value that CarMax offered. I was introduced to one of the managers Jake T. Both Jake and Garrett were very friendly and low pressure. I wanted to come back with my wife the next day and they were so easy going about it. I checked with several other Toyota places and ultimately came back to Nashville Toyota North. I got the most for my trade, the lowest price on the van, and the best interest rate at Nashville Toyota North!

Good Customer Service! - 2014 Sequoia

I have to say, this dealership has a "trigger finger" on trying to make contact with you after you inquire. One of the quickest responses I have seen while using Carguru's inquiry systems. Also, I was able to make an offer to Tony directly at a reasonable price via their website, and he, his sales manager and salesman all reached out to me to try to get my business. We had to wait on a dent removal vendor to finalize the deal (Alex is awesome - several dings and large dent completely removed!) but went very smooth. Everyone we dealt with were professional and courteous and we had no problems at all. Thanks Tony, Troy, and Jim! Lovin' the Sequoia.

Great car buying experience

From start to finish everyone was super nice. They didn't keep me there all day. When I left I got a call saying please come back we can save you more money. I went back and they said we can do better. They lowered my interest rate and added on gap and bumper to bumper for 5 years leaving my payments the same but since I was buying a used vehicle it was a safety net for me. Second time buyer from here and will be a third in the future.

From service to sale.

When I brought my 2010 Yaris in for a recall repair, I was greeted by Tony Van Gundy who took me to the service department and asked if he could help with anything else. Since I was already considering a new car, I told him my needs in a car. He listened to my needs and considered my budget and I happily drove home in a 2017 RAV4. Great experience with both service and sales.

Easiest car buy ever

We wanted a used Avalon; checked internet prices for awhile. We found a low mileage beautiful 2015 Avalon there. Peyton Franklin did a great job of demonstrating features of the car and purchase was made that day; very pleased. Car fax listed this as a great deal. So we are happy.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Inquired on a 2018 Camry XSE I seen on their website on Monday August 7th. Was followed by a reply providing pricing information to the vehicle. Was communicating via email with Jack Barron, and we were going over pricing, quoting with my trade that I had currently. Finally I reached out to him via email on Aug 8th, no reply, called left a voicemail, no reply, then I receive a email today checking to see if I was still interested, mind you its now Aug 8th! I reply back educating to Max, that I reached out to Jack on a couple attempts and no contact, but he now tells me, SOMEONE is now in to look and possible purchase the vehicle, when I WAS the one originally interested. I could have BEEN drove down (from Columbus OH) to pick up my car, but NOW, because of the LACK of customer service and response (due Diligence)! NOW, back to the drawing board to see if any other Toyota dealer may have it for the same price!

I would not recommend this dealer.

2017 Prius Purchase

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2017 Prius. This was to replace our old 2009 Prius that had over 426,000 miles on it. Our sales contact was Zac. This was the best car purchase that we have ever experienced. Zac was highly professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took the time to thoroughly go over everything that we needed to know about our new car. There was no pressure and no hurry and no vagueness. We really appreciated his time and effort on our behalf and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends and business associates.

Horrible Customer Service

I bought a used 2012 Toyota Sequoia in November of 2016. It did have a few deep scuffs and scratches on it. I bought with the agreement(also in paperwork) that the scratches would be fixed if purchased. I set up an appointment and took it in for repair. I was without it for a week only to find out when I came to pick it up that they had put touchup paint in the deep scratches. After this the Customer relations said no this was wrong we will send you to our affiliated body shop to repair so when I tried to schedule with them they said they would call me in a couple of weeks to get it in. 1 month had passed still haven't heard anything so I called and now they were 1 month out so I waited. 3 months later I called back and they had said oh they forgot about me. At this point I was frustrated beyond belief. Keep in mind that I was very courteous every time I called and never showed how mad I was. I called Rivergate Toyota back again, we are now in July of 2017 and explained the situation to the lady that handles rentals because a rental was agreed to when I took my Sequoia to the shop. She said I would have the first rental that came back the next day. No response the next day so I called back to follow up. They said they would have someone call me that day. No call so I waited the next day, no call so I called back. They said the same thing again. I left voicemails with whomever they transferred me to every day. Keep in mind I still haven't showed frustration yet and have been very nice to everyone there I have talked to and just told them I just wanted it taken care of. It is now August 4th and I still haven't received a phone call. At this point I'm just going to turn my paperwork over to my attorney to get them to honor what they promised and agreed to and even in our paperwork. So my review would be horrible customer service, not able to delegate task, sales, etc... appropriately. They will not keep their word when promised nor even when in the contract. They will not return phone calls nor does anyone of higher management care enough to call back or fix the problem. It has been 9 month and I still have a scratched up Sequoia that we are driving around in and its like no one there cares nor wants to fix it even though they agreed to in(and its in my paperwork specifically). The owner is getting a bad review and doesn't care which should say something about the company. I am a business owner and our customers and customer service comes first. I would not recommend anyone use this dealership until they change their ways. This is a real and honest review

Our experience at Rivergate Toyota couldn't have been better. Our salesperson, Garrett Short, was the BEST! He allowed us all the time we needed to make our decision about the new Highlander we ended up purchasing from this dealer. Garrett was knowledgeable, polite, and willing to help in any way he could. Antonio, who took care of our financial transaction, and Jake were also very nice and great to work with.

I was approached by Radna Wilson, she was wonderful while I looked around for a car, she gave me my space for me to look, she answered all of my questions.
